Great service! Food was hit and miss though. The BAE was great. Juicy and tasty chicken, egg, avocado etc. what more can you ask for. Maybe some better sauce options, but not a deal breaker. The not so great was the biscuits and gravy. Gravy was bit plain and biscuit was hard and tasteless. Was expecting something like Popeyes biscuits but ended up with something you'd expect from an MRE :) egg was cooked perfectly though and lots of hot sauce fixes a lot of things Look, breakfast is tough in Vegas, so if you don't have a lot of time this place isn't bad if you order right. Or just order chicken no matter the time of day and you can't go wrong! :)

I got the Firebird and I really enjoyed it. Big piece of chicken, saucy, very moist and tender. I also tried some of the coop deville and Cali drip. I thought the fries were just ok. They have self service for sauces and utensils here. They also have a big sink like crawfish places to wash your hands

Sooooo yummy!!! Service and ambiance was perfect. The food was insane. I got a chicken sandwich and it was perfection. We also got a Philly chicken steak which was soooo bomb and cheesy and great. The milk shakes were also to die for!! Def would go back.

Where else can you see a rooster hanging upside down on from the ceiling?

Neat sports bar connected to the Park MGM. The wife ordered the Little Pecker 3 fire-tossed tenders, 4 biscuits, hand cut fries, honey butter, fountain drink and I ordered the All-American Chick two chicken patties, crispy bacon, griddled mustardy onions, american cheese, b&b pickles, savory sauce, shredded iceberg, potato bun. This is a walk up order sit down when your box goes off you go pick up your order! Serve yourself drinks unless you order from the bar where you pick that up also. So no table service! Food was hot and delicious! I enjoyed the chicken burger Patties that are grilled (not the typical deep fried breaded patty). Lots of TVs and interesting decor! Wasn't a real long wait but it's fast food made to order! Chicken tenders were a little thick with breading! Overall a pleasant experience.

Had the Firebird and hand-cut fries while in Vegas for WrestleMania. Food took a while even for one person so keep wait times in mind but enjoyed the food. The fries were hot and crispy and the sandwich was tasty though I would've liked the chicken cooked just a tad longer - personal preference but was juicy. There are also outdoor tables facing The Strip for a cool view.

I came across this spot while on a morning stroll around Las Vegas, and let me just say--it did not disappoint at all! The chicken was so juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, not dry one bit. You can really tell they know what they're doing. The katsu sandwich is also such a great addition to the menu--seriously packed with flavor and just hits the spot. I could honestly eat this for days, it was that good. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to the next time I'm in Vegas!

    Firebird sandwich. Very delicious.

This place is fantastic for chicken. The best chicken sandwich I've had. The prices are fair to be on the strip too. I got the firebird sandwich. Not as spicy as I wanted but I understand why. Service was quick and easy. Very nice host/cashier person that explained the whole menu to me because it was my first time. Very relaxing environment with a nice theme. Nice bar too. Hats off to Chef Blais. I understand why you won Next Level Chef over Gordon Ramsay. Ramsay's burger spot was very terrible. The student has become the master. Last note, my gf, who is black, said, "Blais is invited to all my cookouts," after eating the chicken tenders. That is a real compliment.

Order-at-the-kiosk setup, no table service. Loud, a little chaotic, but it works--grab your puck and pick up your food when it's ready. Got the Cali Drip and a White Claw. This thing is basically a Cali burrito turned into a panini--pollo asado, fries, bacon, chipotle-bacon mayo, pickled onions, jalapeños, and melted Oaxacan cheese all pressed into a torta roll. It's rich, messy, and seriously good. Couldn't finish it (GLP wins again), but no complaints--what I did eat was worth it.

The chicken was juicy and flavorful. Most of the fries were good, but some were over fried where there was no potato left. It was like biting into crispy oil. The cashier was friendly and it took a while for the food to be ready. It's open late with a casual lively atmosphere. It's easy access from the street outside of Park MGM.

