I wouldn't say I had a great experience here, since it was BEYOND packed. Like crazy packed, for coming after work on a Thursday. Not sure if it's because it's new or what, but there was literally no where to sit and nowhere to park! I ordered take-out online and ended up taking my food out to eat in the vehicle. I understand it's not the workers' fault for the craziness though. People must like it for some reason! But I found I enjoyed my veggie burger, as it tasted fresh and not full of oil and grease. It was mild enough that my children dipped their nuggets in it. Rather than becoming defensive, it may be more productive to address and rectify the consistency and accuracy issues being pointed out.

I noticed the total was a little high when we paid and when I got the receipt I saw that we were charged for three adult meals. My husband mentioned something to them and they did give us a refund. The food took a long time. I get it's not fast food but multiple people after us got their food before us. I finally asked about it and she said it was coming next. The fries were less than luke warm and limpy. The chicken was good but the breading was soft and literally falling off. I do like that they have a condiment section but I'm not sure I have a desire to come back.
