Used car shopping is never high on anyone's wish list. The mere thought of it suddenly makes public transit more appealing. It's a lot like being admitted to the hospital. There's a bunch of people swirling around speaking what seems to be a different language all the while telling you that everything is going to be fine. Then, hours later, you end up on the curb with a huge bill. Bohn Bros. managed to make it as painless as possible. Larry could very well be the nicest car salesman that I have ever encountered. The man doesn't own a car, doesn't even like cars. He commutes by bicycle or bus every day. Still, Larry has a genuine love for his job and it shows. Never pushing, never bullshitting and always polite. While we were going over the paper work, a couple who had bought a car previously showed up with a thank you cake. How may people do you know get a thank you cake, let alone a car salesman? We had found a car that seemed right for us. It was reasonably priced, in good condition. However, a few days after we brought it home, the check engine light came on and the engine started dying at random. The check engine was never on during the test drive and the car certainly did not kill in the middle of traffic. Needless to say we were freaking out. After spending a good chunk of money on a car that we technically purchased "as is", we were not looking forward to spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on major repairs. On advice from a fellow Yelper, I took the car back to Bohn Bros. and explained to them my situation. The manager there told me not to worry, that they would work with me and take care of it. In less than an hour, my car was in their service dept and I was out the door with a loaner car. I was shocked. I came in prepared for some serious haggling and was almost disappointed that I didn't get to use all that ammunition I had stockpiled! A few days later I went back to pick up the car. No bill, no nothing. The repair was complementary. Everything was fine until a few days after that when the check engine light came on AGAIN. Now I thought I was really screwed. I'd already used my one free dealership repair, so now I would have to fix this thing on my own dime. Then I thought I should ask the dealership again, all they can do is tell me no, right? The manager sounded a little more disgruntled this time around, but he was nice enough and agreed to fix the car. I brought it in again and was given another loaner car. Two weeks later I got the car back again from another free repair and all has been well ever since. I was really impressed with how Bohn Bros. stood by their vehicle. They could have easily told me "Sorry, sir, but the car was sold as is" and washed their hands, but they didn't. They took it in and repaired it not once, but twice. Well, I feel like the fool for not reading reviews before I let them service my car. I never use the dealer for service because the prices are usually outrageous. I brought it to Toyota this time because I wanted an overall check and felt a Toyota dealership would be able to pin point what a general mechanic couldn't. I wanted to gauge the price to fix everything wrong vs getting a new car. In my explanation of why I brought the car in, I stated that it was making noises, shaking, and pulling to one side. I was sent a list of recommendations that equaled $2700. I had them ALL completed. They changed the drive belt, new tires, alignment, brakes, tune up. When they called to tell me the car was ready, the VM literally said "your car is ready and FYI the mechanic wanted me to let you know that the car is making a noise, it's the bearings and they will need to be replaced." So.... now I can hear this whooping sound louder than ever as I drive and the car is pulling to the right! So, when I brought it to you with the complaint of it making noises and pulling... and you tell me it's ready but it's making noises and pulling... what was the point in me bringing the car in again!? The quote to replace the bearing brings my total to almost $5k. No, I would never have put $5k into this car. I would have put $5k down on a new car tho! I'm so irritated, frustrated, and disgusted. Such a waste of money. After (finally) getting in touch with a manager, I was offered employee pricing in the bearings and labor. I'll be taking the vehicle elsewhere. Save your peace of mind and money, find another mechanic. I will say that everyone was nice. But, pleasantries don't do much for me in this situation. read more

Got an Internet quote from Bohn and while they responded to my e-mails promptly and gave me a really good deal from the start they ended up not having the car that was quote on the lot. Then I was told that they did have it. The whole process became extremely confusing because of this going back and forth between what was on the lot and what wasn't. I think their internet sales staff is based of out state and that is probably the cause for confusion. read more

