If I could do a negative star I would.... This location in particular over the last year or so has gone downhill. I went to order food for family that was coming into town. I arrived at around 3:30 pm went inside, and ordered a 12 piece meal; I knew there would be a wait of some kind due to the size of the order. So it was not a surprise when other customers who came in after me got their orders and the drive thur. After some time I asked the manager how long it would take, the response was nothing less than dismissive, "we are working on it." Okay no problem I am aware you are; some more time passes and nothing prepared me for the HOUR AND A HALF wait so by this point I am beyond flustered I asked again how much longer. The response was the same as before but this time the manager added, if you were not harassing me then it would be done. Now mind you I understand being busy and the food and beverage industry, but to accuse me of harassing her and then to make me wait 1.5 hours is just absolutely beyond ridiculous and she was just plain rude. I ended up getting a refund and LEFT as I hit the two hour mark! I will not be going back and I could understand if there was a staffing issue but there were plenty of workers there! read more

Unhappy with Bojangles. Didn't want a heavy Friday afternoon lunch but geez. I paid close to $10 for 3 small [less than 4 inch] chicken fingers (not tenders). Paid $1.25 for one chicken egg roll [more than 5 inches]. Are the food costs so high they are skimping or are my expectations too high? I have 1 star for the nice sounding peach honey pepper sauce but the sweet peach didn't combine well with the sweet n spicy for me. I don't eat biscuits...too powdery. read more

I've never been a big fan of Bojangle's, but I've let convenience get the best of me a few times over the years because this location is right around the corner from me. Almost every time has been a disappointment. Not because the food was bad, but because they are always out of so many things that I can't even place a complete order. It's like they don't want you to order food here. Tonight I had to go to my storage unit right next door so I figured I would try the new bowls that they're advertising like crazy. There's even a big marquee that says to try the new rice bowls. I pull up to the drive thru and an automated voice asked me to try the new bowls to which I answered a resounding 'YES'. I actually ordered completely through an AI voice assistant and I was impressed that it took my whole order without any issues. I thought for a moment that maybe they've turned this location around and added some new fandangled features. My high hopes were quickly dashed as I pulled around to the window and the woman tells me that they don't have any rice for the rice bowls... a pretty major ingredient. I asked if they could use mashed potatoes instead? She replies that the only side (out of like 6 or 7 sides they offer) they had at the moment was fries. I said well that doesn't really work for a bowl I guess. She rudely agreed as if to say, please leave... I don't want to serve you anything. They were still open for over an hour and they have no sides except for fries. They didn't offer any other solution so I left empty handed. If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. During my encounter I ordered a 12 piece meal and spent over $45, which for one didn't seem right, but okay. Then at least 10 others order after me and got their meals. After 45 mins of waiting I asked how much longer, and the lady told me a few more mins. I then observed everyone just cutting up and chit chatting in the back, not doing anything, while I was still waiting in my order! I then asked again about 30mins later, how much longer and the lady responded with "I told you we are working on it, a few mins ago." Excuse me but when does it take over an hour to make a bucket of chicken, when you had by this point at least a dozen customers after me. After another 15mins the lady accused me of harassing her, so I asked for my money back and the lady again was very nasty and rude towards me. I'm sorry but it doesn't take an hour and half to make a bucket of chicken with 2 sides. I've never experienced such poor customer service before. And I'm all about giving people grace and empathy but how can you when someone is so rude and not even concerned about the extreme wait for an order. Do better! read more

