When turning my system on in the Spring of 2026, there was a horrible sound coming from the unit. I called YMC on April 6th, and long story short, it took until May 4th to get an estimate or even find out what was wrong with the unit. After paying $5,500 for the unit new a year and a half before, I was given an estimate to replace the compressor and flush the system for $3,900. I tried to speak with the management team on how ridiculous this was, and got a $600 discount on the repair, and an explanation about how long and difficult the repair was going to be. So...$3,300 for labor and 4 pounds equipment. Parts covered under warranty. I will never use them again on residential or commercial work. 7th Element is a very reliable company if you have a Braynt equiptment in your home, and even if they didn't install originally, they will repair someone else's work for a quarter of the price... and in 2 hours I had a quote, and a week after that, I had a repaired unit. Now thats what I call a turn around time. Advanced Heating and Cooling is also a great option on the Commercial side if you you were looking into using YMC. Buyers Beware!
