While I understand that teenagers work where the should be some supervision over them. I order my food and pull up to service window the teens are standing around laughing packing food. I sit there for a couple seconds and I see my milkshake and drink placed in a cup holder. The teen is still laughing and begins to fix himself a drink. After he drinks his own drink he comes to me ask for my name goes back and grabs my drinks and slings them at me like he doesn't want me to touch him. So excited to get Chick-Fil-A during my short visit to the area! And, this new location did not disappoint despite a few reviews I have read (on a site that I used to map the area and to find the closest one to my hotel)! They had two lines moving along pretty quickly and smoothly. I had started my order on the mobile app, then went through the drive-thru to finish. I told the order-taker that I had a mobile order and she took note (sent it to the pickup window personnel). I pulled up to the front and saw the girl with my order. Unfortunately, I put the wrong color vehicle (in the app). So, she went back inside. She saw me wave at her, came over, and gave me my order after confirming my name. Haha. My bad. And, it was SO hot. At least, they have a little shade cover. I was in and out of that drive-thru lane in less than 8-10 minutes. I mean, TBH, I didn't keep track because I was too busy driving forward to keep the gap to a minimum while keeping my hAngry toddler in the back seat calm and cool. He wanted his mac and cheese & chocolate milk right MEOW! Sheesh. The order was accurate. Hot items were hot. My salad was cold, but luke cool by the time we arrived back to the hotel (which was only a few minutes away). That is how hot it is today... hot and humid! Miserable without A/C which I saw several cars driving around with their windows down. Ugh. My coffee shake didn't completely melt since I sucked it down pretty fast on the drive! The GM Savannah is inexperienced, sarcastic and does not handle customer complaints well. If you ever have an issue with your food or service, please don't ever ask for her. I have filed a complaint with the company and currently waiting for the Owner to follow up. I also have audio of her lying to my face stating that upper management (the owner) will probably not do anything or communicate with me. When I told her that I know for a fact the owner would and can rectify issues, she stated she never once said that to me. food is great as usual and honestly I'm not the type to write a review. But three different occasions I have ordered a pup cup for my dog. and I get my food and of course there's no pup cup. The receipt all three times even said I ordered a pup cup and on the side of the bag it said pup cup. why do you guys keep screwing me of a pup cup. I'm usually not one to take time to write reviews but this location (although newer and still decent looking) has a serious service issue. Almost every time I have come here I have made sure to ask for a certain number of sauces. It is always correct on the receipt. Yet somehow they always short me one or two. Today I asked for three honey mustards. When the girl handed me my bag I asked her if she had put in the three honey mustards and she smiled and lied right to my face and said "yes". Got to the car, and not a single sauce packet. Decided to check the rest of my order and apparently whoever packed my 8 count nugget only got up to 6 before they must have decided they weren't getting paid enough to count all the way to 8. Check your people because if everyone's order was like mine today (and almost every time I've come here) then you have a serious problem. And I understand this might seem petty, but it's stops being petty after the 5th or 6th time it happens, then it's just a lack of attention to detail. If they lack attention to detail in the orders I have a hard time believing they don't lack attention to detail in other aspects (like hygiene or cleaning the restaurant). read more
