I specifically booked a one-hour foot reflexology session with Jackson, but was assigned to Trung instead upon arrival. Trung was kind, but he appeared much older and didn't have the strength I was expecting for a reflexology session, so the experience wasn't what I booked for. I still tipped because I felt bad that he was working at his age. When I brought up the provider mismatch to the receptionist afterward, I was told that even if a specific name is assigned during online booking, the actual therapist is not guaranteed.
