Very disappointing experience at this Bojangles location. I waited nearly 2 hours for my order, only to be told that the items I ordered were not available. The worst part is that this information was not communicated from the beginning. There were several other customers waiting as well, and many of them were just as frustrated and disappointed with the poor service. The lack of communication, long wait times, and poor organization made for a terrible customer experience. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but making customers wait that long and then telling them there is no food available is unacceptable. Management needs to improve communication and customer service at this location. read more

The employees are too busy talking and hanging out with visitors to prepare the orders and leave folks sitting at the front of the store waiting to have their orders taken. There seem to only be a couple of folks that are actually aware they are supposed to be working. The rest are just hanging out. There are currently 2 people waiting to get orders take. We ordered our food via there Ai Drive thru service which I thought was cool. It took them 15 minutes to get out food and when we got it, it tastes as if it's been sitting all day. The fries were old and almost cold. I would've ask for more fries but that probably would've took them 40 minutes. read more

I've came to this restaurant for breakfast for the past two weeks and a total of five times and I had noticed that they are always friendly my first time going. I thought perhaps maybe this was a one day positive day but I can see today that it's always positive the energy is always positive. The service is always friendly. The food is always out on time which is really good when on the way to work. I normally don't write fast food restaurants for the fact that you get what you pay for when it comes to fast food most of the time so I don't like to ever come here to complain. However, this is some of the best service I've witnessed in years of going to fast food, just based off efficiency and friendliness. read more

Recently when I have gone to BoJangles on E Roosevelt Blvd. I have not been very unsatisfied with the service. Tonight there were no Bo Rounds or diet pepsi. I also ordered a chicken biscuit which I had wait almost 10 minutes to get. This BoJangles is across the street from our hospital. This service is not what it should be especially for the location of the store. I also go to this location on Sunday mornings. The service is much different at that time. While we were at the drive thru ordering they kept repeating back the wrong order back to us, so as we understood that sometimes u can't hear through the drive thru we just agreed with the order they said and they told us to pull forward. when we were at the window to pay the lady was sitting there staring at are car at us through the window for a good minute and finally opens it and says "sorry i was daydreaming" we then get our food at the next window and hand it to us and walk away without saying a word. what an experience. read more

If if they had a negative rating I would have given it! I did a curbside order at 10:33AM on Sunday to be picked up at 11:55am. That is an hour and half for them to get this order ready of 220 piece family buckets. When I got in there at noon 12:00 PM this order was not ready!!!! I walked in and asked where my order was. I had a manager yell at me and say I am under Staffing know your order is not ready then I spoke with another gentleman in line while he was waiting. He had been waiting 30 minutes for two piece chicken meal. As I was speaking with him that was a little short girl with glasses behind the counter that came up made a face is it? What is the problem? I said yall had an hour and a half to get my order ready and it's not ready. Some other girl said off waiting on chicken she's just waiting on chicken. after that, I was pretty mad. Then they proceeded to serve 25 people while I'm waiting for 27 additional minutes to get my order to go to my family reunion an hour away. And our lunch for the family reunion was at 1:15 pm! I have proceeded to put in a survey & call customer service. When I finally got to Bojangles Customer service they informed me that this facility if that's what you wanna call, was privately owned. Therefore, they could not help me. I have also put on Facebook in messenger that I wanted a manager to call me. That was on Monday. It is now Thursday and I have not heard from anyone. i literally made an account to talk about how shit this service was. i'm never going back to this location again- it took 8 minutes for me to get my order taken and when i got to the window i saw that the reason was because the girl at the window was on her phone just ignoring the customers. and the manager was right there and did nothing. then i finally get my phone and waited another minute before they realized i was still at the window because i didn't get the full order. so i get the rest and leave and i get this old add piece of chicken that looks like it would kill me if i ate it. it wasn't even hot let alone warm. read more

The reviews say everything they need to about this place! Nobody wants to work anymore as is everywhere these days! We have came by twice at 6:00 pm and they closed early, because well... the employees are basically allowed to do whatever they want to and know they can't be replaced. We stood in line for 20 minutes with no one waiting on us someone walked over, where they all stood chit-chatting, to ask if they were going to come take our orders, finally they did (no wonder the drive-thru line had 9 cars waiting). The cashier had a major attitude and kept rolling her eyes at everybody, she had absolutely NO common sense and kept asking everyone insignificant questions so they were therefore, S L O W!!!! No one can be bothered to clean the dining room, because that would require actually them WORKING and then they'd all have to put their cellphones down! (Crying Shame!).
