Overall: I can never go wrong with eating boiling point! Although it's the summer, boiling point is just so good! Went around lunch time and the workers were attentive and helpful! Great experience solo eating here.

The POS labeled 18% of $24 as $9.34 but in hindsight I don't think I should've tipped them that high because they gave my cousin with celiacs instant noodle in her hot pot when she specified she has a gluten allergy and requested to not include the instant noodle. I hope in the future management trains its employees to be conscientious about food allergies.

Came here with a friend for dinner on a Tuesday evening for dinner. I put my name down on the waitlist and was seated within a few minutes. I asked for recommendations from the server. I ended up ordering the Thai hot pot and my friend ordered the curry milk. We both got mild spice- which was plenty for me! I also ordered the green tea with grapefruit and my friend got the wintergreen tea- we both asked for less ice and I got less sweetness. We enjoyed our food- it came out quickly once we ordered. The restaurant was bustling - but tables were turning over quickly. There was a busy hum. We enjoyed our food and the staff were busy, but kind and helpful

First time at this location! I've only been to the locations in WA state. Didn't realize they give the large sized complimentary iced tea here! We get the small sizes in WA. I got the taiwanese spicy, and the portions were large! Surprisingly, it wasn't as spicy as I remembered. My fire took awhile to get going cause they left the door open. And then it died pretty quickly. I didn't mind that it went out fast, but i did have to wait for a quite a bit to get it to boil. BP never disappoints and the space at this location isn't large but they do have good amount of seats. We didn't have to wait to get seated either so that was nice!

I usually go to Tasty Pot, but this time I wanted to try something new and decided on Boiling Point instead. The prices between the two are very similar, though Boiling Point runs just slightly higher. That said, the portion size at Boiling Point is noticeably larger, so you do get more for what you pay. I ordered the Taiwanese Spicy Hot Soup with the default spice level (Flaming). The broth was definitely spicy, but it had a lot more depth and flavor than I expected. It leaned a little on the sweeter side, which balanced the heat nicely. Compared to Tasty Pot, which I find to be spicier overall, Boiling Point's broth feels more layered and flavorful. Tasty Pot brings strong heat, but sometimes it's just spicy without as much complexity behind it. It's honestly hard to pick a clear winner purely from a flavor standpoint, but I do think I slightly prefer Boiling Point overall. As for the complimentary drinks, the green tea tasted a bit watered down, while the wintermelon tea was quite sweet. My hot pot was a generous portion that I ended up having it for both dinner and leftovers later. Overall, Boiling Point left a strong impression, and I'd definitely consider going back when I'm craving a hearty, flavorful spicy hot pot. Note: parking in this plaza is very crazy~

Been here twice and I have to say it's been consistent every time. The portion is great and speedy service. Totally worth it. I came during lunch time and got the hot pot with a free drink (choice of green tea or black tea). I think next time I'll try the black tea. Note that the teas are not sweeten. Although I would have liked it on the sweeter side. I ordered the spicy tangy beef appetizer and it was very well sauced and mixed. I got the beef hot pot with mild spice level & vermicelli noodles. Broth was great. Good amount of toppings. This definitely satisfied my cravings after a post-concert day. If you follow their IG, there are influencers promoting deals for if you complete a survey card after your meal & use a discount code, you will get an appetizer for FREE. Yesss love saving money any way I can! I will be back for sure! Yumm.

Great rapid service, food was yummy, good beats but this place has to upgrade the restroom asap!!!! Bathroom was leaking so floor was very slippery garbage can was dirty and stained all around and there was no soap. It seems that's not their priority to maintain a bathroom but it speaks a lot about their establishment. I hope they can fix that soon so it can become a 5 star in my opinion.

Let me start off by saying that the food was plentiful for the price and we went for my friend's birthday so it was worth it. The amount of food u get is definitely filling and when they let you pick hot. It is definitely spicy. The beef is my go to because the broth just warms me up and has the savoriness that i am looking for.

My family and I went during a dinner rush and they had a tablet for waitlists and to check in. The wait wasn't too long and we were seated quickly. I have not been to a boiling point in probably 10 years and it has changed significantly to my knowledge. They've really improved the quality and taste of their soup. (I went to the Fremont one). It was so tasty and I just love their broth and all the additions you can get. As a soup lover, this place hits the spot.

No wait for Monday dinner. Service was good and food came out quickly! Music was a little bit louder though but it's okay. Ingredients were fresh and soup was tasty. You get complimentary little cups of chia yuzu drink when you pay.

Boiling Point, taste so fucking good, always look forward to enjoying it, had it yesterday but having it again today since it's th 15th for double membership points. Placed phone order and during pick up it was busy as usual, but straight to register for pick up. Miss "Phuong" rang me up and I asked to give her my phone number to take advance of double point and she's asks "why? What for?". I explained to add to my membership and she asked "do you already have an account or need a new one?". I said yes and she seemed annoyed. I paid and she says "next time tell me before hand". Okay miss Phuong, I know yall busy but what's with the attitude, woosah, don't be a b, and take a chill pill

They offered a free meal on birthday. That's a great deal! If you go there lunch time, you got free drink. Quality is ok. Portion is big. I got Taiwanese spicy pot and it's spicy for me. The free watermelon juice is really good. Service is good.

Came to visit this place on a cold night. The last few times I've been here, I really enjoyed it. Miso seafood (3/5): I liked the toppings in this pot, but a lot of the toppings were under cooked. The fish was actually full on raw when we received it.

Every time we ordered more meat, it came out quickly, so we were never left waiting. They have a great selection of quality meats and plenty of broth options. We came in with a party of six for dinner on a Monday evening when the restaurant was relatively quiet, with only a few other tables occupied. We asked if it would be possible to combine tables so our group could order multiple broths and enjoy the meal together because sharing one pot for a party of 6 gets a little crowded, but the request was denied despite there appearing to be plenty of available space. As the meal progressed, our broth became extremely cloudy and thick from cooking. We politely asked if we could receive a fresh pot of the same broth--not a different broth, just a new pot so we could continue enjoying our meal. Unfortunately, this request was also denied. The broth flavoring was also underwhelming and started to taste the same after our first refill. What made the experience disappointing was the lack of flexibility and willingness to accommodate reasonable requests, especially during a slow service period. Customer service and hospitality are an important part of the dining experience, and we left feeling that our concerns were dismissed rather than addressed.

There was a bit of a wait and you can waitlist on their ipad inside. We waited for about 20-30 minutes.    Before getting seated they ask if you want to do the normal hot pot style or AYCE. The AYCE runs for 90 minutes and is $24.99 during lunch and $30.95 during dinner time. They also charge for leftover food which is $6 per lb. We ended up doing the normal one pot hot pot for each person.    I always get my usual lamb hot pot which already comes with vermicelli noodles and choose rice as my free side dish. There are various levels of spiciness and I chose extra spicy which is a level down from there flaming spicy from what I can recall. Honestly it was not spicy enough but I did not want to get the spiciest level in fear that it would be too oily. Perhaps I will try that the next time to see if it is.    They have a bar further in the back of the restaurant where you can get creat your sauce and get some garnishes for your hot pot. I also noticed they have some other sides like noodles and such next to it. It seems if you are not participating in AYCE you can still get sauces and garnishes but I am not sure about the other sides.    The interior has changed from the last time I came here and it looks nice! Service was standard and everyone was nice. It does feel more chaotic now that they have AYCE but that  is understandable.
