Update to owner's response: Your explanation doesn't fix the issue, it just confirms your booking system is disorganized. And judging by previous reviews, even customers who called ahead still didn't get the therapist they requested. At that point, the problem isn't "communication," it's management. Does it really cost that much to fix a broken booking system? Also, if Trung (who appeared old enough to be retired) is being assigned physically demanding reflexology sessions because it's cheaper or more convenient for the business, that's not a great look either. If this is an ongoing issue, it honestly makes booking here feel unreliable no matter how good your therapists are. ------------------------- Previous review: Why have an online booking system that lets clients choose a provider if the assigned therapist isn't actually guaranteed? I specifically booked a one-hour foot reflexology session with Jackson, but was assigned to Trung instead upon arrival. Trung was kind, but he appeared much older and didn't have the strength I was expecting for a reflexology session, so the experience wasn't what I booked for. I still tipped because I felt bad that he was working at his age. When I brought up the provider mismatch to the receptionist afterward, I was told that even if a specific name is assigned during online booking, the actual therapist is not guaranteed. I've been coming here for over 8 years, and the therapists are consistently excellent. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was frustrating due to scheduling issues and how they were handled. Work ran over, and I arrived 18 minutes late to my 6pm appointment. I fully take responsibility for being late. Initially, the front desk told me my session would be canceled and I'd be charged a no-show fee through ClassPass, but they later agreed to let me use the remaining time. When I got to the room, there was a bucket prepared for foot washing. I questioned it since I always book full-body massages, and they told me I had booked a body + reflexology session. Given the limited time left, I asked if we could skip that portion. Another 10 minutes was spent going back and forth with management, only to be told no--leaving me with less than 30 minutes remaining. At that point, the experience already felt stressful and rushed, so I chose to skip the massage altogether and keep my ClassPass appointment. After getting home, I double-checked my booking and confirmed that I had actually scheduled a 60-minute full-body massage, not a reflexology combo. If this was a combo, the service name was very misleading. read more

I went here a few years ago and the massage with a male was excellent. A couple weeks ago I came back and had a massage that "hurt so good." So this weekend I came and brought my partner. He was paired with the last woman and I got the woman in back on the left. She was okay. I started to feel like there's no check in about pressure and I was glad we were only doing 45 minutes. She turned me over on my stomach and at the very end she hit me so hard that I was afraid she had done some real damage. I felt like it was more of an attack than a healing experience. I tipped anyway but I was in a bit of shock. If you are older or have any physical issues you should be wary of this place. I've come with my mom several times. She gets a massage with Mimi and I see Cici. Amazing! Heaven! Peaceful! It is one of the few foot spas where the shared space is absolutely quiet. All you can hear is the indoor waterfall. We always get the 90 min massage/foot reflexology combo. We add on the face mask and the milk and flower foot bath.
