A review for massages with Daniel: I have had many massages from many places, but Daniel gives a consistent fantastic massage. I am sad to be moving away because it means no more regular Deep Tissue Massages with Daniel. I have a lot going on in my body and Daniel uses his knowledge and decides what needs the most work and gets to it. I always leave wishing I had booked hours more of massage. Regular massages help me feel better day to day and Daniel was key in making that happen. Book a massage with Daniel, you won't regret it! Just went in for a 70minute deep tissue and Danny V. did an amazing job- he listened to what I needed for the treatment and followed through. I found this place on ClassPass. I'm glad I did because it's so close to my house. It's a bonus with a friendly dog and a sweet treat with every visit!! They offer midweek massage specials and they are conveniently located in Costa Mesa! I've been consistently getting prenatal massages and the techs here are amazing! Joseph clearly understands the body and its windy and complex weaving of muscles and nerves and manages to bring me back to (as close to) a state of rest and relief as I'm capable of getting to. I would 10/10 recommend. It brings me no joy to share this with you because now I'm sure he'll be even busier, but he deserves his roses. A friend let me in on the little secret that is BodyCentre Day Spa. I have been seeing Kristina for well over a year now. Kristina is an incredible therapist. She does extra research to figure out ways to help heal and reset my body. She's done excellent work to really uncover and reset knots that have lived in my back, shoulders, and neck for years. Her work on my calves has helped reduce my plantar fascia issues such that I am playing sports more frequently and with more ease of movement than before. She's evicted several knots under my scapula that had been recurring, unwanted guests for almost a decade. Kristina is an excellent observer and noticer of what is happening within the body. She is knowledgeable, skilled, and has clear expertise that continues to grow because she is constantly seeking knowledge so she can refine her skills. Going on a regular basis has made it so that my massages are not just about pain alleviation - we've actively been able to reset how my muscles are working in concert with one another. read more

I was greeted by friendly staff but my experience waned as time went on. They have freshly baked cookies (compliments to the baker- the oatmeal raisin cookie was delicious!) and a cute mellow dog at the front with very cozy chairs. There's many services available under one roof. The massage was overall nice with a surprise scalp massage. However, the room I was in was cold combined with the cold massage oil made me freezing and I believe I ended up shivering at one point. My masseuse, DeeDee, had a chaotic energy and she told me it was hard for me to relax at the end of my session... Yes, that's why I booked a "relaxation" massage to try to get a glimpse of that feeling. As someone going through intense grief, it felt a bit insensitive to be told that by a masseuse. She also told me she had a client immediately after me so I "had to hurry" and she shamelessly asked me for a tip (which I still did for the record). I really wanted to walk away feeling good and recommend this place to my friends but I sadly cannot. read more

I have chronic neck and shoulder pain so I drove from Long Beach for the neck and shoulder massage with Marissa and it was amazing. I've never had anyone actually focus on my neck like she did.