If you are ever lucky enough to talk to Collin Morris, sales manager at Bohn Toyota, expect the classic pushy auto salesman. I have purchased two cars with no problems from Bohn Toyota and was hoping for the same type of transaction with my mother's new lease. Our salesman, Stephen May, was excellent and easy to deal with. Once Collin came to "close the Deal" things went sideways very quickly. He was too busy listening to himself talk and not listening to us. Traditional lines like, "what's it going to take to get you to buy today" or " we need to make money too" or "you can't take money to your grave" soured the interaction for me. I called recently for a recall on my Toyota Prius V. First I was told that my car had to be inspected first, then brought back for the recall. I told them, no that I couldn't do that, and I wanted it all done on the same day. Then I found out that there's 2 recalls. The lady said that I would be called back, to see if it could be done. Well I called back later, and got another lady and gave her the recall information, and she said "there's a waiting list for that recall". She asked if I wanted to go on the waiting list. I said yes. So she took my information and we hung up. About one hour later, I called another Toyota dealership. I spoke to a nice young lady, and she said that I could bring it in, in 3 days and scheduled my appointment. I purchased 3 vechiles from Bohn Brothers Toyota, not no more. I stopped having my oil changed at Bohn Brothers,because, I brought it in one morning at 8 AM, ant at 4 PM it still wasn't changed. I use 5 minute oil change now , and there great Gayle L read more

I bought my car from here two years ago. The sales team was very professional. they didn't hassle me one bit or make me feel under pressure about buying a car. another thing is, i never once felt like i was being ripped off. i truly believe i bought my car for the best value possible. i've also been here quite a few times to get my car serviced. they're as fast as they can be. or so i imagine. the waiting area is small and not too comfortable. the chairs are okay, can't take a good nap in them or anything. there is a computer for you to use, but most of the time someone is being a computer hog. have some manners !! i deducted one star because i couldn't find a vending machine. i mean, thanks for not fattening me on junk food, but i'd like the option... & to test my will power with staying away. read more

This dealership "tacks on" a $3.99 "shop fee" on ALL auto services they provide. I went in for a website special for a full synthetic oil change for $39.99, with NO mention of an additional $3.99 "shop fee!" (not even in the fine print -- false advertisement!!). That is like a restaurant charging an additional "kitchen fee" on each meal, or maybe if Walmart were to charge a "parking fee" to visit their store. Are you serious? This is getting ridiculous, and is against Better Business Bureau's standards. I imagine that's why Bohn Toyota is not accredited by BBB. Get ready to "bend over" each time you schedule auto service from them. Pretty soon we'll be charged "cement fees" to drive on their premises, or "oxygen fees" for breathing their air while waiting for our autos to be serviced!! read more

Bohn Bros Service Dept review Been here once, twice and a final third time and can't bring a vehicle here for Toyota servicing because I just can't trust the crew working there. Initially had milestone servicing done (brakes, water pump, spark plugs), I figured all was well. Second time, I had replacement keys I wanted to have Toyota program. Some shops will do this as a courtesy, but I can understand paying for it. However, Bohn didn't want to reprogram keys not purchased from them (at a premium) and referred me to Pop-a-lock instead. After insisting and a 40-minute wait, they programmed my keys which miraculously "worked". The last time, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change (oil change, filters, rotate tires, replace the brakes) not 5 months from the original servicing. I had a dashcam installed that records everything even when not running. I see my vehicle parked for 3 hours (not in a bay), driven into the bay for 30 minutes, then driven back out into the lot. I can fathom the cabin/oil filters and oil change being done in this window, but not a full tire rotation or inspection. At around the time my vehicle goes into the bay I get notified it is ready for pickup. This notification lets me know I should take action such as change the spark plugs and do a flow wash. Keep in mind, I just changed the spark plugs 5 months ago but they would have had no problems charging me for it again . The vehicle was out of the bay before they got my response to perform a throttle body wash/cleanse and I'm sure they weren't doing it out in the lot in a few minutes. I am certain they charged me for it, though. So paid $300+ for 6 services and am confident 3 of those weren't even attempted . Nope, not going back and its a shame you can't trust a dealer to have quality control and not half-measures. I know I'm going to get gouged at a dealer and that's fine, but at least try to earn my long-term premium business by following through with honest service. read more

Two times the service department can't get it right. They don't look at your car for service checks. Tires were not touched last 2 times serviced. No oversight. Mechanics don't seem to know the current systems in Toyota cars. Will not be bringing my vehicle back for service. This service department does not care about the customer and just pushes along. read more

