I was the second car and I probably waited at least 5 minutes for my food when I got to the front of the line which is an eternity in Chick-Fil-A time. The one in my hometown would have gotten 50 cars through in that time while saying "My Pleasure" without panting or losing their breath. Order accuracy was on par with what you would expect. We have always loved PE and started with the store inside Asheville Mall - their service is slightly less than the stand alone store. No matter what food I get, I love. The Kung Pao is really spicy and very good, but you have to be careful not to accidentally put a whole dried pepper in your mouth. My favorite is the Honey Shrimp. I don't know what they do to it, but it's amazing. In the mall, you're eating right beside kids playing, so it's a dull, screaming roar that makes it hard to hear yourself, let alone a companion. At the stand alone, there's great lighting, great service, and it would be a great place to take a date or a job interview.

I placed the order online and it was pretty simple. I managed to get the order set up and there a section with special instructions so I asked for oil and vinegar on the side. As I finished placing the order I forgot to add pickles and called the store and asked the customer service rep for a side of pickles. The sandwich was done very quickly as I was surprised. The driver for to the store rather quickly and delivered it with no problem. As I opened the bag I saw the sandwich and pickles but they forgot to give me the oil and vinegar I had put down but its ok. The sandwich was excellent. The bread was soft and fresh and the toppings were tasting fresh as well. Even the lettuce was crisp. Perfect! I m very happy to try this and will be back again. Even if someone had a bad experience I believe you should try it for yourself and decide.

Comes with two sides.so I chose waffle fries and hishpippies hushpuppies. Everything was deliciously fried to a golden crisp. The fish was flakey and fish and shrimp had a light batter. The hushpuppies weren't dry but it needed some kind of dipping sauce. The waffle fries were perfectly done but needed seasoning. Also got #14 with fish, butterfly shrimp and popcorn shrimp. Once again fried perfectly but needed seasoning. The coleslaw was nice and milkly. If you know KFC coleslaw then this was similar. All in all it was delicious and would be back again.
