Ordered a ton of chicken tenders and fries with two sides of macaroni salad, all of which were pretty decent in my opinion. Although I have no complaints about the tenders and fries, I do find it annoying that it doesn't matter how many tenders you purchase you will still have to pay an additional fee for ranch. Which is probably the most popular dipping sauce there is for chicken wings and tenders. They do have about 25+ sauces of various flavors to choose from that come free with your meal (2 flavors). I went with the creamy garlic parmesan sauce, which was terrible in my opinion and the sweet barbecue sauce, which was OK. The other flavors didn't really appeal to me and I ended up paying an extra six bucks for a large ranch. The customer service and serve time were both adequate. read more

This location has a cashier with a huge chip on his shoulder. He's always hanging out in the back with his white, corded iPod headphones, moves extremely slow, and has a weird staring problem. I really enjoyed my experience at the one by UNLV so I was hopeful that this one would be just as good. I ordered the Buffalo chicken fries and found the chicken included while abundant to be kinda gristly in texture unlike my previous experience. It also felt like the sauce wasn't fully distributed across all the pieces of chicken. The best tasting bites were crispy, well sauced and covered with cheese. They did honor my request for extra crispy fries, which allowed them to remain somewhat crispy on the ride home. The Mac and cheese was a bit soft in texture for me and the taste was just okay. In terms of service, I ordered online and the food was ready when I get there. The gentleman at the register asked me if I wanted any sauces, napkins or utensils. The only thing that was somewhat ok were the fried pickles as they seem to have been possibly freshly fried. But those 12 wings we got were definitely not fresh. When you order wings at Wingstop for example, EVERY order is made fresh. Fried fresh. The Chicken Shack is either serving leftover wings and passing them off as "fresh" or using store bought trash and microwaving it. I'm sorry but for $38.78 I was expecting a fresh meal. When I went into this shop, I was not sure what to expect. However, when I came into the shop I was greeted with the best customer service I could possibly ever imagine. The front of house clerk, Braydon, was absolutely amazing in the conversation and questions I had for him. I don't normally like to give restaurants low ratings but here was my overall experience of this place. We went in on Saturday, Dec 16th at approximately 7pm. It was our first time trying this place so I was excited to try it. There were a few people in the restaurant but it was steady. The cashier was young lady who appeared miserable and as if she didn't want to be there - we didn't feel welcome. We had three separate orders and throughout the entire time she seemed over it. When we asked if she was ready for our next order she didn't answer and there were moments of silence but we proceeded to order anyway. When we got our drink cups and headed over to the drink station, the area was in disarray and there were out of a few drinks. While we waited for our orders, we witnessed the cashier stepping away from the register to take puffs out of her vape and then return to the register, which in its self is unsanitary. The African American gentleman who cooked our food is the only reason for the three stars. I would give him five but that wasn't my overall experience. When he was done, he personally approached us and asked that we carefully check our order to make sure it was right. I told him it was perfect with the exception of me getting regular fries instead of the garlic parm fries. He immediately told me not to worry and said that he will make me fresh ones. When we were leaving we noticed we didn't get any dipping sauces. I approached the cashier and said, "We didn't get our sauces." She looked upset and she replied, "How many did you get?" I responded, "We didn't get any." She then very snarky and rudely said, "How many do you need!" I empathize the exclamation point, because it's exactly how she sounded. I responded that we needed two and two (ranch and blue cheese. She then looks dead at me, give me the dirtiest look and walks away. She truly appeared angry at the fact that she had to walk back there and get us our dipping sauces. The food itself was good. I enjoyed the all white meat tenders and they weren't overwhelmed with the coating, like most places tend to be. The flavor of the garlic chili was amazing as well with the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The fries were alright and nothing special about them. The wings could have used a little more crisp but I think that had to do with the fact that they were covered and the seam may have softened but the wings were worth the try. With all that being said, I would not recommend this place to anyone. With average food and really bad customer service, it's not worth me mentioning. To make matters worst, I attempted to reach out to the company to provide feedback online and they don't even have the option to contact customer service. Stopped by to get chicken to go and Jasmine was cleaning the dining room. She said she would be right with me and went to the register area and washed her hands before helping me! That is unheard of. Firstly, you know how when you order chicken tenders, sometimes the breading is too much with a little meat? Not here! It is opposite with the most delectable white chicken meat I have seen. Our order wasn't excellent what we requested and the store had already closed so I couldn't call to get a remake (calling after I make review as it is 9:55am and they aren't open yet) As you can see from receipt we asked for tenders to be tossed and garlic fries we received neither of these. My sauce on my wings were good but the chicken was slightly undercooked to my liking. My son loved his chicken bites so no complaints there.
