The service was excellent-friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious and came out quickly. Chicken is battered thick and flavorful. You sit wherever you'd like and wait for your order to be called. My coffee was ready quickly. No refills, half & half were the small plastic containers in the fridge where I had to ask for them. Only half and half, no low fat milk, not alt milk. Only sweeteners were placed where I can access them. *note that coffee is listed as $3 on the menu in the wall but on the kiosk, it's $4. ‍ We sat down and the food came pretty quickly. I ordered biscuits and gravy - the biscuits weren't very good. They were no better than the canned pillsbury biscuits from the can. The gravy was fine but no trace of maple-chicken sausage. I did see some small crumbles in the gravy but it didn't have any flavor. The egg was perfectly cooked sunny side up! The fresh chives was a nice touch! My husband liked the chicken chorizo burrito. Service was friendly and helped me decide between all the different things I wanted to try. I ended up with the chicken oysters (basically dark meat chicken nuggets), hand cut fries, and the classic slaw. Everything was tasty. The chicken and fries were nicely fried, but quite salty so I was pretty thirsty after a while. Went for dinner on a Sunday before a show. There were two ways to order: one with a kiosk, another with an actual human. The people in front of us were super confused and held up the line between both. I opted to order through the kiosk. Super straight forward. However, if you order a soda through the kiosk, you either have to ask the clerk at the front (who will most likely be busy taking orders) or wait for your order to be called to get your cup. They keep the lids at the front, so be sure to ask for one on the way out. We waited quite a bit for our food and the place wasn't that busy. The food came out pretty fresh and good. I ordered a side salad and it was enough to be considered an entree. It was a good deal. I also order the chicken fingers combos, and it was delish. Overall, good experience. The menu looked great & I think the only mistake I made was ordering the wrong thing of the menu. I wanted a chicken sandwich & saw All American Chicken Burger. It was a chicken burger & not a chicken sandwich which was my mistake. I ate it anyway, it was like a Big Mac version of a chicken burger, not bad, not great but it repeated on me for sometime. I ordered the Cali drip and don pastor fries. Cali drip is pollo asado, fries, chipotle-bacon mayo, pickled onions and jalapeños, melty oaxacan queso, crunchy torta. I was not a fan of this sandwich. It was very dry, and it didn't seem like the elements worked well together. The sandwich was panini pressed and since it had pickled onions, they tasted like they were cooked which made them warm pickled onions and I wasn't a fan. The sandwich is missing some kind of saucier element, maybe some kind of cilantro ranch but the bacon chipotle mayo also had a weird flavor that I wasn't a fan of. Don pastor fries: the fried themselves were crispy and the avocado crema and pineapples was also yummy but the pastor sauce just tastes like cooked chili peppers and not very flavorful. My friend got some chicken nuggets and their firebird, I tried both. The breading on nuggets was a little thick and hard to bite into and the sandwich was just spice, no flavor. On today's visit, I went with one of my favorite dishes, the Mexican Poutine and a kids meal with chicken nuggets. They were quite busy so the food took awhile to come out but it was fine since we played corn hole on the patio while waiting. The patio had tons of misters so it was a nice area to be in on a hot summer day. The Mexican Poutine is consistently good every time I order it. It's quite filling and a huge portion so I always have leftovers to take home. The kids meal is a good size and the nuggets are huge so it's a filling meal for a kid. It's also served with a giant chocolate chip cookie. I was disappointed to see on this visit that they removed the sauce bar and now only have 4 sauce options.
