A long piece of hair on my fries that they tried to cover it up.

There was hair in my fries, and they tried to put extra seasoning on it to cover it up smh

    Nobody can resist Bojangles chicken...

Ahh, Bojangles is back! Stumbled upon these reviews and they got my imagination going. Think crispy, juicy fried chicken with delicious crunch and greasiness. Flavorful dirty rice and a light, fluffy biscuit with just a hint of saltiness. Wash it all down with some sweet tea and you're good to go... A true Southern treat! Bojangles is light years better than KFC and outshines even Popeye's. I've hit this location a bunch of times, I'd guiltily sneak in my box of chicken to my desk hoping people wouldn't pass too much judgment on my lunch choice. This particular Bojangles got hit with a grease fire (surprise) in June and is now back in business. I had forgotten about the place but Bojangles, I'll be seein' ya soon and welcome back!

highly disappointed I've never came here and this happened before, on my 3rd tender before I noticed. completely ruined the whole meal for me. this is highly unacceptable and something needs to be done. This is from the one in Zebulon and I just came through around 10:30 to get my dinner after working all day. Thanks a bunch

    Heart-shaped Boberry biscuit!

A nice sweet treat on the day before Valentine's Day. I'd just gotten my car back after some body work and was feeling pretty spirited for a fabulous Friday. Passed through the drive-thru to pick up a Sweet Tea, sausage biscuit, and Bo Berry Biscuit as a quick reward and boost to the day. Sweet tea and sausage biscuit were just as delicious as always. Imagine my surprise when I opened the Bo Berry Biscuit at the office though. It was a heart-shaped design! How thoughtful that Bojangles would think to do something like that. I shared the image with many people and it brought smiles to their faces too. Impressed and heartfelt from a corporation. You don't find that too often. Plus, the ladies at the drive-thru were just as happy as could be on that cold dreary morning. So, I'd say it was a day started with love and smiles thanks to that one creative decision and the pleasant demeanor of their staff.

One of the better Bojangles I've been to - and I've been to at least 35 of them, if not more. Possibly because it's so close to NC State, it stays open late, tends to be busy often, yet keeps the Bojangles quality of food. The chicken selects were hot, not greasy and tasted great. The sweet tea was damn good and the mash potatoes held their own. The pecan twist and Bo-Berry Biscuit were fresh and tasteful. If you going to the RBC Center it's a good spot that will be open after the game - and won't be serving food that's been sitting around for hours.

Horribly greasy. I ate there once and I wouldn't try it again. If I want to have greasy junk food, I'd rather go to McDonald's.

The place was nice and they had good chicken with a taste with spicy on it. The biscuits were good but a little dry.

Best Bojangles I've been to. Consistently good food and great service. Extremely efficient drive-thru, too!

Normally the package includes about 10 pieces of chicken, a gallon of sweet tea, and some fixins to go with it.

We ordered the grape leaves, baklava, namoora and tabbouli. I am Lebanese and these are staples in our home. The grape leaves were extremely dry and tough. The rice was very undercooked and the leaves themselves were so dry and tough we could barely chew through them. We ordered 12 and thought maybe it was a fluke but all 12 were completely inedible and we threw them out immediately. The baklava was okay, nothing to write home about. Very simple syrup forward and you couldn't taste much else (we ordered the walnut). The namoora was stale. Very dry. Namoora should melt in your mouth with with a slight chew. This was again, tough and stale. We threw those out as well. Lastly, our favorite salad, tabbouli. The lemon taste was nonexistent. The parsley wasn't chopped fine as Tabbouli should be. It was a watery mess. Overall, we won't be back. We spent over $75 on 4 items and left feeling hungry and bamboozled. There are other Lebanese food spots to visit in the Raleigh area, I will stick to those. Please do better when representing Lebanese cuisine. 15 workers behind the counter can seem like you're doing something right but in the end, it all comes down to the freshness and authenticity of what you are claiming to serve.

That brings me to the next point. If you go on the busy days be ready to wait long sitting times, is not because of the place itself but because people will overextend their stay and because the local is small it could fill up very quickly. On my visit here I waited over 50 minutes to be sit. Rather than a critic is more of a heads up so that it doesn't take you by surprise. To touch on the food a little bit, I specifically got the breakfast burrito and it was incredible enjoyable. Got some fries as a side and some mushrooms and everything was tasty and fresh. If you aren't sure what to order you won't go wrong ordering that. I would suggest that it be nice to see a traditional american breakfast on the menu. 9/10 would definitely come back!

Drinks: I ordered a matcha latte, iced with oat milk. I knew it was a mistake as I watched them make it and the match came out of a squeeze bottle. My mom ordered hot black coffee, claiming it tasted burnt and was undrinkable. Mains: I ordered the strawberries & cream pancakes which came with three extremely tiny pancakes, that tasted like whole wheat. The "fresh jam" was overly sugared and had a smoothie like consistency. For $16 I was hungry and disappointed. My mom ordered the grain and egg bowl, wait it was underwhelming. Shocked there are so many positive reviews.