This review is for a car I purchased at this dealership. At my 10k mileage appt. I was told by the advisor that I may have an oil leak and that they would be sure of it at my next 15k appt. Why a brand new car started leaking oil.... I don't know. But I feel like if you are bringing your vehicle in for maintenance and they find something wrong with it you should be given the option to have it fixed right then & there. In the meantime I have driven this car to New Jersey and back to New Orleans. I've returned to the service department and ask for them to check for leaks I've been sitting in their lobby for over 2 hours have literally watched everyone who has come in after me leave. Not one employee informed me of what was going on or how long it would take. I finally ask an employee and after a while he tells me that they are just waiting for the seal to dry and shouldn't take much longer. I go back to the lobby and what do you know... 2 more hours pass and then he comes to me and informs me it isn't dry and that they are going to put me in a rental. So I've been sitting in this lobby 4 hours! Customer service sucks....communication sucks....And it probably never would have came to this if the problem was fixed when it was originally noticed. After my next appt in New Jersey I will have it checked again for leaks just to verify that it is no longer leaking, and will update this review if necessary. read more

Last week, I brought my car here for a tire leak, per an appointment I made days in advance. I was told by Victor (service advisor) that tires were covered under my warranty. Upon arrival, Victor advised my warranty did not cover tires. He confirmed my identity and vehicle when I set the appointment. So he knew which warranty applied before I got there. Almost 3 hours after dropping my car off, I called for an update and Victor advised I needed a new tire. When I asked for them to return the old tire, he called back five minutes later and said I just needed a patch. Raul (sales mgr - b/c service mgr, Phil, was never available when I called) says this is because the Master tech first said I needed new tire because "puncture" from a nail was too close to rim, but AFTER telling me I needed new tire, Victor spoke to lube tech who said it was in the middle tread and only required a patch. So, apparently, they are using master techs to check tires now and they are also taking the word of the lube techs over the master techs and they tell customers they verified need for new tire prior to calling and then verify something completely different after speaking with customer?? Nothing on my receipt indicates my tire was inspected by a master tech! Further, how did they mistake a "puncture" too close for the rim for one in the middle tread? I drove straight home and did not drive again until two days later wherein my tire gauge reflected low tire pressure on the same tire. I tried to pump it but it wouldn't hold air. I brought my car to a different Toyota dealer who said there was nothing wrong with my tire and there were no repairs to it. Tyler (service advisor) at Bohn said this is because they repaired the passenger rear - not the driver' rear tire. I brought my car for the driver' rear tire. All documentation I received from Bohn indicates that why it was there. They never told me there wasn't anything wrong with the driver' rear tire or that they were going to repair something else prior to doing so. Raul with Bohn' only response to this was that "I brought it to get something fixed and they fixed something - so what's the problem?" Further, the other Toyota dealership indicated NOTHING was wrong with any of my tires and NO repairs were made to any of them! I tried opening a case with Toyota corporate, to no avail. They assured me that the customer relations manager with Bohn would contact me within 24 hours. He hasn't and it's been almost a week. I've spoken with Anastasia, Brittney, Donnell and Jeff at the corporate office and they have all assured me that the only way to reach the customer relations manager is to call the dealership. When I called the dealership, Raul said I cannot reach the customer relations manager this way and said I needed to go through the corporate office (the same people who told me to call Bohn)! Thus, I am getting the run around from both Bohn and Toyota corporate. I filed a BBB complaint and Bohn' response was merely "The dealership did nothing wrong!" This the third time the dealership has shown a lack of transparency, lack of accountability and poor business practices. That they continue to take advantage of customers and get away with it is disgusting. read more

I am shocked by the incompetent service I received at Bohn Brothers Toyota. Long story short- I've been there three times to get one part replaced. The first time it was never ordered and the last two times the incorrect part/ half the part was ordered and I received no apologies for wasting hours of my time. My car had been towed and a part damaged in the process which needed to be ordered. The service department said they would order it and scheduled me to come back in a week and a half to have it re-placed. When I showed up, they had never ordered the part and forgot to call me to inform me of this (the tow truck company was suppose to pay to replace the part and never paid). I returned two weeks later after the part had been payed for and waited for 3 and a half hours before I was informed they had ordered the wrong part. Two weeks later I was assured on the phone that the correct part was in... only to show up and after a hour and a half be told that they only ordered half the part required. Even worse than my wasted time is that apparently it is company policy not to apologize. Not once in the many people I talked to did anyone apologize or offer anything to compensate for my many wasted trips and time. Not the dealership I want taking care of my car. read more

