Recently I decided to visit my local Bojangles on two different occasions to judge how the meals stood up on various days. I used the app to place my order for both meals. It was easy to use and easy to customize my order. I went to the drive thru to pick up my order and the AI was very nice and welcoming and understood I was there to pick up a mobile order. Both meals I ordered the Bo's chicken sandwich and then a Chicken Tender combo. The first time I ordered the combo with the Bo-rounds as I had never tried them yet and was excited to see them available past the morning menu. The second time I ordered the seasoned fries. The Bo-rounds were ok. Not sure how long they may have been sitting so they were not hot nor were they crispy at this point. The size and shape of them only give you 4 per bag and they were ok but the seasoned fries were a lot better and truly I felt like I was getting more for my buck. The second day I went I was asked to pull forward and wait for my meal by the side door. That's fine and it only took another minute or two to come out to me but I wasn't presented my drink at the window and when given my food he didn't have it then either. I had to wait another few minutes for him to come out with my drink and it was the wrong one. I ordered pepsi and I got sweet tea. Not a huge issue and this gives me the chance to say, I'm not a fan of their tea. Both of the Bo's chicken sandwiches I received were made correctly as ordered and they both were yummy. Hot and juicy, a thick piece of chicken with just the right level of spice in the batter! I truly enjoyed those sandwiches. The chicken tender combos were both delicious. Again I enjoyed the fries over the rounds but you can't beat Bojangles biscuits! The tenders were NOT over fried and they were of good size and contained a good portion of chicken. Not like some over breaded piece of nothing chicken. Overall I was very happy with both of my experiences at this Bojangles and look forward to swing back around their way! read more

Avoid this place like the plague. I don't know if they just pull people off the street with no training or the people just really hate their jobs-- but the term fast food absolutely does not apply. And after waiting over an hour for breakfast (I normally would've left after 15 minutes, but I had promised my boys Bojangles before we left town)-- finally got my order and it was completely wrong. Whatever, we ate it and learned our lesson. Employees were discussing how they shouldn't have opened that morning, and hadn't received their paychecks. Absolutely ridiculous showed up to eat here 2 1/2 hours after they officially open and all the doors are locked so can't eat in the dining room drive thru only I guess ? I have a brand new car. I'm not interested in eating in my car. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that's happened at this Bojangles. I don't know what their problem is that they don't know how to unlock the door. I've had nothing but issues with this particular Bojangles. I either stop in on my way to work or on my way home and it's always through the drive thru. They cant get an order right. I ordered a 2 piece breast dinner and was charged correctly but when I got home I had a breast and wing dinner. The receipt showed 2 breasts. The next visit I ordered a 3 piece bone in dinner with pintos and seasoned fries. When I got home I had 3 small chicken strips, no pintos and a bo berry biscuit which I did not request. One morning I stopped through on my way to work and ordered a Cajun filet sandwich. I was told that was a lunch menu item and could not be ordered for breakfast. I had stopped in the previous week and ordered the same thing at the same time which was around 530 am with no problem. It was the same cashier who helped me both times. I live near the airport so it's a 45 minute drive in rush hour traffic so taking the order back was not an option. I called the store regarding the breast and wing dinner and spoke to a manager who told me to come back next visit for the other breast. I told him I would not be back to Fort Mill until the following week. When I did return, he was not there and it was a big production with the drive thru person so I just got my 3 piece bone in dinner and went home only to find out it also was completely wrong. They probably gave me someone else's food. At 14 dollars plus for these dinners, they should be getting them right. I filed a complaint with corporate online and asked to be contacted. I have not heard from a single person. Bojangles is/was my favorite chicken joint. Ill start going to Chik Fil A. Never had an accuracy problem with them. Check your orders before you leave. Evidently, I should've asked if it cost extra to do that because I didn't realize that until I looked at receipt. Then, no refills on it! Pay extra and get no refills! Date of visit: July 13, 2024 Not a great initial experience with Bojangles. We stopped here sometime after 9 pm for something small for the family. We started placing our order only to be told that they were doing their late night menu; not sure why they wouldn't have that posted somewhere, but okay. Adjusting our order to meet their new requirements, we receive a total and pull ahead to pay for our order. After handing over the card, it turns out that they charged us for someone else's order. They did catch the error and voided it out, but at no point was there an apology. Our food was going to take a few minutes so they asked us to pull ahead and after about 10 minutes, the food did come out but there was no "thanks for waiting" or anything. read more