This place needs to be shut down!!!!! Nasty inside, unprofessional employees you can go there anytime a day and they always don't have something 6:15 in the afternoon on a Saturday night. Wife picked up an online order here from DoorDash pickup. Walked in and they were trying to give her order away to a Dash driver. Driver checked the ticket and caught it but they still wouldn't listen. Finally got our order - 8 piece family meal with an extra family size fry. Her fault for not checking I guess. 8 piece was 5 legs and three thighs. Fries were a small not family. No biscuits in the box either. Food was HORRIBLE! Couldn't eat the nasty chicken at all. I hope the owner of this establishment sees this comment. Either the workers are allergic to work, or they are not keeping up with replenishing the supplies, ie foods. Everytime I go to to this particular place they are out of something. Its always some sort excuse like they are not cooking anymore, or they ran out etc. I believe the workers do not really work. Used to love this location. Whoever they've hired now are complete tools. They never have food ready. They always mess your order up. We got two meals and the berry biscuits. He said "we don't have any thighs" so he gave us a breast instead. "We don't have any rice" so we got Mac n cheese instead. Then he gave us the wrong meal. We sent it back. Then we realized we only got 1 berry biscuit instead of two. We had to ask for the other one. Then he didn't give us the sauce we asked for. Then he didn't give us the regular biscuit with the meal. It took us 20 minutes to get our food after ordering . And not once did the worker apologize. Not a single time. They do not care AT ALL at this location. Go to a different one. Absolutely the worse location ever. They take no accountability for messing up a whole order, they deflect to anyone else but themselves. The management is a joke. Shift manager Nicole is the most unprofessional manager ( I use that word loosely ) I have ever spoke to. Complete order was 102.00 and literally only the beverage and one dirty rice was right. Bojangles leaves a lot to be desired when reaching out to speak about what was wrong, they kept the money and products they don't even send. So ya they are thieves as well. Counter staff not very friendly or helpful. It was our first time to try Bojangles and was not impressed. Went to this location near closing one night, and there were no other customers inside so I'm not sure what the environment is like during the day. I just needed a quick meal and was interested in comparing Bojangles' chicken sandwich to that of Chick fil A. The sandwich was hot and seemed fresh, despite the late hour. I don't think I can pick a winner between Bojangles and Chick fil A. Both sandwiches taste good to me, but they're different. The service was mostly good, although one of the workers was very non-communicative, which felt a little bit odd. However, they may have been new or perhaps had just had a long day, so I'm not letting that influence my review significantly. Overall, I'd be willing to return during a more normal time of day to give it another try. read more

This morning I went to Bojangles on N Rhett and the drive thru was long and not moving so I went inside, and to my surprise I would've thought black beetles by Rae Sremmurd was playing by the way the workers were barely moving. Not good at all! The food was alright but I had to wait 30 min after ordering my food to get my food and I was in the DRIVE THRU! The breakfast bo-tato bowl...it's the real deal. I cheated on my healthy morning fare of watermelon and grapes for the bo-tato bowl one morning. I continue to give this bojangles a chance bc it's "on the way" and I typically love bojangles. Pre Covid they were pretty decent. During Covid not so much but with lack of staff I was understanding. Now there is so much staff in there, yet I still waited 25 minutes in the drive through for cold, overcooked food. Pay for a 4 piece supremes meal.... There's four pieces sure. But over cooked, tiny and cold. Didn't even have flavor. Fries were unseasoned and soggy. Drive through worker was busy laughing and wouldn't make eye contact. Today at lunch time my wait in the drive thru was 28 minutes for four chicken fingers, small order of cold fries, and a Pepsi. Didn't get the extra biscuit order initially and had to pay for that when I got to the window. Once I was locked in the drive thru lane for 15 minutes with little to NO movement I was commented at that point. Could not afford to start the wait time all over again at another location. But safe to say I will not eat here at lunch time again. Yeah someone probably had a big order. Ok. Have that person move up and bring the food out to them in a parking spot. Just Food for thought! To be honest I am not a big fan of Bojangles. They just happen to be on the way to my work so I was in the mood for something different for breakfast so I stopped in to try a new menu item. The pork chop biscuit looked good in the commercials so i thought i would give it a try. I got a couple of them and also a couple of the Cajun Fried Chicken biscuit. The service was OK and the inside was somewhat clean. The staff is not very friendly but did get my food to me rather quickly. The pork chop biscuit was very good and was a little of the spicy side. The Cajun Fired Chicken Biscuit was very tasty also but not a spicy as the Pork Chop. I would return for both of them as they are the best things i have had at Bojangles. read more

Update: having to wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru with no apology or acknowledgement from anyone working here has changed my opinion of them. Plus the way their drive they is set up, you're essentially trapped by the curb until it's too late. A simple we're sorry you had to wait or a free drink offer would have been all it would take to keep people waiting happy. The best sweet tea and biscuits done right. I've grown up eating their Cajun fried chicken and dirty rice. This is my go to for comfort fast food. You can't go wrong with their bo berry biscuits and sweet potato pies!