I am hands down completely unhappy with toyota service here in Louisiana. Bohns is just another example of what not to do. There was a miscommunication on the total cost, by miscommunication i mean my "service rep" stated that the cost of fluid changes was around $100 per requested fluid. What he failed to mention was the additional $115 per fluid per hour of labor. So $700 later they drop the bill in front of my face and are quite argumentative about it. I am happy with how my vehicle runs and reluctantly paid the bill only to receive my keys and find that my windshield washer fluid was not filled nor was there a courtesy wipe down/ cleaning. If you're going to charge five and a half hours of labor on an hours worth of work then at least provide some courtesy items. Sad state if you cant do that. read more

Terrible experience. They would not work out a deal with me at all that I could afford. And I wasnt asking for much. Their only agenda was to try and to rip me off. Almost 3 hours of very high pressure sales tactics. At which one point they were looking at me and talkin to me in a aggressive manner. Everything felt like a scam. They charge you a $1000 "Inspection" fee if you purchase a used car to make sure its suitable to sell. I have never heard of anything like that before from any other dealership. The car i was looking at was filthy. There are also various ridiculous clerical fees they will charge to get as money as possible from you. I dont recommend this dealership at all. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICED HERE! Brought my vehicle to replace cracked cover on instrument panel on 2 year old truck that should have been covered by warranty. Dropped off vehicle and asked them to give me an estimate to replace part and maintenance that needed to be done. Received call from service representative with estimate shortly after. (Cover was not covered by warranty since it expired 16 days before.) I asked representative to email estimate since I was driving so I could review and she did. I responded to email saying I ONLY WANTED TO REPLACE COVER ON INSTRUMENT PANEL. Picked up vehicle next day and maintenance was done WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION in addition to panel repair No written or verbal authorization was given to do maintenance repairs. When I confronted them about this the Service Manager justified their actions saying that when customers bring in their cars for maintenance they just do it. I did not bring my car in for maintenance, I brought it in to fix the panel and asked for estimate on maintenance while it was there. After discussing my situation behind a glass booth with the Manager without my being there they offered me an insulting $ 49.80 discount. I was not satisfied with being deceived so I paid the bill and walked to the Manger in his glass booth and asked him to remedy the situation. He confirmed that I did not sign any authorization for the repairs but refused to do anything except TAKE THE AIR FILTERS OUT OF MY CAR AND HE WOULD REFUND THE PARTS in a very childish tone. I also showed him the email I sent to his customer service representative saying I only wanted the instrument cover repaired but it did not matter to him and offered nothing else. It is stated on their receipt "If we did not provide a Truly Exceptional Experience please call our Service Manager Lisa VonderHarr." I tried contacting Lisa VonderHarr, by phone and email several times but no response. Is this how they really do business?? I will NEVER take my vehicle there again to be serviced or for any other reason. read more

Very bad experience: I called this dealership on March 1st 2019 at 10:50 am and I asked to speak with a sales manager for used cars. I was referred to someone called Mike as I remember. I started to explain to Mike that I am currently leasing a Toyota Corolla S 2016 and the lease will end in May 12 2019 and that I am interested in trading the car in earlier (now) after I pay all the remaining payments on the lease which are 2 months, in exchange for possible waive of the disposition fee which is 350$. The person who I spoke with was so offended by what I said and he started yelling "you can't walk away from a lease, you can't negotiate a lease". I started to explain to him that I don't want to negotiate the lease and I will pay all the remaining payments on the car and you can have it earlier than the lease maturity date. He interrupted me rudely and said no no that doesn't work. I told him you didn't let finish my offer. He said "I don't want your offer" and he hung up on me! I found this extremely unprofessional and rude and I was never treated this way before. My car has 9000 miles less than my lease agreement. I understand that even though this sounds like a good deal to me, it might not be a good deal for him but I certainly do not deserve a treatment like this. He could have told me professionally that it doesn't work that way and they are not interested. Don't go there if you don't want to be treated horribly. read more

I have lived in New Orleans for about a year now, and because of my location, I have previously been going to Lakeside Toyota for my service needs. However, I have been very dissatisfied with both the quality of their automotive service as well as that of their customer service. Last night, my car would not start after a "full service inspection" from Lakeside just weeks ago. I decided I was not willing to deal with Lakeside again, so I looked for other options further away and found Bohn Brothers. I spoke with someone from Bohn Brothers Toyota last night who was more than accommodating and was able to help me get my car in as soon as possible this morning. They recommended a great towing service and were able to get me out with three repairs completed in about two hours even though it was a sudden appointment (c.f. Lakeside where I waited over THREE HOURS for a pre-booked oil change). Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the waiting room was comfortable, clean, and accommodating with Keurig coffee and snacks, and the mechanics caught things that were never mentioned on my "full service inspection." I originate from a small town up north and I had thought customer service was something you can only get in a small town after going to Lakeside, but Bohn Brothers proved to me that good customer service still exists outside of small Midwestern towns. Thank you, Bohn Brothers Toyota. I will from now on be solely your customer while here. It's a bit farther of a drive but is TOTALLY worth it. read more

