I hadn't even tasted the food yet, but I was already smiling. It felt like the Fourth of July , Christmas , and my birthday all rolled into one! The packaging was beautiful. Everything was neatly packed and organized. It honestly felt more like opening a gift than a takeout order. Alright already... enough admiring the box. Let's see if the food lived up to the "introduction" I ordered a gallon of sweet tea, the 20-piece chicken tenders, biscuits, dirty rice, mac & cheese, and fries. And the & gravy brown & white gravy (I don't think they call it that) The chicken tenders were tender, and crispy, but they could've used just a little more seasoning. The dirty rice was a little too "clean." y'all I expected more ground beef throughout instead of just a few sprinkles. The biscuits were really good and tasted homemade. The white gravy didn't have much flavor, and unfortunately, the mac & cheese was the biggest disappointment of the meal. It just wasn't for me. However, the fries were crispy on the outside, soft and potatoey on the inside. And that sweet tea... whewww! Bojangles is a fast-food staple in the south where my husband and I grew up, so of course we had to get some of their delicious biscuits and fried chicken. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and tidy with tons of indoor seating for casual dining. We had a couple questions regarding the menu and the cashier helped us pick some of the popular sauces to try out. We ordered two of the Bo's chicken tenders with baked macaroni & cheese and a side of the Bo-berry biscuits. The manager who dropped our meals off was extremely nice, and all the food came out piping hot. As for the food, the chicken tenders tasted good but it was a tad bit on the drier side. I was personally shocked to see that they didn't offer bone-in chicken which I actually prefer especially when fried. We got the jalapeño ranch, peach honey pepper, and Bo's special sauce which really helped with the dryness of the chicken. The biscuits were crispy on the outside and fluffy in the inside, the mac n cheese was creamy but it needed some seasoning, and the Bo' berry biscuits were absolutely delicious. You're able to pick one sauce and my two favorites are the jalapeño ranch and the buffalo. I would download the app and order through there. Their signature is the bojangle biscuit which is buttery, crunchy, and moist. I even love their sweet berry biscuit which finishes off the meal really nicely. Second time at Bojangles, and I was excited to bring the hubby here. We went through the drive-thru, and while he didn't mention it was his first time, the customer service felt flat. The staff weren't very welcoming or engaging, no smiles or greetings at either window and when we picked up the food, it was just handed out the window without a word. The food was Okay overall. The lemonade tasted almost like straight lemon juice. The sweet tea was fresh and good. The chicken strips were very crisp and had a nice crunch to them, and the fries were well seasoned. The biscuit, however, wasn't it for me. My first experience at Bojangles was at the Rainbow and Blue Diamond location, and everything there was great! They even included honey for the biscuit. So, our favorite NFL team is the Carolina Panthers, and whenever we see posts on the various IG Carolina Panthers pages we see that Bojangles is the official tailgating partner for our team. While visiting Las Vegas we saw they had a Bojangles and knew we had to try it! The workers were sort of friendly, food came out quickly. They only had chicken tenders at this location, no bone in chicken. The chicken was tasty and not greasy. They had a bunch of different sides, Mac and cheese, coleslaw, fries, dirty rice, but the biscuit.....it was huge, bigger than Popeyes or KFC, and they really tasted homemade. There was actually a guy making the biscuits in the restaurant behind a glass window, saw him rolling out the dough and cutting the biscuits. And the dipping sauces were good too! I had seen locations popping up in town, I was curious. I went there with my sister and brother in law. I was impressed from the moment that we walked in! We were instantly greeted in a family way! 1 star (-100 's if possible) I came here excited because everyone kept telling me to try Bojangles, plus this location is new, so I expected at least decent quality. Instead, this was one of the worst fast food meals I've paid for in a long time. This was Saturday 2/7/2026 around 11:23 AM, dine-in. The place looked "clean-ish," but that didn't hold up. When my guest and I went to sit down, the table seats had crumbs all over them, just crumbs everywhere. Not a good start, especially for a new location. Service was low-effort from the beginning. The