The atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you walk in; friendly greeting within seconds of walking in, calming colors of blue and white adorn every wall with charming tablecloths on each table, and cute decor. Service was immediate with a carafe of water and a huge smile. I loved the vibe! Ordered a German Hefeweizen that came cold and frothy. Next came the Greek salad with the most juicy, crisp tomatoes, green peppers and cucumbers, then heavily sprinkled with feta cheese, a pinch of capers, and a side of the best Greek dressing I've ever tasted. I was originally taken aback that there was no lettuce, but real Greek salad doesn't have lettuce! I had no idea. The Broiler mix has 2 chicken skewers, 2 beef skewers, 2 Kefta patties, 2 chorizo, 2 pitas, fries, tomato wedges and a healthy dollop of tzatziki. The pita tasted homemade; it was soft, thick without being too think and didn't taste chalky. The skewers were exceptionally cooked...tender, flavorful pieces of chicken and beef. The kefta (lamb & beef) patties had a nice texture, which was enhanced with the herbaceous tzatziki sauce. The only disappointment was the chorizo as it was overcooked and dry. It was easy to overlook as everything else was a shining star. We would go back in a heartbeat....totally made me want to explore more Greek food there!
