Drenched my chicken sandwich in mayonnaise I literally could not taste anything but mayonnaise

Employees have Bad Attitudes. The food here was average compared to most Bojangles I go to. We were traveling back home and decided to stop because the kids like Bo Berry biscuits (which were over cooked and hard). The drive through service was slow and the employees had really nasty attitudes. They were annoyed by questions and were short with their answers. She didn't put any sugar or cream in the bag for coffee and when I told her they gave me a medium sweet tea with my meal instead of the large I asked for, her reply was nasty and she charged me an extra dollar for the upgrade. I rarely write reviews, but when my food is served with an attitude and missing basic essentials, I figure it's worth the time. People who are annoyed by questions about the menu they are serving food from shouldn't work in fast food. I would drive past this location in the future and opt for nothing instead..... read more

This is for Bojangles, Little River. Just got 2 bacon biscuits on 5/3/25. BIscuits were old and hard, and cold. The bacon was brittle and not in strips, but in little chunks. It didn't even cover the whole biscuit. This location is usually Okay with full bacon strips and warm biscuits. Today was horrible. The shift manager for this afternoon should be fired if these are their quality standards. read more

In the middle of nowhere is where we found oursleves driving to Wilmington from Charleston and was very thankful for this place. We had a group of 6 kids and myself with separate checks. I was super happy with my 2 piece meal and heard no complaints from my students. I bet i will b back next year. The service was also above average for a fast food place. read more

Very trashy unprofessional employees. Including the manager Abbee. Went in on Tuesday morning 5/20/25 ordered my food at 10:15am. They told me to pull up because they are waiting for bo rounds but didn't tell me it would take 10 minutes!!!! So after sitting there for 10 minutes and watching car after car go around me I decided to walk in and grab my food because I had to be at work soon. The trashy girls behind the counter started to literally yell at me saying they can't rush the fryers and kept running their mouth. Manager didn't say a word to them. After that unprofessional scenario I lost my appetite and asked for a refund. The manager abbey didn't apologize for her workers behavior. Just kept blaming the fryers. I'm sorry but it doesn't take 10 minutes to fry a potato, they FORGOT about me. Very unprofessional establishment, I know it's just a fast food joint with uneducated people working but it's not that hard of a job and it's not hard to be a decent human being instead of a wild animal. read more

Every time, and I mean every time, we go through the drive-thru at this Bojangles, our order is not right. This doesn't happen just every now and then, it happens all the time. With the cost of fast food rising (Let's go Brandon) and the size of the meal, you would think employees would at least get your order right (or at least 1/2 the time). Good thing we checked our bag before leaving the restaurant, forgot my cole slaw! Come on Bojangles, let's do better! read more

Very clean and service was good. Nice friendly helpful associates. Bathrooms super clean also.

I approve. I dropped by here today for lunch, and everything was great. Good tea, good service, no issues. The dining room was nice and big and clean, as was the men's room. The staff were especially friendly, too, even laughing and joking at times, as to lighten the air of the place. All in all, I enjoyed myself, and I'll probably pop in again sometime. So, a word of thanks to the folks who run this restaurant. Keep up the good work :-) read more

Great food (it's Bojangle's, but, Bojangle's at peak freshness). Salad was especially fresh and my breakfast biscuit was good and hearty. Even kore commendable was the quick and friendly service (thanks Brianne and Bill!) and even clean restrooms. Just what a group of tired travelers needed. read more

Got the 8 piece w/4 biskets. Crunchy yummy goodness. Biskets were little pillows of heaven. Hot, flaky and buttery. The chicken was perfect with just a touch of spice that made the chicken slightly spicy. Better than Popeye's but will give KFC a run for the money. read more

It's a Bojangles. The food is identical to all of the other Bojangles. We were served fast, friendly, and correct. This is a high traffic spot in a busy intersection attached to a busy gas station - if you're expecting to be the only customer, this ain't your place. The absolute worst Bojangles in Horry County. I tried this place 3 times, 3 times they got the order wrong then blamed it on me. The last 2 times, I got tHe food home, chicken was disgusting, biscuits flat and cold. The employees are rude and seem proud to be running customers off. We stopped here on the way home from the beach. The food was good and fresh at 8:00 on a Saturday morning, BUT service was HORRENDOUS! They were soooooo sloooow! We had maybe six cars in front of us, yet sat in the line for 30 minutes! And then we were missing an order of fries! Don't worry she remembered to ring it up! McDonalds should build across the street! I'm sure they'd put this BoJangles out of business!!! read more

One of the WORST run stores on the Grand Strand. I rarely receive the correct order but am still charged for food I do not receive. I believe that is called FRAUD! Stopped going there for a while because of this recurrent problem, and am reminded again today why I will not go there again. Save your time and money and go elsewhere where they actually give you the food you ordered and paid for. read more