If I could do negative stars I would. The Service department at this location is the worst!!!!! Tyler in the service department is an awful person. He was horrible to my 18 year old daughter. And refused her service. He made the appointment with her on Monday for Tuesday service. She got there on Tuesday and he refused to change the tire. He put her back on the road with a tiny spare tire. He lied and told her that they had to order the tire and would call her when it was in. He shouldn't have even have made the appointment if he didn't have the damn tire. She told him on the phone why she needed to have service. He pulled up her car while they were on the phone and even commented that she just got the car. We bought our daughter a 2021 CHR on 4/5/2021. On 4/19/21 she got a flat tire on the way to school. We got the tire, rim and roadside assistance warranty since she will be leaving soon for college. Well since we bought the car from our long term salesperson who happens to be on the northshore now, this service department refuses to change the tire. Tyler in the service department gave my daughter a hard time bc we didn't buy the car at that location. The damn car is 2 weeks old and you are a Toyota dealership so what the hell difference does it make where the car was purchased. I wouldn't buy a car from this location if they paid me to take it off the lot. read more

I contacted the SM at the number provided and told her about my story. She didn't understand what I was saying or remember commenting on my review. She took my name and number and said she would contact me. It's been a few weeks. She has not contacted me. As soon as this situation is resolved, I'll amend my review. I was sold a Honda Accord from this place. I thought it was the best moment of my life because of the fact that I was buying my first car! However, THREE Not one year.... not two years. THREE MONTHS later. I began to have battery and tire problems! I go to the Honda dealership. They kindly tell me that I need new tires and a SPANKING new battery. In my mind, I'm like what? How can I need this if the car was inspected at the dealership to have no problems. I call Toyota back and they tell me that I am SOL because they don't know about the time when batteries or tires are going to go bad. I am not asking for them to be specific. I just wanted to know how can I put only 9,000 miles on this car and I am bumping into problems. I will not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don't buy from them. I have had a horrible experience with Colin at this Toyota location back in April 2018. Colin came in as I was talking to the sales person and I explained I was there to take a look at the 2018 Camry and also to get a price on the vehicle I chose for my husband. I explained my husband sent me to check it out and he would be the purchaser. Colin told me if I refused to give him my driver's license it was no use for him to show me a vehicle. I explained once again that my husband would be coming to purchase. Colin told me "to get out of HIS dealership now." I refused as I knew he was not the owner and did not have the authority to put me out and also because I had done nothing wrong. I requested to escalate this issue to his manager. After refusing several times stating he was the manager a gentleman in the office next door sat with me as I explained Colin was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. I'm sorry to hear that he is still there. A week later my husband purchased a 2018 Camry from Lakeside Toyota although we live on the westbank. I refuse to purchase anything from the westbank location. I also have informed my mother (whom only purchases Toyotas), and a friend (whom only purchases Toyotas) to not purschase from this location. Metairie is a farther drive but worth it. read more

