Unprofessional manager refuses refunds and hangs up on customers, save your money. The food tasted very bad, the menu does not depict what they serve properly and the order was missing the salad. When I called, I offered to bring the food back in exchange for a refund, but the manager refused to give a whole refund. Instead, she got defensive and constantly talked over me to praise their own food. When I kept speaking to finish my sentence, she claimed, 'I am not going to help you because of your attitude,' and hung up on me. Standing up for yourself against a bully manager to finish what i am saying isn't an attitude problem. When ordering door dash the prices for certain items are increased vs ordering directly from no name. I called no name and they couldn't justify the reason for higher price. This was my first visit. Went with four other gals that have been here. Three women loved their food. The first thing I learned was that this is not just a pizza place. It had all kinds of food on the menu and specials that are not on the menu. We were waited on right away by a waiter to get our drinks. Later on we were a little confused because two other waitresses started waiting on us. Eventually one young lady was our server. I will say the place started to get busy after we were seated around 4 pm on a Sunday. These are our dishes in order of best to worst. Meatballs- She loved them! Full of flavor and cheesy. And it looked it. Chicken Quesadilla- Chicken was well flavored and tasty. She likes hers! I could see the chunks of chicken coming out of it but where is the salsa to put on top? I only saw sour cream. Chicken gyro with a salad. She said the salad was delicious and it looked it. She received a lamb gyro instead of a chicken. After correcting the order she said it was very good. It too had lots of flavor. Hamburger- Good but needed salt and where was the onion. It comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, ketchup and mayo. Very little mustard so I added some but the bottle needed refreshing. It must have sat for a time because the mustard would not come out. They need to check their condiments a little more often. Could have used a nice slice of onion! I also had a Bloody Mary. It was just okay. Could have been spicier. Ruben Sandwich- SAD, very sad. This is not on the menu and rightly so. Though it looked good when it arrived she kept saying something is missing. We all noticed and said where's the 1000 island dressing and sauerkraut? She said the meat was very good and there was lots of it but no flavor partly because the other items were minuscule. It came with french fries. I never eat them but I always try them. Since this was not my dish she let me try one. I will say the french fries here were great! Crispy and perfectly salted. There are plenty of items to choose from but next time I will try the pizza which looked pretty good as I was walking out and noticed it on a table. read more

We stopped in to No Name Pizza while out running errands. It was a last minute decision but we were not disappointed! Our waitress was friendly, and the food was good. The only two things we'd change would be adding more sauce to the pizza and the chicken parm sub had grilled chicken over fried which was unexpected. Our food took a bit longer than we'd have liked to come out but it was reasonable. We'll be back! And next time I think we'll be trying the burgers - they looked incredible! read more

We waited 45 minutes for food, which was all subpar at best. The cheese pizza has like barely any cheese on it, and my BLT was soggy on the bottom and hard on top, leading me to believe it sat for a while under a hot light while pizzas cooked. This place has potential to be spectacular. Luckily we had Josh as our server. He's fantastic. With that being said we watched the other tables around us receive not so great service from their wait staff. One example, we witness a table receive their food before their drinks ever showed up. Here's the problem with our visit last night: Watered down Absolute and Cranberry. $16 for the worst Chicken Parm I've ever had. I could probably have gotten better at Olive Garden, and that ain't saying much. This is their way of making Chicken Parm (they didn't used to make it this way): Grilled, diced, chopped, minced chicken over a bed of spaghetti pasta. I would have if asked, but to be honest I do not understand the logic of wearing a masks and taking it off as soon as you reach your table. What a bad experience. Came in around 8:30 p.m. and immediately was seated. Then the waiting started. There appeared to be several parties and plenty of servers, but it quickly was discovered that these young, millennial servers, were clueless on how to work a busy schedule. After sitting for 15 minutes with our menus, I got up and asked for a server. Apparently we were forgotten. I truly hope management is more attuned to training their staff. This place has great potential but requires good leadership and guidance. By the way, our pizza was DELICIOUS! Kudos to the kitchen! read more
