I mean overall it was fine and clean--ample weight and cardio machines, a bit less unique equipment but did have a plyo area. The shower/locker room was frustrating though--no towels, not even any soap--again, probably a difference of people driving to the gym and bringing their own stuff--or going home and showering--but was frustrating for me. They have classes daily, morning and evening as to accommodate everyone's schedule. The instructors are so welcoming and knowledgeable, I have tried a number of classes and they are inclusive to all levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced. If you are looking for a place to practice you will not be disappointed. The studio is located inside of the Stockade Inn and is larger so you do not feel like sardines packed in even with a large class, there's plenty of space. They offer a 3 week trial pricing so you can choose the classes that best fit your schedule and preferred yoga class style. After the trial period is over they offer a number of different membership options. Or if you're just visiting the area you can always pay per class.
