Amazing first time experience and I'm in looooooooove ! Location/Ambiance: -Convenient location close to home in Poway. -Plenty of parking on a Saturday afternoon. -The clinic is cute, open, and inviting ! The restroom was well-stocked and clean. Kudos ! -The suite I was in was very calm and tranquil. Customer service: Jackie and Julia were very pleasant and professional from the beginning. Jackie had me fill out a consent form with basic information and eyelash extension procedures. The front lobby was very comfortable and relaxing. I barely waited as I wanted to take some pictures and Instagram stories LOL. My wonderful lash artist, Julia was so friendly and sweet. She was calm, quick, and precise. It only took her about one hour. I was so amazed at how the eyelashes were able to stay on. I barely felt anything. She was very gentle and I felt so at ease throughout the whole procedure. It was so painless that I literally dozed off a few times. I got the Groupon deal of Classic eyelash extensions: one extension that is thicker, darker, and curled attached to each natural lash 50 lashes/eyes. After Julia was done she had me look at the mirror and BAM !! WHO this chick ?? WOWZA !!! I LOVE my lashes and I honestly barely recognize myself with them on LOL. What a difference they make ! I might get them less dramatic next time, but overall I am pleased with the results. It's been a few days and they are still looking FAB ! Julia mentioned it should take about 3 weeks before a fill. For my first time I got the mascara look (50 lashes per eye) and they came out just the way I wanted them too! I went to Julia for my first ever lash extensions two weeks ago and she did a fantastic job. I already have fairly long and thick eyelashes, but when she was done with me, I walked out not needing mascara, or eye makeup in general for that matter, again. I got a ton of compliments and most people didn't realize they were extensions until I told them. The process took about an hour and was totally painless. The lashes fall out with your natural lashes and it takes some time to get used to not rubbing your eyes. I went back for a two week fill because I had a Groupon and she told me that I could probably go 3-4 weeks before another fill in the future.
