Manual was and anxiety attack on legs. The consult was free though when I asked for thyroid markers he yelled at me and said I like to telling people what to do. Um- 1st if all, no one is yelling here but you- 2nd of all, I know I need a thyroid panel which was discussed in our consult. 3rd- I am not your punching bag. No idea what his problem was. I was out of there. Luckily I found INFUZEMD of Milpitas where Dr. Abellera ordered all the labs to confirm that I was indeed suffering for hypothyroidism. I also found Balanced Medical Solutions of Hayward who offers a hormone panel for only $99 as an ongoing promotion thanks to a friend who advocates for her health like myself. She brought something to light about Manuals reaction saying that some providers see it as a threat when working with Patients who do their own research to advocate for their health. It's so true. Unfortunately there's a lot of bloated egos out there. FYI, Balance Med Solutions will give you these results but it would be good to work with an endocrinologist to follow with any abnormal markers or become a new Patient with Dr. Rowley, downstairs who owns the company. They found my growth hormone to be below reference range which Dr. Abellera and I are addressing. Dr. Abellera of InfuzeMD found a virus to be the cause of my hypothyroidism which we are nipping in the bud with Ozone. read more

I have been coming here for 4 weeks and have lost 5 pounds so far. I am exercising twice daily, 4 times a week and feeling pretty good. I really took the advice I got from Manuel and am going with it. It has been virtually impossible for extra weight to come off for me in the past 5 years even with exercise and cutting out junk food so I kind of gave up. The advice about controlling stress, getting adequate sleep, slow/rhythmic exercise and engaging in fun activities like hiking,biking,swimming was top-notch.
