Now, I'm being told there is a one-year limit yet the company cannot produce any written policy or terms supporting that claim. WHERE IS THIS SUPPOSED EXPIRATION DATE??? When I requested escalation, I was met with resistance and disrespect by "Mindy Holmes," who claimed to be a national manager and insisted there is "no one above her." She kept saying she is the person and thats it! Who ever made her in charge should rethink their decision. When I first reached out again, it was to buy more packages, but after this treatment never ever!!!! The combination of changing terms after purchase, lack of written disclosures, and refusal to escalate is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the company's integrity.