cashier seemed distracted, and even after I said it was our first time and we needed a moment, there was zero help or energy. She also asked me twice if the order was for here or to-go, and then basically checked out on customer service once the order was placed. Now the food, because that's the real problem. The fries tasted like they were cooked the day before, refrigerated, and reheated. Hot, but stale, with that old grease flavor. Like microwaved fries that never got crispy again. The chicken tenders were overcooked and dry with almost no seasoning. No real flavor at all. The dipping sauce was the best part of the tender combo, which is not a compliment. The mac and cheese was honestly insulting. Watery, clumpy, and poorly mixed, like powdered cheese sauce with noodles and then a couple slices of cheese tossed in that didn't even melt. Not creamy, not cohesive, just a mess. I couldn't finish it. The Bo's Chicken Sandwich was just as bad. The chicken was dry and over-fried, and the whole sandwich looked and tasted like it was thrown together with zero care. Mayo wasn't even spread, pickles slapped on, and the overall quality was straight mediocrity. The only "highlights" were the drink and the biscuit, and even the biscuit was weird, decent on the outside like it was brushed with artificial butter, then bland and flavorless inside. The biggest red flag should've been the empty parking lot, but now I get it. This place is a one-and-done. I wanted to like it, but I'm not wasting money here again. Might I just say that the chicken here is amazing! I first heard of it due to a billboard that I saw everyday going to work. So, it worked! I brought my Mom here last week and it did not disappoint....that much. We went through the drive thru and it appeared they only sell chicken sandwiches and tenders. Come to find out, they do sell regular chicken as well and I guess the drive thru menu was either broken, or they only decided to list tenders and sandwiches this day. Despite that, the sandwich was way better than Popeyes in my opinion! So full of flavor! And the tenders were way better than Cane's. This place is a winner for me! And Mom said the coleslaw was the best she's had in years, and she loved the tenders as well. And their fries are amazing! I suggest the jalapeno ranch dip to go with the tenders and fries. This review is only based on that I had to reheat my food. My wife decided to surprise me with trying Bojangles for the first time. She got the 3 piece chicken tenders combo and she got me the chicken sandwich combo. She had the Honey Mustard Sauce and the Peach Honey Pepper. She liked the honey mustard, but the peach honey pepper has an interesting taste. Once she put some honey on her biscuit she said it was pretty good and moist. I love the fries 10/10; I can eat them all day with that seasoning. My sandwich I give a 7/10. I had a little spice by took a while to get to the meat as it tasted like I was eating more breading than actual meat and they gave me a spec of mayo. My wife had to give me some of her Peach Honey Pepper to give it some more flavor. The Bo Berry Biscuit I give a 7/10 it was a little dry. Once again this is me having to reheat my food. I still want to try this place again and maybe try the tenders next time but definitely coming for those fries. They are building a location near me in North LV which would easier. read more

Passing thru Vegas had to stop and give Bojangles a try. As far as quick breakfast or fast food breakfast it reigns over McDonald's, BK, Wendy's, carls, etc.... First off the prices are extremely wallet friendly, everything we ordered totaled out to less than $20 bucks. That's great cause it fed 3 people. Where you gonna find that especially in Vegas. Haha. But also it was prepared fast and was piping hot, also staff was super friendly and answered any questions we had since it was our first time. It was a new location so it was super clean. Food is great but service is crappy. The general manager is not friendly and it always falls down from the top, unfortunately. Their app needs serious help as you cannot customize anything. The app also offers cheap meals/deals but 80% of the time it will say "not offered at this location" when you go to check out/pay. Not sure why they even have an app as it's completely defunct. The service needs some serious improvements and training as it's sub-par. The employees hate their jobs and it's pretty obvious. The most disgusting part is that I was in the restroom next to an employee who walked right out without washing her hands to go cook some chicken. GROSS. This should not be allowed. As a franchisee you guys would definitely benefit from having a whole menu that's where the real food comes in at .
