Jemori & her team LOADED us up even though we came in 30 mins before close. literally haven't had chipotle this good in at least 5 years. cannot stop thinking about it. they were so pleasant too, smiles & very sweet.

    Nice and new inside.

I am so happy to have another Chipotle in the southwest area. The inside is very fresh with a modern industrial decor. The food is always my go to with simple yet tasty ingredients. Particularly the tacos or the burrito bowl. The smoked brisket has a great smoky bbq flavor that has made me a big fan over the years. I only wish it was all year instead of just seasonal. The service was friendly, fast, and helpful.

Am I wrong for being upset?

Some things to consider: 1. The place has a cafeteria feel. I prefer a restaurant style, sit down, and have a waitress come to serve me. 2. No chips and salsa. 3. It was crowded when we went. It was probably about midnight on a Monday or Tuesday. I can only imagine how hectic it is on a weekend.

The decor is very nice and modern. I loved the multitude of different types of pendant style lights. It's very classy and unique inside. The staff are incredible and accommodating. They go above and beyond to ensure that your experience is great. The margaritas are delicious and many types to choose from. Everything is super fresh and high quality. Their flavors are excellent. The salsa trio and seasoned tortilla chips were a great start. The street corn was amazing! I had the shrimp and chorizo tacos and they were good, I should have picked my first choice which was a chimichurri dish with carne asada and shrimp. I'm not a huge fan of chorizo but the server recommended these tacos. They were good and if you like chorizo you'll love this. I should've trusted my gut but some chorizo is very good. I would say this is average to slightly higher price but the quantity and quality were top notch. I would definitely be going back next time I visit Vegas!

I really like the interior decor which is like a very contemporary and upscale Mexican. They have a variety of table and booth seating and a large bar. Our server, Hunter, was very friendly and attentive. He always ended every interaction with "have fun!" I tried the "el corazon" sangria which was delicious! It had a wonderful, warm flavor with a light hint of cinnamon yet it was still cold and refreshing! A cool tip - each drink comes with a little card with a symbol on it and the drink ingredients. Save this card! At each table is a game board of sorts that offers various prizes as you match the cards on the game board sort of like bingo. We really enjoyed the complimentary chips and salsa, and we tried the traditional guacamole with vegetables as well. The guacamole was wonderfully cool and creamy and flavorful. For my entree, I tried the chicken fajitas which is served on a steaming platter with various accompaniments. This was also very delicious, and the chicken was quite flavorful and juicy. A small side note - it was served with a cous cous of sort, but I think I would've preferred a simple Spanish rice. The chicken portion size also seemed a bit smaller than when we get fajitas at Chili's. I would recommend you get double meat if you want to share. We decided to try the chocolate flan and the fried ice cream sundae for dessert. I preferred the flavor of the flan and the unique textures of the flan which had the jiggly caramel flan part on top of a more cake like chocolate part below. I honestly think the fried ice cream was not too good. It did not taste freshly fried, and the coating was very dry and brittle and hard to eat. I prefer the places that serve the fried ice cream warm with a very bubbly crust that is both crunchy outside and a bit soft inside. This was not that. Overall, though, we really enjoyed the dining experience here! We will probably return and try their weekday "Fajitas and Ritas" special! I recommend Hola!

It was honestly some of the blandest Mexican food I've had, and nothing we ordered really stood out. It also felt a bit like a tourist trap. A simple frozen margarita was around $20, and the menu seemed pretty limited. I've since heard they're mostly known for their giant tortas, so maybe that's what they're best at. The service was fine, but the overall ambiance felt a little off. There was also a noticeable smell throughout the restaurant that made it seem like there might be plumbing issues. Sadly, the nostalgia wasn't enough to make up for the food, and I don't see myself coming back.

The birria eggrolls were crispy and full of flavor, bringing a fun fusion approach to a popular classic dish. Overall, this place is amazing and I definitely recommend.
