I complimented this Domino's in a previous review, but recently the sandwiches have been hit or miss. In one order our Philly Cheesesteak subs had little meat; last weekend the Philly subs (peppers and onions are an important part of this sandwich) had almost no veggies. I had a 1/2 inch piece of pepper and a little piece of onion. That was it. That's not a Philly sub. They called me because I made note of the issue with Domino's. The person didn't understand- they thought the problem was that there was a piece of pepper on my sub. Sigh. Usually I report an issue through the app (I've needed to do this once or twice). If you click the link to report an issue, then leave the app page (even without closing it) without inserting your comment, the app thinks you already reported an issue and tells you to call corporate. Don't do it. It took forever and my sub was cold in addition to having no veggies. BTW, Yelp let me go from app to web or wherever and didn't lose my review before I saved it. Thanks! I would think they would prefer to learn about issues rather than have customers choose to order from another restaurant. (Which I did tonight). I was told I would receive a credit, but there wasn't one in the email or in the app. We order from here about once a week. read more

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and added on 5 ranch dips...pizza is delivered in a timely manner, however the delivery driver showed up without the ranch we ordered. This is not the first time. We called to let them know and they were so nonchalant about it and stated they would get it right to us. Now mind you, they are 10 minutes away and that phone call was made 25 minutes ago and still no ranch. Totally unacceptable...get it together Dominos. UPDATE: Called to see where our ranch was...they never sent anyone! But they say it's on the way now. We will see. It wouldn't be an is sure if we were home but we are NOT! Travis, the one man show, was absolutely awesome. Give that man a raise. We had a thin crust pizza for pick up. He said it would be 10 minutes, and it was! The pizza was delicious, but the real story is that when I went in, he was working all alone, answering the phones, cooking the pizzas and couldn't have been more delightful. He even suggested a special over the phone. I have lived here for nearly 2 years and I've never gone to dominoes, because my experience with dominoes has been that they are all very impersonal. Very clean store. Enjoyed a Chicken Alfredo Bread Bowl, it was delicious. Buttery crust, juicy chicken, cream Alfredo sauce and was ready rather quickly. It was the first time I had eaten at any Domino's in a long time. I refuse to eat at the one on Camp Lejeune, customer service in not a priority. I am just glad I tried this Domino's. Ordered a pizza and 48 minutes later the pizza had not arrived. Called and the manager said that two pizzas were being delivered in 20 "more minutes". The assistant manager I spoke to had a lackadaisical attitude. I had only ordered one pizza and two pizzas would not benefit me.
