Popped in here because frankly I was sick of sitting in the hotel room and much of Napa seemed shut down in a Sunday during COVID. I'm giving it four stars because in don't have the heart to give it less, but I really didn't understand the purpose of this shop: all their jewelry is costume (vermeil I consider costume). Though I was interested in a pair of flare leggings/jeggings, I looked at the size Large and I swear the entire circumference of the looked like it might fit a prepubescent girl who has yet to begin menstruations and hasn't developed hips. It's a tiny shop and doesn't have much, they have a sales section in the back ... the offerings looked meager. The salespeople were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated, in addition to the fact that they were open on a Sunday. Btw, the "boho" title didn't truly devote their wares inasmuch as I was expecting more of a Free People or Anthro or Urban Outfitters sort of vibe, which this is not. Normally I really love this place but I had a cruddy enough experience there that I had to say something . I went in to find a special occasion outfit and the salesgirls basically told me we were in the wrong season for what I was looking for - nodded toward a couple racks I could look at and then proceded to continue to loudly crunch smelly chips and not check on me at all. I ended up buying a completely unrelated item because it was cozy but I left feeling really sour about the whole experience. I've been a loyal local customer at this store for 2 years now. Everytime I go in I always find something fabulous and afordable. The owner always remembers me by name, and always goes out of her way to pick things out for me she knows will fit my body type and that I will love. Today it was slammed busy in the store and Indra still went out of her way to help me find several new pairs of jeans. Even grabbing shoes to see how they would look with heels. They also have fun events that support the community. If you are a local lady who loves cool clothes and accessories check out this lovely store. read more

Just left this location and wasn't impressed with the customer service. I was not interacted with once despite me asking for colors and a fitting room. There was another small group that was being helped on and off (they got their name on the door and were checked in with multiple times). I was kinda just shoved into a room and forgotten about, don't even think they noticed when I left. Cute clothes but don't think I'll be coming back soon. I walked into this store happy, wanting to find a birthday outfit but I walked out very annoyed and upset. Upon walking in there was 2 employees who did not welcome me, I walked around the store for about 10 minutes and no one said anything to me, but as a group of other 2 girls walked in they were greeted with smiles and were helped throughout their whole time at the store.. 2 employees helping out one group and not once did they think about looking my way. I asked to try something on and they let me but I did not get treated the way the other girl did.. her name was written on the board and was given so much help .. they would keep coming back and asking if it was going okay for her and nobody did that for me. I did not feel welcome here at all, I wanted to purchase so many cute things but the service was terrible. Could it have been because of my race? Or possibly my body type? So sad. read more

I was given a gift and wanted to exchange it because it didn't fit that well. The woman at the counter informed me that it had to be within two weeks of the purchase. Here is the first clue that this business is lacking in customer service. Because why? Why have this policy? She then informed me that I needed a receipt. I didn't have a receipt. It wasn't in the bag I was given. But the tags were still on the shirt and it had never been worn. I explained that I didn't have a receipt but just wanted to exchange it. Nothing she can do! Seriously. Nothing. The store's policy is that they would rather lose a customer than allow me to exchange the shirt. Not only that but she was snarky. This store gets a "F" for customer service. read more

Cute and fun clothing at reasonable prices! I think teens to early 50 something's could find a fun and flirty outfit in this shop. Unfortunately, they didn't have a lot of selection in smaller sizes which seriously limited my options. The staff was very friendly and helpful! They were very busy and I was pleasantly surprised at how well they were staffed, energetic, and genuinely pleasant everyone was who helped me. If only they had a bigger size selection they would have scored a 5 star review! read more

