This is by far one of the worst restaurants I've been to. They fucking suck and they can't get orders right

The worst place to go if you want fast food. We placed a to go order because we were rushing off to soccer games. We got there and they hadn't even started our order. They forgot about it. This is not the first time I've had an issue with them. They have no sense of urgency and they definitely need some new management. read more

The 3 stars are for ALL Bojangels. Their baking department needs to add more baking powder to the biscuit recipe. Theirs is always so flat. Also need to reverse engineering their sausage gravy FOR the biscuits and gravy. Always a watery mess. Disappointing meal right there. read more

I am very dissatisfied with Bojangles because their hours say they close at 10 o'clock. I go through the drive-through at 9:50 PM to order food as it has been such a crazy hectic day and I just myself got off of work and I'm starving. And I order a boberry biscuit that's all I want well of course I was told they don't have those at the moment. And I'm thinking yeah I don't have them or you I don't want to make them? Because I've been told once before at night time they're made to order. But I didn't say anything I just said OK well let me see what else I want and as I'm looking over the menu and it's like 952 at this point and she tells me I'm sorry were closed. Went through the drive through 11-2-2020 around 7:30pm. Only one of four visible employees was wearing a mask correctly, one had mask hanging around his neck, and two had no mask at all. This is unacceptable in the covid-19 pandemic, and I won't be back. read more

This is probably the worst bojangles in the chain. It's unfortunate that it's up the road and the only one in my town because once in a blue moon I forget just how terrible the service here is and I visit. They are constantly forgetting things off my order or just getting things wrong. This is very annoying because It's about a 5-7 minute drive back from my house. Usually they just forget my biscuit from a supreme dinner, fries, or some such thing. One time they gave me what I can only assume was a sandwich made two days ago as the chicken was hard as a rock and had changed color. Loved biting in to that one... This latest time, I ordered a chicken club without chicken in it. It was just the lettuce, tomato, etc. Love getting food home only to realize the food isn't there. Anyways, if you can avoid it, go somewhere else. I'd rather drive to the one in Havelock. read more

My family and I paid a visit to this store on Monday December 14, 2015 at approximately 5:10 PM. I initially was slightly concerned before entry into the store because there were only three cars in the parking lot (two of which I would later learn were employee vehicles). I witnessed a "southern style" restaurant in the heart of the south at 5:00 PM with no customers in it. Shortly after exiting the vehicle I would learn exactly why there were no customers in the store. Upon entry in the store we were not greeted in any matter whatsoever. We stood at the cash register for approximately three minutes before an extremely lazy employee slowly walked his way over to us. This employee began to take our order by saying "whats up", "What can I get for you". We excused that on the basis that the employee was young and appeared to be fairly new on the job. We ordered a "12 Piece super tailgate" and Immediately the employee taking our order said "that might be a problem". The employee then walked to the back of the store and began to engage with an employee that we could not see. He then returned to tell us "we have fresh chicken coming up in ten minutes". (We have been told this on the last three occasions, but for the sake of focus I will only discuss this visit.) He then states that "we do have exactly twelve pieces of chicken but it has been sitting out for approximately thirty minutes." We are upset by this, but for the sake of time we agree to take the older and the less fresh chicken. However, we ask for a small discount or a free item due to the fact that our satisfaction was compromised. This is where we reach the point in which our experience (in regards to satisfaction) cannot be recovered. The cashier calls the shift manager to assist us. When the manager arrives she begins asking questions to understand the problem. We are relieved at the thought that she might understand how absurd it is that they do not have fresh chicken at prime dinner time. We were sadly mistaken. The manager looks at us in our eyes with a confused expression on her face and utters the words "You don't want to wait ten minutes?" That is what a MANAGER thought she should say to recover our satisfaction. This is clearly not a business that holds customer service as core value. I believe this occurred becuase this level of service has become "normal practice." The manager was apparently comfortable making people wait. This is not the way to run a company. I do not see this location being open for business in the near future (1-6 months). If you are looking to enjoy your visit, have a nice family dinner, and be treated like a valued customer then my advice to you is to not come to this location. My family and I will never again patronize this business, until Bojangles takes some action to recover customer service and to show appreciation for its customers. The US dollar is increasingly hard to come by, do yourselves a favor and give your business to a company that values your dollar. read more

Incredible drive through experience! Very competent order taker and not to mention the food was much better than your average bojangles. The fries were excellently seasoned and the lemon in the sweet tea was a great touch. Overall a wonderful meal and will definitely be stopping back by this location on the way to the beach. read more
