When I do get an answer it is vague requests for patience and promises to reach out that never happen. After repeatedly trying to book a session without success, I requested a refund. Although he stated that he would process it, more than a month has passed and I still have not received my refund. I continue to receive assurances that it has been handled, but no payment has been returned. I've been a loyal client for over 2yrs. I'm not sure what led to this situation, but based on my experience, I would strongly recommend not purchasing services in advance --especially if you are considering paying in advance. Liz, who was the massage therapist for my dear friend, has reached out to check up on her recovery. Let's face it, you don't usually get that type of care with just any business. My massage therapist was Devonte, and I can't say enough wonderful things about him as well. He was the person I was corresponding with from Dallas & the one who made sure we could make this work. We only had one day to work with prior to her surgery. My dear friends blood pressure was so high that the doctor had said prior to the massage appointment that if her blood pressure didn't come down, he wouldn't do the surgery.