Breakfast menu was slim pickings but very delicious I got the LV scramble with coleslaw on the side which the cokes was different they had sliced pickles in it being I love pickles I enjoyed it. Eggs and fries was super good my husband got the Bae breakfast sandwich which took him 5 seconds to finish which means he loved it. Staffing very friendly enjoyed our breakfast and watch some sports great ambiance.

3.5/5 Casual and quick spot. Stopped in on our trip to Vegas for a quick dinner. Ordering process was a bit confusing - bar versus counter vs machine and happy hour stuff had to be order at counter... anyways ordered food and although it wasn't too busy it took longer than expected to come out. I'm not complaining though! Food was good and very filling. Chicken was tender and flavorful. Like most Vegas establishments, expect to pay a pretty penny. Vibes were good. This is a good place to watch sports. Patio is chill.

My sister wanted to try this place out since she knows my love for fried chicken. The staff was great, however, the fried chicken was super crispy, batter is super thick and salty. The thickest I have ever ate, the inside was super hot and juicy. I never reject fried chicken, even if it's from the supermarket or gas station but this was not good at all. The fire sauce was just basic. The fries and biscuit is just okay. There were plenty of space to sit, inside and outside.

This was my second time coming to Crack Shack, and its still fire! They've added a lot more items to the menu since my last visit, which is cool but the spicy chicken is definitely the go-to! It's fried in their Fire Sauce and comes out super crispy with just the right amount of heat and flavor. The pickles are also a plus to the meal. The coleslaw salad was also surprisingly good. It's not too heavy or overly creamy like some places -- it's light, balanced, and pairs really well with the chicken. Shoutout to Ken for the great service. He was really helpful, attentive, and made sure everything came out right. The quality of service definitely stood out and made the experience even better.

Is there parking or do I need to uber to get there? I am coming from out of town on a road trip. Thank you.

Depends upon where you're staying. There's no parking on the Strip, but you can park at Park MGM or Aria for $$$, unless you're Pearl (self parking) or Gold (valet). If you're not staying or playing at either place, I'd Uber.

    Is all you chicken fried?

They also have grilled chicken sandwiches and pulled chicken on the salads.

Is smoking allowed inside your restaurant, and if not, does the smell of cigarette smoke make it into your restaurant as it's a part of a larger casino hotel?

No smoking allowed and it is not connected to the casino, it's a separate building. But if it was, Park MGM is actually a non-smoking casino/hotel, so no issues there :)

Does this restaurant use a shared fryer for things like fried chicken that would cross contaminate foods like gluten free french fries? I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free.?

Hi Rachel! Unfortunately due to the size of our kitchen, our fries do share a fryer with the bone-in fried chicken. That said, we do have plenty of non-fried options for our GF peeps. If you'd like recommendations for the most popular items (and…

Is there a way to make reservations?

I don't think they take reservations

Is it possible to purchase wings & thighs only?

I tried to do that and they would not.

Are your fried chicken gluten free by any chance?

Hi Kathy, unfortunately we are only able to execute gluten free fried chicken at our Encinitas and Costa Mesa coops. That said, we have plenty of gluten free chicken options including grilled, smoked and pollo asado. We can make any sandwich protein…

Do you guys have chicken oysters available I see it's sold out online for a while now?

We do have chicken oysters available! Rest assured they are back and ready to be devoured ;) Can't wait to see you!

Are you open for diner tonight 8/28/21? If do, can we make reservations?

Hello! We don’t take reservations as we are a counter service style restaurant, so seating is wherever you’d like, first come first served. That said, we can always help you find a spot and the wait is never too long!

What kind of oil do you use to fry/deep fry?

We use canola, as it is free of most allergens :)

    Is the bar open yet?

Hey Rachael, thanks for reaching out! Our bar is currently open on weekends, for now, as we work to hire back enough staff to sling quality craft drinks 7 days a week :) I hope you'll join us!

Hi when is your happy hour? Thank you!

