Setting up my appointment was not difficult, the receptionist works with you on scheduling and let's you know in advance that Cris would need to see you before they are able to provide you a package. The staff are always welcoming when I come in and are always providing the best customer service. They are also LGBTQ+ friendly. They provided me information on how to maintain my results (I had a BBL done). Okay service and poorly run. I went to three sessions with Cris and despite purchasing a package for six total didn't use the remaining three. Each time I showed up for my appointment there was at least a 20-30 minute wait with no apology other than a "the previous person ran over". If that happened once or twice I would be more charitable (as this is a very small operation) but three times was too much for me. She would book me for an hour session that was supposed to include a 20 minute light session followed by a 30 minute massage. Instead I would wait about 30 minutes in the lobby to be hustled into the room, quickly set up, do my 20 minute light session, and then receive a 4-5 minute massage (no exaggeration) before being hustled out again. The first time this happened I thought I had booked incorrectly so I made sure to book for the light session and massage in each subsequent visit. It didn't matter and I received the same treatment. Personally, I liked Cris a lot and wish I could have completed all my sessions with her, but frankly I cannot continue to go somewhere that doesn't value my time. read more

I have been coming to Cris for post-op massages to make sure I heal more effectively and don't have fluid building up. I've had 4 so far and I can't say enough about how wonderful she is. These massages are not exactly pleasant, they're definitely painful but I feel so so soooo much better after and I can tell a big difference from when I first started coming. I overall have way less fluid accumulation and her recommendations are so helpful too. It's an intense experience but she always distracts me with stories and music and tells me when to breathe to help me through it. Honestly I wouldn't go to anyone else. I feel really safe and supported because it's kind of a vulnerable position to be in and I trust her completely. I almost never leave Yelp reviews but she's a literal angel and I can not recommend her enough. I've done 5 post surgery massages as well as 4 radio frequency sessions over the past couple months with Cris and Yo-yo and I've seen dramatic results! Recently had liposuction and my friend urged me to do post lipo massages. interestingly enough, my surgeon did not recommend and I am here to say that is an oversight as it is, but I digress. Cris is the best at what she does. Your surgeon might tell you to "massage yourself "..,you won't. Massage enough to make it soft, you can't ...because it hurts. She will knead you till you're soft and your end result/healing will look better than you ever imagined. She is worth every penny and the pain. She knows her craft. I couldn't imagine not doing the massages and expecting my amazing results.
