Never even looked at me as I was ordering after I stood there for a couple minutes waiting even though I was the only customer in the store. Gave me the fries that looked like they'd been sitting there all day. Asked for a honey mustard and she basically yelled at me as I was walking away that sauce was 42 cents (apparently this is the only bojangles in the world that does this) and then didn't even come over the register so she could rob me for a single honey mustard. My god never come here. Bojangles used to be the best. I moved out of state for 4 years and came back and this is first place I go from airport. The drive thru was a robot voice talking and did not get our order correct at all. We were missing many items. My gravy biscuit was COLD. Like not even room temperature, like they pulled the gravy out of the fridge from the night before. My husbands Cajun filet biscuit gave him food poisoning and diarrhea. I know it was this store because that was all we had eaten after flying into town. You'd think it would be made fresh since it was still 8am breakfast time. The place needs shut down. How difficult can it be to get a fresh sausage biscuit? Extremely hard..just like the biscuit I ordered. Don't ask for more than one jelly because you might get cursed out. So... waited in line for forever for my order. Ordered the country ham biscuit combo with grits and coffee. The lady who took my order repeated all items correctly. I got to the window and grabbed my food and noticed a) they gave me fries instead of grits, b) the poorest excuse for a country ham biscuit (literally the ONE piece was barely 2 inches), c) no creamer or Splenda for my coffee that I asked for. When I asked for creamer the lady gave me French vanilla creamers (which I can't have because of the sugar) and when I asked if this was all they had she said "yes". Which I doubt that was true. Overall worst experience at this location and I'm local to this area. Usually my orders are spot on and the food is great and hot, but not this time. This was my first stop in Fayetteville and my first time at Bojangles. The customer service here is really good and the staff is really attentive and kind. I ordered the chicken tenders with fries and the biscuit and my mom ordered the salad, we also got a sweet tea because when in North Carolina. The tenders were blah, they tasted like they had been sitting out a while and lacked any crunch despite a substantial amount of breading. The fries were good nice and hot and well seasoned. The biscuit was also good, i am not sure if they offer jelly, butter or honey but it would've tasted even better with those options. My mom said her salad was good, and for 5 dollars I have to agree, being that I'm from New York 5 dollars for a salad is a dream. The sweet tea was also really good not full of sugar as I was expecting. Definitely try bojangles if you haven't had it before. read more

The drive-thru line is ALWAYS long here; and I mean looooong! But that's a good sign, right? (Because it actually moves pretty quickly for a line of its size!) The drive-through is an absolute joke in this place this morning. 30 minutes in the drive-through for bacon egg and cheese biscuits.

When I think of Bojangles, I think of jumbalaya. But it's really about chicken and biscuits. The inside of this location looks like it used to be a Wendy's. My friend had the 3-piece chicken dinner, which was hot temperature wise, but looked like it had almost no seasoning. I had this jambalaya chicken rice bowl which looked a little better than it tasted. The chicken pieces were pre-seasoned. It was just satisfactory. I ordered a side of macaroni cheese, but it must have been only 1-2 ounces, such a small portion for $1. I would have gotten more in a frozen entree of mac and cheese for $1. We only went here because it's across the street from our hotel. It's right next to McDonald's, so they also have to compete for the breakfast crowd. read more

Its fast food, nothing spectacular. Sometimes their soda machine is out. If you dine in, there is not a soda machine in the lobby like you would find in a McDonald's or Burger King. So it's sizzlin' pork chop biscuit time, and on top of that we received some pretty amazing coupons in the mail, and I went there three times this week and the line was wrapped around the building and there were people waiting in different parking spots for the food they ordered to be walked out to them. The first time, I went on to work since I didn't have that much time to wait. Second time, line around the building, people waiting on the side with an employee walking around the parking lot, going cluelessly from car to car asking those waiting if it was their food, so I walked inside to place my order, thinking it would be faster. For some reason, they have the cashier at the counter taking orders and prepping food, which is not sanitary at all. She will take one order and then go start preparing fries and bo'rounds for both the drive-thru and the the counter, leaving people waiting to order. Thankfully, I was only there for biscuits (wrapped) or I would have caused a scene about her touching my food.There were two people in front of me; when the first one ordered, the cashier did the transaction and then proceeded to go prep food, leaving the rest of us waiting..and waiting. I finally walked out because, again, I had to get to work. The third time was more successful, I did get the biscuits, however I had to leave for work 30 minutes earlier. You see, I Iove those damn pork chop biscuits and so do my coworkers, some of whom do not have a nearby Bojangles to stop at on the way to work, so I get some for them, too. This Bojangles needs to be more prepared and staffed for the amount of customers that are flooding in, and they need someone else helping to prepare and bag the food, not the cashier who touches dirty money and, therefore, a dirty register and then leaves customers standing impatiently for several minutes to go touch food..it's disgusting. read more

Holiday weekend and circumstances made it not possible for me to be with my family. Decided to stop here and just grab some roasted chicken bites for lunch. The young lady who took my order seemed rather new to the job, no biggie. We're all new at some point. I move down to get my food and the manager is standing talking to another employee and it's as though I'm not there. After a bit, the newer employee goes to prepare my food. Very apparent then that she was new...again no biggie. The food however turned out to be so disappointing. Roasted bites were cold...very cold. The Cajun pintos tasted and looked like they had been prepared days ago and just sat out, gradually getting thicker and thicker. Kinda came across more as refried beans. Horrible. I never complain. It should not be on me to provide their quality control especially when the manager is right there. You could not help but know she was present as she talked so loud. It's as though she was oblivious that there was a dining room with patrons having a meal. The manager sets the tone for how a shift runs and from top to bottom this one was running poorly with exception of the newer appearing employee.
