First time visiting and I must say I was very happy with my visit. I ordered a gyro and sweet potato fries. The prices are good for the amount of food that you get and the ice cream flavors are great as well as soft serve vanilla and chocolate. There is plenty of seating, but make sure you are quick to find a seat because it fills up fast. There are plenty of people working and they are so nice when you're ordering your food. There are so many different options to choose from when it comes to something to eat, and they are very accommodating to whatever needs you may have. Food was good, employees very nice and the restaurant big, open and clean. I do have to say it was nothing special your typical fast food place with chic fila vibe but lots more options. We had the Mediterranean chicken gyro type sandwich, cheesy fries and onion rings. Like I said it was all good the tzatziki was excellent and everything else was good. read more

I had not heard of Dairi-O before so decided to try it. It looked like an upscale fast food restaurant. The menu was large and you could customize the items. They do serve Pepsi products unfortunately so I opted to get a shake instead. I wish I had been informed that if I was ordering food and a milkshake that they would not be prepared at the same time. Had I known that, I could have ordered separately so my hot food wasn't sitting out getting cold for at least 10 minutes. They could have at least kept it on a warmer. I was told by management that there was no way to get both the hot food and ice cream ready at the same time. Customer service could use some improvement here. Cold food is gross so I couldn't eat it. I thought of trying to microwave it. The grilled cheese was thicker white bread and not really toasted so the cheese wasn't melted. My burger was prepared correctly but after a bite of a cold burger I couldn't take another bite. A burger needs to be eaten when it is made or soon after. The fries did ok in the microwave. The shake when I finally got it had the lid not attached. I noticed the cup was dirty too. It wasn't until later did I realize it had a hole in it. What type of place serves something with a punctured cup? I'm not surprised based on my experience at this place. Dairi-O is not anywhere I'd return as I am out money and need to find dinner elsewhere. read more

Pros: monster burger was tasty and hot. Bright airy large interior. People were friendly. Cons: bun disintegrated due to juiciness. Loudspeaker calling the order numbers was annoyingly loud. If I lived near I would probably go here occasionally but not worth a drive. read more

Stopped here after checking out the air museum because I had just never heard of it before. Pulled up and the guy outside who took my order was incredibly helpful and funny. I just asked him what he recommended because Dairi-O never existed to me until right then, and he led me true! He told me the black bear shake was popular, and that the burgers were on point. Y'all he was not wrong. We parked and ate to hang out a bit (and bc I didn't realise they had outdoor seating) and ended up going in to the restroom. They were very clean, and really the entire building seemed pretty immaculate which was nice. It's like how McDonald's and Burger King used to be. Reminded us of a chick fil a Except they have hand scooped ice cream. Cheer-wine on tap, but Pepsi products. If you're a pure Diet Coke drinker like my other half... prepare yourself. Burgers are completely customizable. Crinkle fries are standard. Everything tasted fresh. $24 for two burgers and fries. It's fast food and that's all. Tons of options on the menu, burgers, chicken, fries, soft drinks and milkshakes. Service was average for a fast food drive thru or walk up ordering. Nothing special, if I'm in the area and want a milkshake I stop by or maybe wait for Cookout Burger joint. read more

Wow! This place is huge and there must be 50 people working. It's super clean, and everyone is smiling and friendly. Must be a prerequisite to work here haha. Ordered a monster burger. It was fabulous! Seasoned perfectly but not overdone at all and crispy . Fresh bun and the toppings are fresh and cold which was nice that they weren't just room temp. Crispy onions and lettuxe not wilted. Crinkle cut fries crispy, cooked well but would like salted but that can be added. If you like these kind of onion rings in a wet batter, they were good too. Pepsi products to drink and teas. The ice cream bar has really something for everyone but that will have to be on our return visit because we were sooooo full. First time at this new restaurant. I tried to call in an order but 10 minutes on hold is my limit. The drive thru has speakers but there are people out there to take your order. Check the menu online if you don't plan to go in. It didn't seem too busy when I got there, about 5:15 on a Sunday evening. I got the souvlaki and my husband got a Monster burger, a hot dog, and an order of onion rings. I tried the onion rings. Just average. My souvlaki was good. However, the insides fell out when I tried to pick it up. Maybe if the chicken was cut into strips instead of chunks, I'd have been more successful. The tomatoes and peppers fell out too. Use the fork. Husband gave the burger a thumbs up. He said it was better than the average fast food burger. Overall, not bad. Pretty inexpensive too. Our food was $22. read more

I'm happy to say that another company is adopting the same customer service principles that Chic-fil-et brought to the table. Cairo-O took those winning concepts and developed a fast food burger join that we as Americans can appreciate. I noticed people sitting and enjoying each others company they way we used to. The food was decent. Think if you combined the best attributes of Burger King, Chic-fil-et, and maybe Wendy's. I dig it. I hope that customer service continues to become a thing in America and more businesses adopt it. Be careful if you order the spicy chicken tenders, no where does it say it's covered in buffalo sauce, you go anywhere else and get spicy chicken it's more of a Cajun not covered in sauce. Would have been nice to know before getting home and not liking my dinner. read more

I am really happy that Dairi-O has moved to this new location! For fast food it is on the pricier end, but the food is always really good. I usually get the chicken sandwich and fries but everything on the menu looks appetizing. The drive thru service has disappointed me. On two separate occasions I have had two different drive thru workers act as if they did not see me for a good minute after I pulled up for them to take my order. I had my window rolled down and these two different girls were having side conversations with other employees while I waited on them. On the other side of the building at the pickup window, it has always been the same girl handing out the food and she is not friendly either. Usually does not say two words to me. However, the few times I have gone inside to dine-in, the manager taking my order was very friendly and pleasant. read more

Our first visit was the last day of the drive- thru only. A double- line with outside attendants like Chik-fil-a does now. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. We had the Monster burgers. The meat party was a good size, not too thin. Juicy. The fries had the right amount of salt, hot, thick crinkle fries. The drinks are served with crushed ice, better than big cubes. The service in the drive thru was friendly and efficient. Very good experience! We've been back twice now to eat once in the spacious dining room and once in the outside seating. Dairi-O just opened today and the drive thru is only open for a couple of weeks because they are in the process of training the employees how to do the jobs. We ordered the spicy chicken tenders with fries and the soft serve chocolate shake. We only had to wait a few minutes for our food. The food was outstanding and hot. We will give them 5 stars. We already knew the burgers, hotdogs sweet potato fries & more were delicious, not to mention the delicious choices of ice cream, but yesterday found out the salads are made to order & delicious also. I wanted a hamburger patty on top of salad & a wonderful & impressive employee Justin said they would easily make that happen. Justin has a terrific personality, was so helpful in helping me with salad choice decision that I had to let the manager know how terrific he is.
