The spinach in the enchiladas was very clearly fresh, and that was great. The enchilada sauce had good heat. The cheese was flavorless, and a bit too much. If I could give one bit of advice, it's this: BACK AWAY FROM THE SALT!! Those enchiladas were basically a salt lick. Ah, the margarita. THAT is a reason for an encore performance from this place.