Hi Maria--Happy Hour was actually a covid casualty for us. As things are starting to open back up and as we continue to re-hire positions behind the bar, Happy Hour is definitely on our minds. We will re-implement it soon, and will share on our…

I stopped by the Crack Shack however the employee didn't seem to be familiar with the Food & Beverage credit and stated it couldn't be used there. Could you please verify if Crack Shack had decided to stop moving forward with accepting the credit?

Hi there! The hotel has multiple types of credits and comps--what we CAN do here are room charges, but not players comps, MGM gift cards or M-Life points. Let me know if you have any further questions! nrogers@crackshack.com

Can you use Food & Beverage Credit the MGM Resorts provide by charging to your room?

Great question, Donny. We've recently implemented a new system to be able to accept MGM room numbers and F&B credits. We're working on getting that up and running and testing out with Hotel tech--we're hopeful that we will be able to start by the…

Do you guys have a happy hour?

Pre-COVID, yes, but we just re-opened and have not yet brought back happy hour as we get business up and running once again. We do, however, have limited time, discounted specials that we've been dropping every few weeks. Right now, there's a Hot…

Where can we park for dine in since park mgm is close?

Across the street SP+ Parking 3769 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

Are you guys open since Park MGM is closed?

We sure are! Open for safe, socially-distant indoor and outdoor dining as well as takeout (order here or in advance online). You can also find us on DoorDash for delivery. Hope you'll come visit us soon!

    Do you guys serve alcohol?

Of course we do, this is Vegas!

Do you allow room charges to MGM hotels?

Hi Steve--we're working with MGM to get our point of sale system synced up with their room charges ASAP. It should be up and running by next week, at the latest!

Are you dog friendly? What time of the day are dogs allowed? I know there's certain policy on Las Vegas strip on times when dogs can be on the strip. I have a medium size dog

We do have a dog friendly patio! Bring your furry friend :)

Our server was nice and made good recommendations and asked all my questions since I don't eat large portions these days. The cocktails were good. My friends old fashioned was impressive with the custom HK etching on the ice cube. Started with Fois gras and it was perfect taste and texture. I knew I couldn't eat a beef Wellington for myself so I ordered the scallops appetizer for my entree. Which was also good. I did ask for the pea puree to be omitted since I'm allergic. The beef Wellington was amazing! No wonder it's the most popular dish here! I've only had it in Paris and this version is wayyy better. Meat so soft and tender- chefs kiss! And yes, the sticky toffee pudding was what everyone raves it to be. I got a perfect amount of ever so slightly crisp on the outside but soft sweet subtly burnt sugar flavor to go with the cold melt vanilla ice cream. We split the dessert between two people and it was just right! I would come back again when I'm not on a GLP1 haha. But hey, I can still make my foodie adventures worth it.

During that visit, the manager, Karen, stopped by our table to check on us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine, and I told her I'd definitely come back to try the restaurant myself. About a month later, a friend came to visit from California, and I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to return. Coincidentally, Karen was there again, and once again she made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Then, last weekend, I came back with another group of friends, and Karen continued the same exceptional level of hospitality. She even surprised us with an appetizer and Momofuku's famous Blondie dessert, which was absolutely delicious! (For anyone wondering, it's only available during dinner service, and it's worth ordering.) Every visit I've had here has been a positive experience. The food has been great, the atmosphere is fun, and the hospitality has been what keeps bringing me back. Karen truly knows how to make guests feel special, and that's something you don't find everywhere. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Cassie at the front desk. She is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and she makes a wonderful first impression. If I could offer a little constructive feedback, I'd say the dining room could use a bit more lighting. It's a cute space, but it feels a little too dark for my taste. The music was also a bit louder than I'd prefer, making conversation a little difficult. During our most recent visit, the service was slower than expected, and the pours on the white wine seemed quite small considering they were $21 per glass. Overall, though, I've really enjoyed my experiences at Momofuku. Great food, outstanding hospitality, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests keep me coming back. Karen is a true asset to the restaurant, and she's a big reason I'll definitely be returning.
