My family has been going to Bogeys for years and it's safe to say this restaurant is top notch. The menu includes a wide array of delicious appetizers, soups, salads, and entrees. I almost never order the same thing twice that is how delicious the food is. The full service bar coupled with the heavy handed bar tender makes for a great experience. The restaurant has multiple tvs playing with various entertainment options. The services is quick and prompt. You will never have an empty glass. Went to Bogey's for a birthday dinner with my wife, son, daughter in law and my grandchildren. Appetizers were delicious. Bogey's version of wedding soup was not too good. Burgers were good. Chicken tenders were overcooked. Almost burned. Fries were over cooked as well. We asked our waitress for refills on drinks several times and never received any. Four people on a Friday with reservations, restaurant was busy as usual, our table was ready, no waiting. Service was prompt and efficient. All parties ordered fish with salads and Mac and cheese. Fish was outstanding, salads were fresh and appropriately sized. The Mac and cheese was bland, plentiful but not inspiring. We'll definitely return, reservations are recommended. read more

Coming in an hour before a restaurant closes is a cardinal sin, I know. Not only did myself and the 5 other people with me (and two babies) get sat. We were treated with such class that I forgot we were in a restaurant in campbell. Our server Ian Sewell was fantastic. Letting us know about the 75cent wing special and promptly bringing out the kiddos meals. The kitchen even went as far as replacing my daughter's red sauce spaghetti for buttered noodles when she changed her mind mid-meal. Ian was accommodating and funny, but not in that overbearing way that some servers can be. Instead he made us feel like we were a part of the bogeys family. The new wing sauce flavors were fantastic! The Goldenite (I believe that was the name) was a tangy whiskey golden bbq sauce. While the maui wowy was a teriyaki and ranch mix that was perfect. All in all, our night was a 9/10 and the only reason it wasn't perfect was because our niece didn't win her softball game and not because of bogeys. My fiancée and I stopped in here on a Friday night and we absolutely loved it. Had a little wait because it was busy but the staff was extremely friendly about the entire situation. We didn't mind one bit though we understood. I wanted everything on the menu. Their chips and the French onion dip was amazing! Then I got the half slab of ribs which was big! The sauce had a little bit of a kick to it. My fiancée got penne vodka and she said it was the best she ever had. The prices we very fair for the portions you got. This restaurant used to be very good, but over the last couple of years it has gone way downhill, culminating with the poor experience I had this evening. The chips appetizer we all got had undercooked chips. The steak sandwich I ordered wasn't cooked like I ordered it and the toppings were all wrong. I ordered a spaghetti and they gave me a spoon to eat it with. The coffee my wife ordered was served in a dirty coffee cup. Bogeys. Simple enough, I feel like saying the name in the beginning let's you know the kind of establishment it is, it's simply bogeys. Don't expect anything to WOW you but the food was pretty solid. Hence the 3/5 rating. I got the strip steak with the charcoal rub, cooked medium. It was pretty good, but I was not impressed lacked some WOW flavor. We understand it's the new owner that improved the atmosphere and cleanliness. No doubt, but the food continues to be unique, filling and delightful. Portion size ALERT. The portions are larger than large. Recommend pretzel, or pretzel bun. The To-Go patrons are tense, rude, overweight, loud, and demanding. The staff is hit or miss. We go here a lot because we love the food. My favorite is Linguine Kristen which has sausage, greens and roasted red peppers. I substitute chicken. We really like their sauce. We also tried the bread pudding which was very good. Last night, several things happened that were not right. For the first time,. A server asked if we wanted cheese on our salad. We said yes and it came back covered with a huge mound of shredded mozzarella -- way too much, plus they charged us $.75 extra for each one. I don't use much dressing, but these salads were larger than usual and we each asked for extra dressing. They charged us $.50 for each one. It's not the money, it's the principle. Looked like a fun place to eat and I went with a friend who recommended it. While the salad and fries I ordered were decent enough, I was disappointed to discover a couple of days later that my 15-percent tip--I always leave 20-percent unless the service is not quite up to par--was hiked up by three dollars on my card. When I called Bogey's to inform them of this, they basically brushed it off saying the $4 tip I had left looked like a $7. It might have looked like a $7, but the total I wrote was clear and would have had to have been changed too. The manager promised me a certificate in the mail to use as a discount on my next meal as a compensation for my trouble. Never got it. Lesson learned: don't eat at Bogey's Bar and Grill. This place has gone downhill since they no longer have Carson to run it. We came in with our 92 year old mother, who uses a walker, because she picked the place to go to lunch. The girl at the counter was so put off by having to seat us. Told us it would be awhile ,complained about having to put a table together. We offered to help her. She refused, saying she had to do it. Then she came back to the front and did not seat us. Although we asked if we could have grandma in a chair. She was rude. She said gma was welcome to wait in the waiting area. She then ignored us. Another waitress saw us waiting and offered to seat us. We told her our table was already set up. She seated us. Meanwhile the inept girl from the booth went and complained to a very aggressive, tattooed and pierced person, who came over and rudely told us "first of all, you do not seat your self. We will seat you. Just so you know next time! We told her someone had seated us and she had the wrong information. I asked for a manager and she said "he's right over there" never apologized. Unbelievable. We used to go here all the time. Our waitress ended up being the girl who sat us and she was great. We told her what happened and she said they told her too. Apparently they were complaining about us. I WILL NEVER GO BACK apparently you don't need business if you treat your customers like u don't. read more

