I came in for Botox. Instead, your staff upsold me on a $1500 Thermage treatment I did NOT need. I'm in my late 30s, look under 30, and simply wanted a minor lift in my brow/eye area. Before-and-after photos? Identical. Zero results. But instead of owning the fact that your team pushed the wrong treatment, your manager trots out a copy-and-paste brochure blurb defending Thermage... completely missing the actual complaint. This isn't about whether Thermage works for some people... it's about your staff's lack of integrity and basic competence. You don't push a client into an expensive procedure they won't benefit from just to pad sales. That's called bad business. And to the so-called "Business Manager"... maybe try picking up the phone and speaking to dissatisfied clients like a professional instead of hiding behind a canned PR response. A real manager would've taken the time to understand that this was a breach of trust, not an opportunity to recite your marketing script. If I had been sold the treatment I came in for, I'd have spent less money, gotten what I actually needed, and maybe even become a loyal client. Instead, I walked out feeling ripped off, disregarded, and convinced your staff is better trained at reading sales quotas than at recommending the right treatment.
