Literally did NOT love this experience. We were just sitting there vibing and suddenly they usher another client into the room without even asking us?? No warning, no "are you okay with sharing the room?" nothing. I look up and my friends are being told to scoot over by some dude! But they're super strict about "no pictures allowed" for "privacy," yet it's totally fine to stick random people in the same room as us?? Make it make sense. I got my nose pierced and was told to return after swelling went down to get shorter piece so the diamond isn't sticking so far away from the skin. I did and the piece was too short. Was told I could order a custom piece but for some reason that didn't happen. I was offered money back on piece that was too small but was so frustrated and disappointed I left. Have had 6 piercings done at Tracy's and jewelry changed multiple times, which is why I was extremely disappointed when I ask for threaded ball jewelry and was unaware that they used a CBR instead. The ball from this new ring fell out the next day in the shower. I came back in and was told that they do not sell the type of jewelry I originally was looking for. They offered to sell a new captive bead (at original full price) but I don't trust this to not immediately fall out again. Sad and disappointed that I wasted my money on a piece of jewelry that did not install the way I originally asked for. Please ensure that whomever helps you out at the counter knows what they are talking about. Now I know to double check with the piercer themself since they can clearly communicate what is being installed on you. Really love Body Piercing by Tracy! Took my daughter to get her nose pierced about a year ago and they were amazing! She had some issues with it and we came back the next week and they totally took care of us and re pierced it no charge. All the staff was awesome and made us feel at ease and comfortable! Brought my sister in and she got a second ear piercing and my niece got a first! Fast forward a few months and took my daughter to get her helix pierced and again they did an amazing job! I had been stretching out my ear for months, using a gauge-up method. My current earplug had been in for about 4+ months and I wanted to go bigger, but I was afraid to tear my ear. I had some resistance and pain when trying to put in my new size up. So, I figured to let the experts here at Body Piercing By Tracy advise me. Their establishment is clean, neat and organized. Although it can be a little cramped when crowded, there's a lot of seating available inside. Parking is also available on the side of their building and you can even take the train because the transit stop is just behind the shop. I walked-in without an appointment. Brought my ear plug with me. Explained my situation. Paid $10 and a tip. Waited about 15 minutes. Got serviced, spoke to the technician about what I wanted done and 4 minutes later; I was done. I brought my two daughters in to get their ears pierced (8&10) and we all left as happy customers. Their pricing is reasonable ($86 for both girls), the staff is friendly and welcoming and answered all questions my daughters had. They have the option to have both ears pierced at the same time, which I thought was great and one of my daughters took advantage of this option. I took my daughter here to get her ears re-pierced after having them pierced twice before at Claire's. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable about which type of jewelry to get and how to keep the piercing clean so it can heal correctly. They also explained the difference between going to a place that uses a puncture gun vs actually piercing the ears, which I am glad I know more about now. My daughter chose to get the tandem piercing where two pierces do each ear at the same time. I'd recommend doing this for a child so it can just get done quickly. She was pierced by Jasper and Devyn, and they were both helpful is easing her nerves during the process. It has been a few weeks and everything has healed nicely without any complications. read more

Every single time I've been pierced here it's always been crooked or heals horribly. I've given this place quite a few chances and i regret it everytime. Mind you anytime I go ANYWHERE else I never have issues and heal great. Not sure if it's a hygienic issue or what but I don't recommend this place unless you want a lopsided piercing or really Long healing time with possible keloids. Side note: the staff are not always kind... they will try and double charge you for things + tip themselves on your card without consent. talk to you like you're stupid or like you don't know your own body? ... when I said I was in pain after a couple month old piercing and asking why I had a huge bump they blamed me for my body's healing- when I went to enigma they told me the bar I was pierced with was way to short and my body was eatting up the piercing from being too tight and that's why I had a bump from irritation and once enigma fixed the problem the bump was gone in 3 days ... They claim being professionals.. and knowing what they're talking about clearly that's not the case. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone stay clear from here. read more

Called before going to the shop to see if they had 16g barbells. Was told they do have them. Get to the store and they then tell me they only have them in a length that's too short? They were really nice and friendly but it's quite frustrating having to drive here when I called before hand, just to be told they actually don't have it. Uneven ear piercing - My young daughter was so excited to get her ears pierced. I did so much research whether to get it done by the gun or not. After two friends recommended this place we chose Tracy's. It was very easy and quick to get in the chair. $70 for some surgical grade earrings and two piercers. I thought by paying top dollar you were getting the best of the best but this wasn't my experience unfortunately. She marked her ears a couple times and asked me to take a look. I exclaimed that I thought the markings were uneven and she replied her ear lobes were uneven and everyone has uneven ear lobes. When I told my husband he said people will just say that to make up for their shortcomings. Anyhow she moved one dot over a 1/2 a millimeter and had me look again. I asked the second piercer for a second opinion because I thought is it just me? Why am I feeling this pressure to agree with them when I don't think it's right. The second piercer said "what ever she says I think is good" Great... no unbiased opinions here. So I let it go on thinking I'm off here and they're professionals and they know what they're doing. Well when we got home I had a good look by gosh darn it they are uneven. She has big circle flowers so it covers it up better but as soon as she switches to studs it will be more pronounced. It also seems as if different angles were used so it's not ideal. I feel so bad for her as if I should have advocated more. No idea if I should pull them out and let them grow in and try again or just let her live with it. read more

Overall: great place, thorough service, would come again. At this point in time... call ahead and maybe set an appointment. -- Earlier this month, I had some free time during my day and decided to come by for a walk-in (for another set of lobe piercings and a rook piercing). I've known about this spot for several years and have had piercings done before in my early 20's. I called ahead before my walk-in, and at this time, I highly recommend doing the same! I specifically asked if they have staff that can do the piercings I wanted, the current cost, if I can walk-in (they did say they planned to stop taking walk-ins later in the afternoon when I asked), and how long the wait time is for service-- and they DID warn me (and several other walk-ins I saw come in) that the wait time was about 1.5-2hrs that day if you did not have an appointment. I asked about it casually during my service and they mentioned being understaffed during facility changes causing them to only be able to service one party at a time. I probably should have planned ahead and gone with scheduling an appointment, but shrugged it off since I had time and patience for it. The last time I was here, I was in and out within 5-10mins (but that was like... a decade ago and nothing major was going on to the place). I really did wait 2hrs and was 2nd to last being served that day as a walk-in, but there is plenty of seating. What was also nice was that even at the end of their day, the staff had a great attitude and vibe towards others. As I was waiting I noticed that the staff was very friendly and professional overall. Some customers were older than me and had also been there before for piercings, or jewelry orders, and/or jewelry changes. I saw a handful of parents came in with their 10+? year old for their 1st lobe piercing set. I noticed, at this time, they were using one room to serve each customer, but they were diligent about making sure things were kept sterile between each service. They went over aftercare with me, what guage they used to pierce with, and showed me how to remove/put back the specific jewelry I chose for my rook. It's been 2wks and healing has been going great with no issues at all for all 3 of the piercings I recieved. read more