I will focus on the their wings for this review, which are five stars in my opinion. Like many of us Yelpers, I'm sure most of us have had our share of Buffalo wings from many places, but the wings that I had at Bogey's were the best that I ever had. Meaty, cooked well and with a really good sauce. Even the flats/wingettes were meaty as well, I don't know who their chicken wing supplier is but they better not switch ever. I have had other items on their menu in the handful of times I have visited here and you really can't go wrong with anything on their menu, but if you are a chicken wing aficionado, I would make a run for this place as soon as possible, trust me on this. read more

Purchased (2) 100.00 gift certificates. When they were used at Bogeys second venue. Advised they were only good at the original Bogeys. No one said anything when they were purchased. Called one of the owners Carmen who said it is what it is. Said he couldn't do anything to change it. Never offered a refund, nothing. Not even an apology for his employees negligence. So it is what it is. Poor way of doing business. Could care less about the customer. There was also supposed to be a $10.00 rebate with each $100.00, never saw that either. Live and learn. read more

I had the almond encrusted salmon - for me and it was so delicious I cannot wait to go back there and it is quite a drive for us! It was a Sunday and they were fairly busy and we got to sit outside and I have to say for as busy as they were we really great service. My husband had the prime rib and it was big enough for him to take some home for the next day! Horribly ignorant waitress!! Went on 8/1/21 at approx 4:30pm - 4:45pm (check out time 5:58pm / check number 299652) and asked to be seated outside. It was myself, another adult, and a 7 y/o child. Upon being seated we received a female waitress which seemed like she was in a bad mood or having a bad day. When ordering she was short and came off a little snippy with us. I ordered the Prime Rib (cooked rare, with red even on the outside as even pictured in the photos) and a loaded baked potato as I have had their Prime Rib before and it is normally the absolute best I've ever had. Upon noticing it was taking a little longer than usual for our food to arrive and me noticing multiple tables that were seated after us already receive their food, one of which was already half way done with their food (and they had dishes that would take as long or longer to prepare than any order my table ordered), I  first had to ask another waitress to get our waitress as I hadn't seen her in approx 20 mins of which the second adult with me wine was empty for quite some time. Once she came I asked our female waitress if she could refill the wine and if she could check on our food as it was taking a little longer than it ever has any other time I've been there and pointed out the other multiple tables receiving their food (whom had a different waitress BTW). After asking the waitress this she gave me a disgusted look and stated that she already put the order in and that it would be out when its ready. Upon returning to refill the wine order she stated to me (in a snarky voice and as she already started walking away and had her back to me) that our food would be out in a min. Once our food came I noticed my steak was cooked to a medium so I immediately asked that it be sent back and replaced with a rare steak as ordered. The female waitress again gave me a disgusted face and stated that the steak was rear despite there being barely any red in the center of the steak and then went on to state that the next steak I would get would be exactly the same as that was rare and insisted I was wrong. (Last time I checked rare steak is red all the way through, this steak had pretty much no red in it at all and was border line medium well to well) Due to the waitresses poor attitude and horrible customer service on her part I asked to speak to the manager which I believe his name was Carson (never got her name unfortunately). He was very kind and explained that there were no rare portions left in the pre-prepared Prime Rib and that medium was the closest cut left due to it being later in the day so close to closing, something my waitress never stated to me but only insisted my steak was rare and giving a disgusting attitude. I took the medium steak replacement served by the manager to which it was ok but not as good as it normally is. I explained to the manager that if rare was not available at the time I should of been told this when I ordered rather than given nothing but attitude by the female waitress. My guests with me ate their food and it was good for them and the second adult even ordered a bottle of wine to go. The manager continued to serve us for the remainder of our stay and stated he would speak with the ignorant female waitress. The other female waitress outside (whom I had to ask to get our female waitress as earlier stated) even came and was talking with us and she was extremely nice and a joyful person. BTW, I paid my full bill despite the manager insisting that he comp my meal to which I declined and only stated I was making the complaint on the poor employee, not to receive a discount or a free meal. My total check was $109.34 but I received service from the bad female employee I would expect to get at McDonald's. I've come here many time before and have recommended this place to many people before. May be a while before I return, if at all, and if I do I will be asking for another waitress or table if given the same female waitress I had for this experience. She needs to be reprimanded with shortened hours or let go as that kind of attitude is not the attitude a waitress should have in a restaurant and does nothing but hurt the business with people like her. She did not receive any tip from me which I have never done before anywhere and normally always leave a 15%-20% tip every time. Very disappointed on this visit. read more

Horrible salad. Wilted greens and one grape tomato. The blue cheese dressing was foul tasting. Our server was a pain in the butt rushing us and in too much of a hurry to clear our plates. Their house tomato sauce is very good and the gnocchi seemed to be frozen as did the meatballs even though the menu describes them as "house made". This place is not impressive. Seems to need a good cleaning. Very noisy with servers running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They need leadership and control in the dining room. Another thing that seemed weird is that they only offer "broasted" chicken ( pressurized deep fried ) on Mondays only because the kitchen can't handle it according to our server. Seriously! As a Chef I find that shocking. A person in our party wanted the chicken as was disappointed that they didn't have it. If you have a popular dish find a way to sell it! read more

Visit this place regularly for a good lunch or early dinner and have to say I'm always pretty impressed with whatever I get off the menu. My personal favorite are the bourbon fries (not with alcohol), which are to die for! Make sure you ask to have your fries cooked slightly extra, as they are wayyy better with a crunch. Overall the food is pretty good, environment is good, and staff is efficient. Would recommend to someone looking for a good place to sit with Family and have a good bite to eat. read more