Horrible.. just absolutely horrible! I've given them a couple chances and I've finally had enough. Always "out of chicken" and having to close early. Staff just be hanging out on their phones or talking amongst themselves not even acknowledging that you're there after making eye contact with you. Corporate or owners definitely need to clean house! I've come up here on multiple occasions trying to give them the chance but every time without fail I sit here waiting for my food for over 15+ minutes and half of it isn't right . So, I eat at a lot of interstate adjacent fast food, so I'm used to them not always being the model establishments...but WHOAH this was bad even with my lowered expectations. First, the ordering. For fast food chicken, I'm usually a Zax or Popeyes guy...but I was driving right by this location, and the chain is headquartered in Charlotte...so what could be bad. Well when I order the Chicken Supreme strips, and you ask if I want sauce and I ask what sauces are available, don't stare at me and remain mute. After twenty seconds the cashier finally mumbled "honey mustard, Buffalo and ranch". Surprise, there is a Bo' Sauce and BBQ that I didn't know existed. But I got Buffalo. When this was ring in and a total was given, I asked where to tap my card on the terminal. The cashier again just started at me mute...before saying "what is your name?" and hitting a key that allowed me to tap my card. I then went and sat down at a table that I can only describe as dirty. I did the best I could to wipe the table down enough to sit there. As soon as I sat, a worker started screaming "four supreme" over and over...little did I know that was mine. After several more minutes I went back to the counter and found out that was mine. And finally, the food...it was salty...I mean very very very salty. The fries were borderline inedible. The chicken was limp and the crust was soggy. The biscuit was actually good, but the butter flavor on the top had a strange aftertaste. I don't know who the manager thinks he is but he is first off 40 working at a bojangles so he has no right speaking to a customer the way he spoke to me. I stopped at this Bojangles' on a Saturday morning, and this was the friendliest Bojangles' that I have had the pleasure of going to. The staff was so friendly, and really made a fast food experience such a treat. Also, I felt that the biscuit here was softer and fluffier than most Bojangles' I have visited. I prefer Bo Derek and even Beau Bridges to Bo Jangles. But that's just me. This location of this southern franchise is just inside South Carolina outside Charlotte. This location of the massive Southern Fried Chicken Franchise is pretty typical as far as BJs go. Ahem. Their products are significantly better than Chick-fil-A and comprable to KFC. They are very bad for you but it's worth a try if you've never been to one of these before. So give BJs a try. read more

The girl says they are out of Diet Pepsi. We said, what diet drinks do you have, she says Diet Pepsi so we said yeah, we will have that. Then for the other meal, she says the exact same thing?!?!?! I've been here multiple times and they literally never get my order right. My most recent visit I ordered 2 bird dogs, pulled to the window and gave my card to the guy at the window. He gave it back to me and said my food would be right out. A minute later, a woman opened the window and said she needed to run payment. I told her someone already did, and she said it didn't go through. I gave her my card and asked for a receipt, but they were "out of receipt paper". She returned my card and gave me my food. I waited 30 minutes while I watched kids standing around joking talking about school not working moving at a snails pace. I just can't believe they make 13 an hour to literally do nothing. I was a little leary of going here after previous poor Bojangles food at other locations. I'm pleased to say we have been here twice to order their tailgate pack. The chicken was hot was and delicious. The coleslaw is excellent - not too sweet or slathered in mayonnaise. The mashed potatoes are okay as they taste like the instant kind. Bojangles biscuits are large, fluffy and better than most. The service is okay. They do a good job of keeping the line moving but when you get to the register there's no "hello or welcome", just 'next' - even from the manager. read more
