Sean and this company was awesome! There was an opening in his schedule and he came right out to assess our bathroom clog. We had put up with it for some time. We had a pedestal sink and I've also put up with that for ten years. He would have had to take it apart to fix the clog and it cost about the same price to just get a new vanity. So we did that and Sean came back the next day and's fixed our clog, which was pretty extensive. Yikes. I needed a new water heater after mine finally gave up. I spoke to several companies trying to schedule an estimate, each who required a fee to even bid on job. During the first text exchange with Sean, I knew he was who I needed to go with. Outside of not charging a fee to give an estimate, he was very kind, knowledge, polite, and accommodating from the jump. He was also great with communication, even calling when a raised bridge was going to make him a few minutes late. NO ONE DOES THIS! He was a very pleasant guy. He estimated my cost (which was a bit higher than my cheap self wanted to pay) but he also took the time to explain the difference in both the quality of the product as well as the installer. He picked up equipment and got started right away. He remained pleasant even after a few "unexpected " issues kept him longer than planned. He also helped me move a few items out of the way and returned them when done, leaving area in great shape. Also, he was very considerate of my neighbors. I told him it should be OK to park in front of my drive, which left him a bit in front of theirs too..but he would not do it without attempting to gain permission. That may sound small, but its actually not! Nobody needs angry neighbors! He explained my new unit very clearly and thoroughly, leaving me knowing the "basics" and even a few signs to recognize any coming issues. When job was complete. Sean is an actual lifesaver. Up there with Jesus, and Mother Theresa. Let me explain. He came to our house two days before Christmas in response to my frantic Yelp message that water was dripping from the ceiling of our basement. He came the same day and gave a thorough examination and told us what he thought was happening with our pipes, and then connected us to a remediation company who came that night to remove one of our shower walls. Sadly, Sean was unable to come to replace the leaking valve for nearly a week, so the remediation company referred us to another plumber. This referred plumber (who I will not name bc that's not what I'm here for) came two days later and quoted us $2700 for the project. We were desperate, as I have surgery next Wednesday, so we agreed to book with him them Tuesday, 12/31 at 8am. Well, at 10am on 12/31 rolls around and still no word. He then contacts us to tell us he's had a family emergency and can't make it. When we ask when his next availability is, he tells us he doesn't know because he's been sick... (which excuse should we believe?) So... we went begging back to Sean. And when he told us his next availability was Monday, we asked if there was any chance he'd be able to help us sooner as my surgery is on Wednesday and I have some shower prep, and this is when the halo dropped from the sky directly onto his noggin. He offered to come on a Saturday, though he normally doesn't work weekends, just to help us because we were in a pinch. And his quote? $1950. Incredible service. Incredible prices. Incredible human. He just finished up, and even spent about a half hour looking at all our other pipes in our 100+ year old home to let us know how things are looking, since we've had other plumbing issues in the past. I was having some issues with my toilet running and not flushing. Working with Sean has been the best plumbing experience I've had! Another "bigger" company quoted me and my wife ~$4000 to fix a leaking showerhead (take down drywall, new piping, etc.) because they couldn't remove the cartridge. Not just that, but they pushed for a ~$20,000 repiping of our whole house when all we asked for was for them to help us with our leaking showerhead, and they pushed for it aggressively. Sean came out regarding a leaky garbage disposal replacement and consulted on several other issues at home, which we moved into about 2.5 years ago. One of the things I appreciate most about Sean is that he took the time to address any questions and the options that we had. He found a 1-to-1 replacement, which wasn't the standard replacement other plumbers quoted me for. We're very happy with the replacement and adjustments to the piping underneath the sink. He discussed the issues with the previous setup (wrong-sized pipes and T), which made sense because of the number of slow draining and more than occasional clogs. He went above and beyond by replacing the second sink flange/drain basket, which was great because the other was heavily worn. As for the other issues around the house, we found out that we have super high pressure systematically coming into the house from the main. So, he'll be back to install a pressure-reducing valve and a new water heater (over 13 years old!). Again, Sean addressed all of our questions so that we feel confident in our choices. Our water heater recirculating line sprung a leak while on vacation during the coldest week of the year. Got home to find a mess. Another plumber came to fix the leak, but then low and behold after they left I realized the pilot light was out and no hot water. Restarting the pilot light per the instructions on the tank were not working and was throwing an error per the status light.
