    Build your own large bowl

Bolay is THE BEST lunch spot in Gville! I hate meal prepping but try to eat a low-calorie, high protein meal and Bolay is the only spot you can find a balanced meal quickly. Everything is very fresh and healthy with great gluten free and plant based options! The tofu is my favorite I have ever tried. Additionally, the team at the University location goes above-and-beyond by writing cute notes on the bowls and always greeting me by name. I see some of them around campus and town and they always say hi! The manager Eric is also always at the fore-front of the store and I feel like you never see that anymore with managers. Any time I need catering for work events I go with Bolay and they have handled orders for 100+ very well. Long story short, you have got to go here!

    Regular bol, cookie, lemonade

This new Bolay location is so convenient for UF students! Everyone who worked there was very friendly, and the space was clean and comfortable. I got a regular bol with sweet potato noodles, corn, potatoes, teriyaki chicken, and spicy Thai sauce, as well a fresca lemonade and a chocolate chip cookie. Everything tasted great, and I thought the portion size was perfect. The large bol would be great to take home leftovers. I especially liked the sweet potato noodles -- it's the only gluten free alternative I've ever thought is as good as regular noodles. Bolay has so many options that's work great for mixing and matching, varying across several cuisines. It's the perfect option if you're looking for a quick, healthy, affordable meal.

Just ate Bolay for the first time and it was so so good! If you are into eating healthy delicious food this is the best option! My bf and I both liked it better than chipotle and cava, both of which we love. We both did large both with various veggies and the lemon chicken and steak. Staff was patient with us since it was our first time here. Place is super clean! we will be back!

I had a lavender oat milk latte and this might be one of the best coffees in Gainesville. Their pastries are also not to be missed the guava pastry is a favorite of ours. Pros: flaky delicate pastry crust. Excellence balance of cheese to jam. Filling. Would order again! Cons: sticky fingers Cinnamon rolls The frosting is very thick and delightful. It was originally brought out cold and then they warmed it up upon request. The layers were sweet but not overly so. I got the French omelet and the egg was perfectly fluffy. My friends got the whipped feta toast, the veggie breakfast burrito and the breakfast bowl.

I entered the restaurant at 9:15 am with my guest and were seated promptly. Our server proceeded with our drink order in which we requested a vanilla and brown sugar iced latte and lemonade. My vanilla and brown sugar latte was made well and was quite refreshing. The lemonade was a bit sweet but overall a good beverage. However, as our experience continued it became a bit of a let down. We ordered the Dutch baby with seasonal fruit, the big break, a cinnamon roll, and the afternoon hash. From time of placing the order to receiving our food was an overall total of 45 minutes. A bit of a long wait for breakfast/brunch style items. The cinnamon roll was not done well whatsoever, the roll itself was over kneaded which created a thick and heavy dough. Not the fluffy type of cinnamon roll you would expect. When our food did come out the Dutch baby was partly burnt, it did not taste as such but it was a bit flat in regard to taste. The potatoes in the hash and the big break were burnt. I wouldn't consider it crispy because they were so overcooked I could barely get my fork to go through. The taste of the hollandaise did redeem the dish a tad, however for $90 including tip it was not the dining experience I would come back to.

The atmosphere is just the best and I always have a good time! Seating is first come, first serve or seat yourself situation. So if there is a big game, you should get there a couple hours early to ensure you get a seat. Otherwise you will be wondering the restaurant trying to pounce on an open seat the second you see one. We actually arrived 2.5 hours before the game even started and almost all the seats were taken already. While this can be a little chaotic, it really adds to the experience of eating here on a game day! It was absolutely PACKED for the national championship, people were even bringing chairs from home to sit outside. We ended up sitting at a small outdoor bar. Our bartender or server, Maddie, was excellent. She made sure we were satisfied the whole time and did a great job checking in on us. She was also super friendly and great to talk to! Considering how busy it was, the food didn't take too long to come out. When it is super busy, you can order food at the bar (inside or outside one) and don't need to have a table to receive service. The staff did a great job keeping up with everything and making sure things were running as efficiently as possible. For the food, the five of us started with an order of mozzarella sticks and their famous buffalo chicken dip. The mozzarella sticks are a new menu item and feature golden-fried mozzarella sticks, crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside, served with ranch marinara. These were really, really good, with a nice cheese pull and the perfect amount of breading. I was quite surprised with how tasty these were! The Buffalo chicken dip consists of pulled chicken mixed with buffalo wing sauce, melted cheddar, pepper jack, and cream cheese, finished with ranch and an extra kick of hot sauce, served with tortilla chips, celery, and carrots. This was AMAZING and a perfect starter for the table to share. Served in a cast iron skillet, the portion is huge and the dip is super flavorful and creamy. There weren't enough chips served with the dip for all of us, but our server was happy to give us a complimentary tray of chips. I can easily see why this is a favorite and I will definitely be ordering this next time I come here! I also got a side Caesar salad and thought that was great as well. It was a nice portion, with fresh romaine, shredded Parmesan cheese, croutons, and capers. We ordered our entrees around kickoff, I ended up getting the Founder's Club Sandwich. The Founder's Club included a grilled chicken breast topped crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese, served on toasted sourdough bread, with a side of swamp sauce. All the entrees come with fries, unless you want to upgrade to another side or request not to have them. I really enjoyed this sandwich. The chicken had a nice char to it and was surprisingly juicy. I appreciated the sourdough bread over a regular bun as well. The subtleness of the provolone cheese and the fresh tomato were great too! Overall, we had an awesome time watching the CFB national championship at The Swamp. The atmosphere and vibes are unmatched. Service was awesome and the workers there are so on top of things. Food hit the spot and the Buffalo chicken dip was our favorite. Can't wait to come back!!

Parking was free and plentiful, and we were seated without a long wait, though we highly recommend making reservations, especially on busy nights. To start, their "poppers" were absolutely delicious and a fun twist on traditional bread service, especially paired with the incredible blueberry butter. To celebrate, I ordered their Painkiller cocktail, which was smooth, delicious, and hit the spot. I also had the French onion soup, which arrived piping hot with perfectly melted cheese. For our entrées, we ordered the filet, the NY strip, and the rack of lamb, and every dish was excellent. We shared the corn and mashed potatoes, both of which were outstanding. I also loved the artistic touch on the menu check presentation. Overall, we're so happy we chose Prime & Pearl to celebrate our new marriage and will absolutely be returning in the future.
