Service service service! This was my first time at any Bojangles' shop and they didn't disappoint at all. This location does an excellent job on giving great service from start to finish! I was helped at the front counter by a guy named Darren. As soon as I walked in he greeted me and let me know the status of everything on the menu. HE WAS AMAZING! He was even great after I received my food. The whole vibe in the restaurant was good. The food was fresh and tastes good. When in the area I'll definitely be back. This was plan B because I planned a truck stop breakfast for that morning and Yelp didn't have anyone report that it was closed, I like the occasional truck stop breakfast. All I knew about this chain is that I only see it in the south so I stopped for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. The sausage and egg biscuit was my choice. The biscuit is not like BK or MDs and I liked it better because it had a this crispy shell with soft/light center fresh buttermilk style. I liked the sausage also because it had like a Bob Evens roll sausage taste and texture, not a greasy patty. The eggs were a thin light folded over liquid egg style but it worked in the sandwich but I hate filled omelettes with liquid eggs. After having my father's coffee this morning and hating it I found the coffee to have a distinct rich flavor and not the best coffee but such a welcome over what I just had. Because I can't get the food where I live I would definitely try the chicken when I see one again just because the breakfast sandwich was refreshing compared to all the fast food places where I live. read more

Friendly and attentive staff. Service was quick and the food was excellent and was served quickly and was tasty and fresh. This is a good representation of the franchise, and the staff are to be commended for making the visit quite pleasant. I cannot believe what we were told!!!! My husband ordered a cup of coffee with cream. After the coffee was served He was told they had no cream. He ask if they had some milk they could just put a small amount in a soufflé cup, The reply was we are not just handing out milk if he wanted it he would have to pay for it!!! I worked in the restaurant industry for 35 years and I know you run out of things but you try to satisfy a customers order and not be rude!!!!! read more

Stopped in for breakfast on the urging of others on a recent Monday morning just after rush hour. I think this is my second visit to any Bojangles but this was my first visit to this particular location and my first breakfast experience at this restaurant brand. There were no problem finding parking close to the door although you do have to cross the drive thru lane to get to the entrance of the restaurant (just a word of caution, probably not the best design especially if their busy). There were no long lines at the counter so ordering was a breeze, since there were 4 of us the nice woman working the register offered to bring the food to the table. The coffee, teas and sodas are self serve as you'd expect and there's quite a selection of condiments including hot sauce as well as napkins and utensils. After waiting 5 minutes or so our food arrived, well the food for three of us - our server, order taker and I'm thinking store manager quickly realized she had forgotten to enter the fourth order and yelled back to the kitchen the forgotten one and we then realized we weren't charged for the fourth and offered to pay which quickly declined and told us it was her bad and it was on the house. Just a quick over-view of the food we received this day, the service was great and very attentive and the restaurant was immaculate but it is fast food so it is what it is and the bar can't be raised too high. Country Ham Biscuit - lots of biscuit, not much county ham Cajun Filet Biscuit w/ egg and cheese - lots of biscuit, preformed and battered chicken filet with some kind of weird seasoning and a flat scrambled egg and cheap cheese. Southern Original Biscuit - what you'd expect BoBerry - Same Biscuit recipe with blueberries added and icing drizzled on top (best choice) On a side note - I thought it was funny that during the ordering process after the items were entered into the register the woman working the register then yell the item ordered back to the kitchen help in an unbelievably loud tone... read more

Food was very delicious I got the number below which was a Cajun chicken biscuit for breakfast (if you like honey I would definitely recommend using it on this). Service was very good got to us quick when we walked in the store we sat down and more people came in the line went down quick very pleased to see people like this working hard. Chicken Good Stopped by Manchester Bojangles for take-out supper. I always go in for my to go orders just to see what the place looks like (and to make sure my order's right before I drive 20 minutes). I was impressed with the prompt friendly service, the cleanliness of the place, and then the 8pc Bo Box once I got it home. The chicken was fresh and crisply prepared, the rice and Cajun Bean's were good, and the biscuits were better than most biscuit places. The whole experience was Significantly better all around than the neighbors' chicken place 3 doors North. I think we're done down there. Bojangles is our new chicken in a box stop. read more

It was just ok. I've eaten at Bojangles before and it was much better. Breakfast at 8am shouldnt taste old and stale.

I took a long break from the Manchester Bojangles (like a year). I've now picked up "to go" chicken twice, once being yesterday. Both times I continue to be majorly disappointed. My chicken crust was so burnt that nothing was edible. I like my chicken done but this was old fried chicken that had been dropped in the fryer a second time. You had to work to make this chicken look and taste like this. And, what's with the tiny tea-sized biscuits being passed off as Bojangles biscuits. They're not offered or pictured on the menu. not bad. it's getting better as time goes on. the Bojangles in Mcminnville is much better. I don't care for their sides. who wants coleslaw with PICKLES? nasty. the biscuits are Ok if you eat them while they're hot. don't try to save them and reheat them...did that once,, never again. the chicken at Bo's is much better then KFC. I've been to Bo's several times and if they manage to keep the store clean(unlike most of the restaurants in Manchester), I'll keep returning. read more