Boho Lifestyle is one of my favorite places to shop locally! They always have new stuff, things that are on trend and at great price points $30 - $80 for most items. Boho lifestyle is BY FAR my favorite boutique in Napa!!!! Indra the owner always treats me like I'm the best customer she has ( even though I'm not) . I'm always met with smiles and even some hugs sometimes!! The clothing is beautiful! Indra is very knowledgeable in the fashion arena and absolutely knows how to please a variety of ages, shapes and sizes!!! I really haven't shopped anywhere else for over a year now because the quality EVERYWHERE ELSE is not as good!! Macys can't even compete and that used to be my go to store! Now it is definitely boho lifestyle. I literally have never been into the store and not found something that I MUST have! Thank you Indra for bringing such beautiful clothing to napa valley. Additionally, I have read a few of the not so good reviews, and one woman said she had to let herself into the dressing room! This is a complete lie!!!! The dressing rooms are always locked!!! You can't possibly let yourself in!!!! Some people have to exaggerate to make their stories better but I am at boho all the time and this just isnt true!! I've never ever been able to " let myself in" to a dressing room. read more

What a bummer! I was really excited about this boutique opening in town, cute clothes/shoes/accessories at a great price, but the manager Chelsea was so unprofessional and rude I'll never step foot inside again. I love to shop locally, and refer locally, but I will not be speaking highly of this place moving forward. The customer service wasnt the best..I always support local businesses, but the last few times I walked in Boho, I wasnt greeted or even asked if I needed any help. There were 2 ladies in the store standing behind the counter and I was the only customer in the store. I see there was another complaint about the same, maybe you should make that a priority instead of talking amongst yourselves. read more

As a local, this little gem is perfect for finding unique and interesting finds. The owner is probably one of the sweetest people ever... but.. I had a terrible experience there the other night, which will inhibit be from going in there again. As a hospitality professional, we tend to get off a bit late. My co-worker, and Bride-To-Be had just got off work and were walking out the door to run to Boho to look for outfits for her upcoming bachelorette party. Boho closes at 9pm on Monday nights, and we arrived at 8:56, and immediately found some items on the sale rack that we wanted to try on. We know that we got there late, but the lights were all on, sale rack outside, so we thought maybe they were open later. We were going to hurry and look regardless and put things on hold to try on the next day. The sale rack was still outside, and two young girls were inside looking at us, and messing with a clothing rack at the front of the store. They didn't bother to acknowledge us, or tell us they were closed, or do anything but give us dirty looks from inside. As my friend and I started to walk in with items to try on, we were told very rudely that they were closed. I looked at my watch and said it's not even 9 yet, and why is your sale rack still outside if you are closed. They ignored our statements completely. We put our items back on the sale rack. We told the sales girls that if they are closed, they shouldn't leave the sale rack outside before 9, and should have immediately come outside to let us know they were closed as opposed to watching us through the window inside. One of the girls rudely snapped back, "We can't get everything done by 9." I have worked in retail and also have worked in hospitality for 18 years, and it's all about time management. Part of working an 8 hour shift is being able to manage your time properly. To talk to customers so rudely is inexcusable when you are dealing with people for a living. They should have graciously come outside as soon as we walked up to the Sale Rack, and said they are sorry for the inconvenience, but they are closed. That we can put our items on hold and come back tomorrow and try them on or purchase them. The way we were treated was very poor and those girls obviously shouldn't work there if they are going to behave so poorly to potential customers. Those two girls are a VERY poor representation of Boho and the owner, who is just a doll. If the owner is in there I will find my way in again, but the staff needs to be replaced. To the sweet owner of Boho: These young, and very rude girls are the face of your store. They are not representing you, or Boho well at all. You are losing business because of the way they treat people. :( read more

This store has cute clothes and good prices, but the service was awful. I was the only one in the store and no one greeted me or offered to help. The two girls behind the counter just continued talking to themselves. I let myself into a fitting room and when I exited, still no help. I would have bought something, but I just ended up placing the clothes back on a rack and walking out. The girls didn't seem to care either. read more

This store has a nice vibe and merchandise at good price points.... but when some of their staff members don't feel it necessary to help you even when you're asking for it.... well it makes you want to think twice about going in... the internet is too easy today. Courtney was the greatest offending staff member... I was interested in their jeans and needed help with the sizing... they are not sized in the normal 6,8,10, 12... I never did find out what the numbers meant and therefore didn't bother trying on, let alone buying any. I have had two other friends who have had a similar experience... I believe the customer should be made to feel important in a retail store, not like they are a bother... read more
