I have been going to Zaxbys for years and recently their food quality in their zalads has gone down rapidly. It used to even look like what they advertised. My meal is always good and everybody here is nice. If they get your order wrong they are quick to change it and the workers there sound energetic and happy to be there. There was a big bearded guy at the drive-tru that was very energetic and nice and was very fast acting when we had our order wrong. read more

This restaurant is amazing! I always get the #1, which has a combination of pretty much everything. Their chicken is amazing, and so is the toast. It is bread in butter then toasted, and it is crispy and a little sweet. The fries are awesome, and service is great! The line always moves fast! Overall, great restaurant! read more

I LOVE this place. This is one of the things that I miss since I moved to Maryland. I always get the grilled cheese sandwich with fries. The place was crowded, but the lines moved quickly. I am in love with Zaxby's grilled cheese sandwich with fries, and this particular one didn't disappointment. The customer service was great, and the place was clean. For you meat- eaters, my sister had a chicken finger place with zax sauce. She said that the food was great. She even order another chicken finger plate to bring back to Maryland. If you are traveling I-85, this would be a great place to eat. It is not a typical fast food restaurant. read more

When I lived fulltime in the southeast, I became somewhat tired of the Zaxby's. Living mostly in CA now, I miss them and eat here almost every time I come back home. Their chicken strips and bread are great, as are their salads. It is kind of like a formal fast food restaurant. You order at the counter and you take it with you to sit down. The booths and decor aren't like McDonald's. It is a lot nicer. Still, I don't know what you would call it. It isn't like a McDonalds, but it isn't like an Applebees. Placed my normal order online like always. 2 Chicken Finger plates, 1 Boneless Wing plate, and a Zalad. Picked up my order at the store and for the 3rd time in a row the sauces I ordered were wrong when I got home. The last time it happened I was given the excuse by a manager that the printouts were not printing correctly. I checked the receipt in my bag and it read exactly as was ordered this time. I love zaxbys so much! Honestly the zalad is so bomb. Sometimes the service is slow but it's always worth the wait.

Love the food but hate the workers. Plain out rude and juvenile. Always closes the place before the time at 10.
