I felt cared for from beginning to end: the chairs are separated by curtains and fully private, the nice lady guided me through every step and it felt like my feet were truly being cared for (which is why i get foot massages, to honor my feet)! They started with a shoulder neck and scalp massage while my feet were soaking. Then my feet were dried and i was given a towel to stand on to change from stool to the chair. gave me an eye covering, a hot pad for my bask, a pillow for my neck, and a blanket. The foot massage was relaxing and had enough variety to keep me interested. Though this lady didn't use deep pressure, she was still able to work out some kinks.
