Upper management is very poor. The staff gets treated poorly, there's never enough staff. They Serve old food knowing that it's old. Management is too lazy to actually help the crew so now I have to wait 30 plus minutes in the drive thru watching the poor girl in the window struggle by herself. I used to love Bojangles but boy how things have changed for the worse. Hire more people or the managers needs to start working and get this line MOVING! read more

My mother lives nearby so it's easy for her to stop by here. (Her car is older) the only thing she asks for specifically is that her tea be unsweetened because she is diabetic. Every single time she gets sweet tea. Now my siblings that are with her like sweet tea but we do not order it since she is the one that drinks the most of it. My mother is very non-confrontational and doesn't want to upset the staff about this continuing mistake. The first few times we let it go and she would let them know when she would go the next time. Nope. Once I was in town and I personally went into the store about it and the manager said that the sweet tea had gotten the wrong cap and that was the reason, and she replaced it with an entire gallon instead of a half gallon. Fine, but now I hear it's happened again and so I call to let them know it's happened again. This is my mothers HEALTH condition I worry about. If it was just a preference I wouldn't have personally drove down to sort it out with the store. I told my mother that if she needed it my brother would drive to another location because it seems this staff can't provide unsweetened tea. It may seem stupid to complain about but between her health, her unlikelihood of complaining herself, and the fact that this has happened many times I'm tired of telling the store and they act like they have no idea what I'm talking about. Today they said they remember the order, but whoever typed it in didn't TYPE unsweetened tea so the order copy doesn't say she ordered it. Why is that our fault the order was mistyped!? Just overall tired of such a simple ask getting ignored time and time again. I will do my best to prevent her from going to this location anymore. Train your staff better. read more

Line wrapped around the whole building and it took forever!!! From ordering at the box to the first window took 10-15 minutes! Ordered a 4 piece supreme and asked if they had those. as sometimes they are out due to whatever supreme shortage Bojangles has going on, I was told they did... didn't realize until after leaving that they gave me the homestyle they were so small they looked like nuggets instead of tenders, fries were mostly old and stale and had a few that were actually fresh... January 8th, I made an online curbside pickup order and was told it would be approximately 30 mins. I went to pick my order up at the appropriate time and followed all the procedures on the App, and nothing on the App instructed me to go inside, so after pushing the 'I'm here' button, I waited for someone to bring out my order, meanwhile the drive thru was slow and they were not busy at all. Finally a worker brought an order out to my car and I told him that was not my order, in fact, it belonged to the car parked next to me. The worker asked me what kind of order I had, and I told him, and he understood that I had a multi Order, so he went back inside to get my order. Well, I waited for over 30mins before a manager came outside to my car with my 2 big Bo boxes and apologized saying my food had been ready since I'd placed the order and was just sitting on the counter and that I should have come inside to get it, I informed him that one of his workers was supposed to check on my order and bring it out. Visited December 31, 2020 about 11:20 AM, perhaps 8 cars in the drive thru so went inside to order. 2 people waiting to pickup their orders, no problem. Finally after 10+ minutes of waiting with nobody to even saying will be a few minutes I stopped a girl behind the counter and asked "politely " if I can make my order. She arrogantly snapped back the girl working the counter can only do 1 order at a time! As she walked away she hollered if I'm in a hurry go to the drive thru! She went to the manager and said a customer doesn't like waiting, cut be a nasty eye and walked away. The MANAGER said and did nothing!! The 2 couples behind me walked out. After more than 15 minutes counter girl walked up and said "what do you want"! What disrespectful display of customer service by both of these service employees! I was never loud or disrespectful to these 2. The Manager failed the workers and the customers. I'd fire him on the spot! Not a single person wore a name plate, can't say who they were. This Bojangles is terrible, customer service, cleanliness and personal responsibility. Don't know who owns this franchise but they've failed you and the BoJo name. Ordered a family variety feast with extra sides and 2 drinks with large seasoned Fries. I'm not sure why you offer a grilled chicken club sandwich when I can never get the 'club'. I order the same thing everytime I go to Bojangles and this is the only location that has an issue.
