They have everything from deep tissue and sports massage to relaxation and prenatal as well as anything between. Parking is tricky at certain times of the day as Elements is located in a plaza with other stores (Home Goods!),so consider that when arriving for appointments. Pricing is pretty close to all the other massage places, maybe a little higher, but the quality and personalization of the massage makes it worth it. I do have a few favorite therapists depending on what I'm looking for in my massage, but I'm not sharing names because then I won't be able to get in with them Since I had massage brain( it's a thing), I forgot to take some pictures. Our first couple sessions consisted of her finding stretches and other movements that tend to my needs specifically. I tweaked my shoulder pretty severely the night before a big performance and as the amazing person that he is, he googled Olea and booked an appt for me that night with the session being immediately the morning after. Already, 5 stars for being able to accommodate me within less than 12 hours and he was able to pre-pay them as well! My therapist, Katie, worked with me to fix me and relieve my pain temporarily but the best part was that she gave me exercises and showed me how to relieve pain on my own. That was gold! She was so. freaking. good that immediately after I started seeing her once a month for close to 6 months. During this time she really took the time to assess me properly, work on specific areas and cater my sessions to me + my body. Every session was phenomenal and I really learned a lot. Now I go back here and there. I can go back to get some real bodywork done or I can go back when I just feel like I need a zen, relaxing massage. My husband and I used ClassPass to book our appointments. I have been working really long hours the past few months, and I didn't want to drive 45 minutes to an hour to Spavia. I originally booked a Wednesday evening appointment, but cancelled to accommodate my husband. My husband and I arrived for our 5 o'clock and 6 o'clock appointments at 4:37. Upon entering the front door, no one was at the front desk. The sign on the desk states to sit down, so my husband and I sat on the bench and waited. About 5 minutes later the receptionist came through the front door and immediately started the check in process. We completed the form on the tablets, and I placed my tablet on the desk because the receptionist had stepped away. The receptionist seems to be responsible for a few tasks. The bench was wood but comfortable. The place smelled good. The theme is a bit of a jungle theme with fake flowers on the walls and ceilings with monkeys hanging. After checking in, we were taken to the back to wait. There's a bathroom with dim lighting. The seating area was comfortable. There's at least 4 oversized plush chairs and a couple regular chairs. There a filtered water pitcher and what seemed like tea. At 5:05, I was taken to the room. At almost 5:15, my massage began. It was a good massage. Brandon massaged the areas I needed. The massage ended at 5:59. I booked a 50 minute magnesium rejuvenating massage. I don't know if magnesium was involved as it was not discussed. Overall, it was a good massage. Brandon was also my husband's therapist. Would we go back? We are undecided on whether or not we would return. We did not book a future date.
