The staff at this establishment is beyond rude. No utterance of hello, thank you or even "here you go." However they were quick to tell me again (this has been happening for months now according to friends and family) that they will not sell me a second honey mustard for a 4 piece supreme dinner. They pointed to a sign about how they may be out of things as if I can't read but they weren't out they just refused to sell me another sauce. Of note had I ordered online there was the option of ordering an additional honey mustard for $0 .39. Finally, the food was subpar as there was no seasoning on the fries and the supremes were so over cooked that they tasted burnt. I have been in the customer service industry for many years and I was very disapointed in the way the inside looked like it was un kept The Employees acted like they didn't care if you liked the food or not. They seemed very unhappy to work there. A customer should be met with a smile and a nice greeting not in this place. Reasonably priced, but the service was terrible. It took upwards of ten minutes for our order to get taken, and then a further 15-20 to get our food, which they got the order wrong several times, until eventually we had to tell them exactly what was on the order (off of the receipt) to get them to realize our order was incomplete. Once we got our food it was good. The entire place was dirty, most of the tables weren't wiped, and there was a swastika scratched into the toilet in the bathroom. Also, there was a tray of chicken (that they sold to a customer) that was sitting outside of the heat lamp, with employees breathing on it and potentially sneezing on it. As a frequenter of fried chicken establishments like KFC and popeyes, I must say that I really enjoyed this restaurant more! The chicken was very moist but fried correct. How many different ways can you ruin Chicken and anger a customer? Let me tell you the Bojangles at 740 Folly road has it down to a science! Upon my visit on 4/21/2020 I was told they were out of tomatoes. Disappointing but no big deal. I still ordered the Cajun Filet Club Combo. First of all the lady asked if I wanted it on a biscuit or bun which threw me off a little because I've never been asked that. The Cajun filet club combo is a menu item which comes with mayo tomato lettuce bacon and a chicken filet on a bun. I also asked for extra seasoning on the fries. I get my order. No tomato (expected) No bacon. No seasoning on the fries. Thinking she may have just misheard me and put no seasoning I check the receipt. It says extra season salt. Last time I visited this location I was served by a staff that treated me like less of a customer and more of an inconvenience. I also received chicken that tasted like burnt hair mixed with charcoal and was still undercooked. It was clear to me that it was cooked in old grease from a few days prior. I was very happy when I heard they were closing this location down for a couple days as they hired new management and staff. Wish I didn't get my hopes up as the new management and staff are no better than the last! Tried calling to speak with a manager and ask them to educate their staff on what a club combo is but I got sent straight to voicemail so I've had to voice my concerns here! Went through the drive thru and placed my order. The lady gave me my total. By the time I get to the window she's asking me what did I order?!? The entire time her attitude was horrible.
