I visited this location yesterday. I eat at Chick-Fil-A a lot, especially living in Fayetteville, GA... but I have to say this location is NOT like the others. The floor was disgusting, the bathrooms were filthy, the staff weren't aware or really that pleasant, and I was shocked at how poor this location was run. We had to search for a clean table, the stands with napkins, straws, etc. were empty of almost everything, and I can't stress again how nasty the floor was. Even the food was "meh" at best. We stopped here because my mom wasn't feeling well and we needed to get food for her. If it weren't for the necessity of needing to stop, we would have walked out. I work in customer service and the one thing I know above everything is you always greet folks first. Always. Typically in CFA you greeted by several team members, but at this location the team members would literally walk by you and not bat an eye or even acknowledge you. It was weird. If you see somebody standing at the counter, in no world would you ignore them. We had 3 or 4 team members walk by and not even look up. This would never fly if it were in GA, but maybe because it's out of state it doesn't brand itself as closely as the ones in and around ATL? Whatever the case, do better. Nice CFA location with usual good food and friendly staff. Like almost all CFAs they have fast service and bring the food to your table. Drive thru lanes move quickly. I went for a later lunch and they had NO line instead, which was amazing (I'm from California and am used to long Chick-Fil-A lines both inside and in the drive-thru). A little common sense would go a long way here! Did a mobile order for a frosted coffee on the app. When I arrived I told the employee standing outside my name and she told me to pull around. When I got to the window they asked my name again and told me to pull ahead to the red sign. I sat there for over 10 minutes waiting while people behind me got their food and left. After about 10 minutes I saw a frosted coffee sitting at the window melting. Finally, the guy who told me to pull up to the sign asked me the name on my order again so I told him my name (again) and what I had ordered. He brought the melting frosted coffee to me and informed me that the drive thru person put that I was driving a different vehicle than I was in- not to mention that I had to put the make and color of my car in the app before I could place the order. read more

Literally had someone else's name on it , ok it happens of course I'm at work 25 - 30 mins away and can't return so I call and the person whomever answered was nice and did apologize and said only way to help since I couldn't return was to give credit on app. Ok she said it would be 24/48 hours before it would show up. And it did but I'm know confused as to why I was given other items that wasn't even what I ordered? I mean I had breakfast mess up and was givens lunch item to replace. There were no signs at any of the entrances saying "No Bus Parking". At approximately 2:15pm on 06/24/2025, I arrive in a school activity bus loaded with high school basketball players and park in the back parking lot behind the building. There were over 12 empty parking spots in that area plus more in the front and sides of the building. An employee wanted me to go park the bus across the street at the mall. I mentioned their were plenty of available parking spots but they refused to serve me (a 62 year old disabled Veteran) food because I would not move the bus across the street. As I was walking out to go wait for the basketball team and coaches, the manager and employees were cheering and laughing. This shows that they don't respect veterans, bus drivers or senior citizens. Now as a bus driver and motorcoach driver, I will refuse to bring a bus load of passengers to Chick-Fil-A. This was the 52 Highlands Square Drive location in Hendersonville, NC. read more

I guess the reason other fast food restaurants can't match the personnel is because this place hires all the best ones. I haven't eaten at a Chick-fil-A in a long time. But I didn't have time to pack my lunch and I was headed over there to get a car wash and gas and I wanted something moderately healthy so I stopped here. There were two lines and staff outside with iPads taking orders. Since I had no idea what's on the menu that I would eat, I prepared myself by pulling it up on my phone so I was ready when they came to my window. I got a grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad and paid at my window. When pulling ahead, everyone was courteous and took turns. I could see the kitchen just putting copious amounts of food out and a lady was standing at the drive thru window passing the food to customers after verifying orders. The wait was short, sandwich was hot, portions and value were great and this is a very efficient machine. Also, they start at $14 an hour..way to go! read more

I love Chick-fil-A and I visit different locations often. The service and quality is generally pretty consistent. I really enjoyed this location while visiting in NC. I ordered a chicken biscuit and a small coffee. The biscuit and coffee were both fresh and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful and the dining area was clean and well kept. We made it just in time into the drive thru cuz it got busy. We tried to order but the girl taking our order had a hard time retaining what we were asking. She had to ask 3 times what I wanted to drink and she never got the condiments in the order. When I got to the window, they asked me to pull around to the catering parking spot and wait for my food. I went to Chick-fil-A today waited till it got a little later in the afternoon so traffic wouldn't be so busy there and pulled into the line waited my turn girl took my order pull up to the next place the guy supposed take your money well this gentleman was there I don't know his name but according to my receipt his name was Scott as the cashier well if this gentleman's name is Scott he is very rude he needed to have an attitude check he told me my total it took me a minute was trying to grab my money my hands were cold , and I handed it to him he was like I hope you're having a good day UGG was his comment rude as hell don't think whoever this guy is he should be taking anybody's money he shouldn't be dealing with any public at all we're already in a stressful environment with Covid we don't need negativity people out there like that at a place that we're trying to get food to go home. I'm a mega fan of Chick-fil-A! In my hometown, we have at least 4 locations. That being said, I've been doing a lot of traveling recently and found myself an hour away from the nearest Chick-fil-A. But, since I had the time and it was a slow day, I figured it was worth a drive.. This is my second time to this location, and both times I have left thinking "that... is the.. craziest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to." Which, isn't their fault! They've got great food - so of course they should busy - plus, there isn't another one very close by. The food was great. Just like any other! The customer service - kind of confusing. The woman who took my order didn't seem super clear. She asked if it was going to be "for here" and I said "yes!" And then she started tidying up around her register. At any other establishment, that would've felt normal. But, I was expecting the classic Chick-fil-A experience where the cashier attentively waits for my order and prompts the question, "ok, what can I get you?" So, I felt confused and didn't know if she was understanding my order because I never got any verbal feedback. The order was correct, yay! But hey - we all have our off days. So all in all, if you're expecting a relaxing meal at Chick-fil-A, maybe find a different location (not their fault by any means). My wife took my grandchildren to eat at this location and she, being an avid Chic-Fil-A lover, was deeply disturbed and upset how poorly she was treated. The service was horrible, the employees with whom she spoke were rude and the manager was equally rude and condescending when she (a veteran) asked if they honored military discounts. He said they did not and when she tried to express her dissatisfaction with her visit, he insulted her by asking if she was just upset because he didn't grant military discounts. We are proud veterans of our militaries and were extremely upset how this man disrespected her. We will never return to this location. read more
