Half a no 11 which is ham roast beef and turkey On toasted white sub roll
    Courtney G.

I have been coming a good while.. it's local and the subs are pretty good. Today I got ham turkey and cheese with bacon added plus basil pasta salad for under $8.. they toast it and it's so good!! The ladies that work there were very nice as always and my to go order was done in no time! If you want you can eat in.. there's plenty of tables and a tv in corner so all can see ..good local sub shop!!

Doesn't look like much, but the subs are simply delicious. I have lived here for a long time. But I have never tried this establishment. I was so very plenty surprised. I have found my new go-to spot for subs. Way better than Jimmy johns and Subway. The prices are very fair also. Made right in front of you. The decor is a bit draby, but like I said, it comes down to the taste of the food. You won't find a better sub place here in town than this location. It is a just try it. Tables aew clean, soda machine has the necessities. Their homemade sweet tea is on pare.

Overall a pretty solid lunch spot. For what it costs and what you get I think expectations line up. The bread was good and it was perfectly toasted. I did get the pesto Mayo, but didn't taste much difference. The meat doesn't taste very fresh overall but again for the price it's what I expected and overall happy. The side pasta was drowning in sauce that was sub par. I would go with chips next time.

This place is a town gem! I've always loved their subs and their pasta salad is absolutely out of this world! Sadly due to them being short staffed their hours have changed, I still go when I'm able to I just wish they could be open later.

Half turkey and bacon and pasta salad.

Simple menu with plenty of options for everyone. The food is cooked to order and doesn't take long even when it's really busy. Plenty of seating and a large parking lot. I joined the Marine Corps and left the area, but I would always stop there when home on leave. About 15 years later, I was so disappointed when the store was no longer there. Well, I have finally found the closest thing to what I enjoyed over 50 years ago. Awesome dogs with thick meat sauce, sweet onions and mustard. They also put coleslaw on them, but I had to go with my boyhood passion, so no coleslaw for me. A friend told me that he had never had a dog with coleslaw before, but he thoroughly enjoyed it. The shake was pretty dang good too. I will be back this weekend again!

A great perk for this place is free street parking right in front. The front entrance is in an old strip mall. The inside is well done. Plenty of seating throughout. There's a nice lounging area, outdoor seating, high top tables, large standard tables and a bar area. They have a fairly simple menu, but plenty of variety. They do offer alcohol, THC beverages, sodas, smoothies, and of course coffee. After a few minutes of looking over the menu we ordered a coupe of the artisan sandwiches, a couple coffees, and a slice of coconut cream cake! You order at the kiosk and they bring your food & beverages to you. After a nice wait (not too fast or long), our americano, latte, waters, The Rad sandwich, The Chrissy sandwich, with our sides of pasta and potato salad. The sandwiches were honestly the perfect size for us. Both sandwiches were great and the coffee was good. Initially I requested a red eye, but they were out of drip coffee. Not a big deal, the americano was good. The coconut cream cake was huge and delicious! Not sure, but I tasted a hint of amaretto, vanilla, and coconut. Delicious! Went well with the coffee! Although the cost was a little high, the quality of service, food and atmosphere compensated. We will definitely eat here again. Recommend giving Bistro 1940 a try.

You can choose a bowl, a wrap, or a pita. They do offer sandwiches and other items as well. I decided on a bowl. I chose yellow rice instead of quinoa. I was able to have a few small samples to help make a decision. I also had lamb, chicken, garbanzo beans, spinach, three different hummus (feta, traditional, roasted eggplant), lettuce, tomato, feta, cucumbers, naan, and tzatziki over the top. I also decided to have a lemonade. They have several different lemonades to choose from and it's bottomless if you're dining in. I added so many items to the bowl the price was fairly high, but worth it. There's plenty of seating inside and it's a nice dining room. Very simple, but comfortable. I sat and enjoyed my bowl with pomegranate lemonade. Everything was delicious. I'm happy that I finally tried The Hummus Republic. I will definitely eat here again. Recommend giving it a try.

I got a pretty full bowl. I noted that the kale they had out had a number of dubious leaves in it, but the person picked around them to get me some nice green kale (if I were them I'd just dump the wilted ones). Vegetarian options were ample at all levels of the ordering process and indeed the only non-vegan component i ended up with was some feta. It was a salty and tasty bowl; oddly the salad greens were the only thing I got less of than expected. I also said what the heck and got what they call a signature tahini shake, which was absurdly filling to the point that I pretty much skipped a meal. Okay if that's what you want. Overall, not perfect but a quality place with options for most diets.

We enjoy coming on Tuesdays for the pizza deal. Today we ordered the shotgun shrimp appetizer, a side salad, and the 33 Deluxe small pizza. Of course the pizza was delivered after we finished our appetizers. The pizza was great. Our server, EmilyB, was great. Always positive and smiling. We also noticed Japanese baseball was on. Didn't expect that honestly. This restaurant always has an active and vibrant atmosphere. There's seating for all types and television screens everywhere. During football season, this place is packed! The reviews are all over the place. We have always had a good experience here. If you're unsure about trying Bubba's 33, I recommend giving it a try. Like, "we're already in the parking lot" last-minute. My daughter chose Bubba's 33 over Mission BBQ (which, for the record, I also have thoughts about, but that's another review). I'd never been to Bubba's before. Between all the hype around town and the endless debates in the local mom groups, I just never bothered. After this experience, I can confidently say my streak will likely continue. If you're looking for a place to waste time, Bubba's 33 absolutely delivers. Generously. Abundantly. Olympic-level time wasting. My 8-year-old and I waited about 20 minutes to be seated, which wasn't a huge deal. We got settled, our server greeted us, brought our drinks, and then apparently entered the Witness Protection Program. For roughly the next hour, she became more myth than employee. Meanwhile, tables seated after us were getting appetizers, entrees, refills, desserts, probably college degrees and retirement plans while we sat there staring at our drinks wondering if we'd somehow become invisible. Eventually our server reappeared and said, "I'm going to check on your food." Perfect. Except I then watched her walk to the POS system, print something, wander around a partition, stop and chat with another table, visit the table behind me, casually migrate to the hostess stand, disappear for about 30 seconds, reappear, make direct eye contact with me, and then immediately go help yet another table. At that point I wasn't sure if she was checking on my food or participating in a scavenger hunt. For context, our incredibly complex order consisted of: * Chicken tenders and fries. * A bowl of chili. That's it. Not a 12-course tasting menu. Not a custom-built wedding cake. Not an endangered truffle flown in from Europe. Chicken tenders. Fries. Chili. I've seen Amazon deliver furniture faster. The truly disappointing part is that we'd actually helped facilitate a jersey and helmet that ended up on their wall. So technically, I've contributed more to the décor than my server contributed to my dining experience. Maybe we caught them on a bad day. Maybe there was some catastrophe in the kitchen. Maybe my food is still being prepared right now as I type this review. All I know is that my first visit to Bubba's 33 somehow felt longer than most relationships I've been in. One star for the drinks arriving before retirement age. One star for teaching my daughter patience. Everything else remains under investigation.