In March of this year, the check engine light illuminated on my 2008 Toyota Tundra. After the maintenance department ran their checks, it was determined that the air induction pump was bad and needed to be replaced. The only problem was that the air pumps going bad on on the 4.7L engines was such a common occurrence that the parts were on back order and it would take 1-3 weeks to receive them. So, we ordered them. In the mean time, I was informed that they expected me to drive my truck, which struggled to get over 40MPH and consumed fuel at about twice the normal rate (before this incident, I averaged 15MPG...awesome, I know. But hey, I love trucks.). Also, it seemed as though the truck struggled to start. Almost like it didn't have the juice to roll over. Four weeks went by and I didn't hear a word from the dealership so I decided to give them a call. Apparently, the part had came in, but no one attached my name to it so they ended up selling it to someone else. Great... So, we ordered the parts for a second time. Back ordered, 1-3 weeks. Finally, after 3 or 4 weeks the part came in. I dropped my truck off to Toyota and they quickly replaced the pump and the light went out. However, during the test drive, the light came back on. Determination: The OTHER air induction pump is bad. So, we ordered the pump for the other side; another 1-3 weeks. After keeping in touch with them on a weekly basis, about 6 weeks pass and the pump still hasn't arrived. I asked if they could contact another dealership in the area to see if they had the pump, but I was told that no one had a pump and all they could do was wait for Toyota to manufacture one and send it to them. As I said before, during this entire ordeal it seemed as though the truck was having trouble starting. Well, eventually it went from having trouble to not starting at all. Every time I needed to drive my truck, I would have to get someone to jump it. Well, this finally lead to Toyota graciously giving me a courtesy car. So, I had the truck towed to the dealership while we waited on the part to come in. Finally, after 6 weeks or so, I emailed my service rep and expressed how upset I was with the fact that after 120+ days, my truck still wasn't fixed, I've been spending an insane amount of money on gas due to the engine having to work so hard to get up to normal road speeds, and it seemed as though no one was interested in expediting the situation. Finally, after calling several times and complaining they decided to contact Toyota Dealer Services. Low and behold, 2 days later my pump comes in! I got an email early in the morning saying that the pump was there. I thought, "great, I'll have my truck at the end of the day. It only took them 2-3 hours to install the new one last time". I was wrong. I called at the end of the day and come to find out they didn't have a single free person to work on my truck, that hasn't run right for 4+ months, for the entire day! Unfortunately, it was Friday so I would have to wait until Monday for any maintenance to be done. Well, today is Monday and I get a call from the Dealership. The truck it done, the light is out, but the only problem is that it still won't start. Why? The battery is dead. They inform me that they will have to charge me $150.00 to replace my battery. $115 for the battery and $35 for the 5 minutes it takes to install it. After talking to a service manager, they determined that despite the fact the starting trouble started when the pumps went bad, they have nothing to do with one another and that I will have to pay for a new battery. Eventually, they cut me a deal and said they would eat the $35 dollars for the 5 minute install time and only charge me for the battery. Gee, thanks... This isn't the first problem I have had with this dealership. Before all of this happened, my water pump was leaking. Thankfully, I have the 100K mile, bumper to bumper warranty! So, I take the truck in and they tear it apart. A couple of days later I get a call. The service rep informed me that they can replace the pump free of charge, but the belts needed to be replaced and that wasn't covered by the warranty. Apparently, leaking fluid from the pump got on the belts and caused them to deteriorate. After arguing with them that I shouldn't have to pay for a repair that was caused by a warranted item, I was given two options. I could reinstall the deteriorated belts or I could pay for new ones. Well, considering my wife and I were sharing a car during this repair, I just decided to replace the belts out of pocket so that I wouldn't have to bring it back in. Overall, the several experiences I had at the dealership have been less than desirable. They do have very polite customer service representatives and everyone apologized for the inconvenience, but 120+ days with a broken vehicle is inexcusable. Especially given the circumstances surrounding the ordering of the parts and lack of urgency on their part. read more

Dealing with Bohn Bros is a waist of time. I got a very good deal by e-mail but when I appeared in person I was told the quoted car had been sold.. 2 weeks later I got the same price and again when I came I was offered more expensive car. I will not come again just to be tricked like that. They are also very unprofessional. They do not great you and when you do not want to accept higher price they become rude. read more

So first of all they call it the Bohn Zone which is by far the funniest thing in the world. Lol. I honestly wish I could post the photo I took of their purpose. But back to the point, I just bought a new RAV4 from them and I worked with Craig in Sales. He's honestly the best thing about the dealership. He even let us test drive the vehicle to go get bubble tea since the place we were going to closed soon. I don't like to leave reviews unless the experience is awful or its amazing but I definitely enjoyed working with Craig. He was super nice with a hint of sarcasm. He was also helpful and when I told him I wanted to buy the base model and not the expensive one, he didn't waste my time trying to sell me the upgrade. He also plays video games so that's how you know you can trust him...right? Lol. And he answered my ridiculous character questions because I don't work with people unless they have a good character, or at least can take a joke. All in all, it was a fun experience. I got my new car for an amazing price $21,895 plus tax, title and registration. I honestly had no issues. When I find a car dealer I like, I tend to go back to them for the next vehicle. Unfortunately I moved far from home so I needed to find someone to sell me a car in Louisiana. I'm glad I came here. ^_^ See you all in 5 years. read more
