They have so many exceptional pieces of clothing that I really want to drop a small fortune. But as I was on vacation, I limited myself to one exquisite dress. I walked in and as soon as I did, this delightful young woman helped me find everything I need. Remember the days when Hop girls used to really offer you service! Well, she was wonderful. I wish I had asked her her name. As for value, I can tell you this, you're gonna drop some change. But it's well worth it.

The dress I wanted to purchase seemed to have poor adjustable straps and when I asked if there was any other dresses in my size with adjustable straps that didn't get stuck, the salesperson was really sweet and went to the back to grab me one. Unfortunately, the dress she gave me had worse straps and was not my size. I'm glad I checked because I would've purchased a dress not in my size had I not noticed. The pandemic has taken its toll on the retail shops, but A Little Romance has survived. Whenever we come to Yountville, we stop in and without fail, the owner/shopkeeper welcomes each guest with "Everything in the shop is 25% off!" I am happy to say I found a lovely pair of faceted blue teardrop earrings this trip! The friendly shopkeeper offered me a free "Napa Valley" keychain which I happily accepted. Will I return? We took over 3 hours shopping at our favourite brand stores. Had an enjoyable time, found good deals. In the last few months some changes seem to have happened, there are no food places anymore, the restroom location has shifted and there are some snack and beverage vending machines placed in the area outside those. I like this placement better; the restrooms are now located centrally in the mall. Ample parking spaces which makes it convenient. Over all a good experience except for the brief not so worthy a moment at the Adidas store - the front desk person there - she is not a best customer servicing person. Maybe someone really needs to look into that aspect. Will come back soon!

Outlet malls are not always the cheapest. Plenty of parking clean bathrooms. Very hot in the sun walking around. But you will find a good assortment of stores typical of all outlet malls.

Today, my husband needed a shirt for dinner and we were on a time crunch and although we are larger folk, they helped by pulling out shirt after shirt until we found something. Just love visiting here and will always recommend for a cool, preppy vibe that is a nice mix of old school and modern (in my humble, non fashionista opinion)!
