Before I ever lived in NY, I heard about how Bonnie gives "the best facials in existence" from my entire family. No surprise that she has all 5 star reviews on Yelp. The experience was somehow even better than anticipated. Bonnie is a real master of her craft. She can and will restore even the most inflamed irritates and stressed out skin. She has all the knowledge and training of from her years working in dermatology, her expertise is clear, but so is her CARE. She cares for her clients and their skin. Also she is so kind and sweet. We did a deep cleaning (because my skin needed it!) A peel and LED light therapy. With Blue and red light. The Blue kills the bacteria and red heals the skin and its anti aging, but with one treatment you get a nice glow. While I don't care much about having a tan, I do value the bacteria zapping benefits and found the warm light to be very relaxing. Can't tell you how bad my skin has been due to stress and masks etc., It feels really wonderful to have my skin deeply and thoroughly cleaned by a professional. Not only does my skin feel and look better, I feel more relaxed. Bonnie also gave me tips to improve my skin care regimen, let me know my current moisturizer is clogging my pores, but suggested a few to try and even wrote out a very helpful post-facial care summary for me! Bonnie was so lovely and so careful. She had a mask and visor on, every patient completes a COVID safety form *before* their appointment and theres plenty of hand sanitizer and extra masks when you get there. I had a few painful ear pimples from mask wearing and Bonnie got them (without me having to she did cleaned every zit behind my ears under my chin on along my hairline). She also gave me a clean mask to wear home! Bring an extra mask so you don't have to put your dirty mask on your newly cleaned face! She does have plenty extra in case you forget. I know times are stressful and tough right now, but if you've been thinking about prioritizing your self-care and skincare, I couldn't recommend Bonnie enough!

The new location is so beautiful with lush greenery and a welcoming sofa in the entry area and gorgeous wallpaper in the restroom. The exam room is also very clean and nicely decorated with art pieces hung on each wall. Botox definitely hurts more than a flu shot, but the results are fantastic. I have hated the lines on my forehead and between my eyebrows for years so I'm glad I finally chose to do something about it. The pricing is also very fair in comparison to competitors. I can't speak to any of the other services as I've only gotten Botox but I know my cousin has tried at least one other service (lip filler I think) and has been super happy. Cleo Chong was the esthetician I met with that day. My long time esthetician is now in Crown Heights which is the reason why I booked with Le Bon due to close proximity. Before I got settled in, Cleo asked repeatedly about my current skincare routine. I explained that I'm pretty diligent when it comes to natural skincare practices and have decent experience/knowledge with active ingredients in my current skincare routine including BHA, AHA, Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid, Matrixyl, Argireline, retinol/retinoids, etc. Despite explaining that I'm comfortable with the skincare brands/products I'm using, Cleo was trying to sell me on benefits of "PCA skincare." Later I realized that she's an authorized seller of this brand and I was being forced to buy products I don't even need! This was just the beginning. After the "sales meeting" we start the treatment. It began with Cleo telling me that TCA or Jessner isn't the right fit for me, so PCA peel is what I'll be receiving today?!? I was a little taken back but since she was so aggressive, I gave into her request. I remember her saying, "since I have good skin so you should trust me." I couldn't believe my ears! I have been using Jessner/TCA peels for as long as I can remember so I know exactly what to expect immediately following the procedure. I went home after the service and saw little to no effect on my face. Oh, before I left the facility, Cleo made sure that I secure a $230 follow-up appointment in 3 weeks. I contacted Cleo few days later explaining my dissatisfaction and disappointment for not seeing improvements in my skin or hyperpigmentation around my eyes. The only answer I got was, "give it more time." As I'm writing this email, it's been over 3 weeks and there's little to no results from my visit to Le Bon. I'm writing this review to warn anyone out there who might be considering this place for a real chemical peel - do yourself a favor and stay away. There are so many GREAT options in the city so I'm not sure why any business owner would consider running a service business this way. I feel I was tricked into something I don't need and it left a horrible taste in my mouth. Consider this as your warning. In case anyone claims that my review is false/fake, here's the proof which shows the time stamp and the service I paid for. Advice to the business owner: honesty is all it takes to build a genuine relationship with your customers. Don't try to sell me on shit I don't want and try to listen more so you can help me address my problems. You might actually get referrals and customers coming back for more.
