Garlic Naan, rice, chicken curry.

We just tried Bolly Twist for the first time-it was delicious!! Did not disappointed!! The atmosphere was great, very clean, very nice. The service was excellent-we truly enjoyed it!!!

My delicious calamari appetizer!

Found this gem when strolling around while my car was being serviced. What a fabulous find! The atmosphere is really charming , very clean and calming. I was greeted by the owner who also waited on me. He really provided an excellent overview and education of the various dishes. I tried the black lentil soup- which was so extraordinary! The depth of flavor was amazing. I had the Bombay Calamari appetizer- a nice balance of spice and heat. For dessert had a taste of the rice pudding- smooth, creamy and delicious! I am looking forward to returning. Would love to try a goat dish!

Excited to try this place....

Been meaning to check this out ever since I came across their great reviews.... and now I know why they are rated so well. Good food and great management/ownership involvement. I like seeing that. The food is pretty good too. With Indian food it has been my experience that it's either pretty bad, or it's pretty good. Bolly Twist is definitely pretty good in my opinion. What I liked most: The ownership engagement with customers. What I liked least: while it wasn't worthy of making a big deal out if it, I do belive a cleaning of the place is what kept me from doing 5 stars. It could use a refreshening up.

Chicken Saag

My first time here and I was thoroughly delighted! The foods are presented hot, taste incredible and only the freshest ingredients are used. The owner served me a complimentary soup which was tasty. I ordered the Vegetable Samosa, the chicken Saag and Garlic Naan. Samosas are hard to get wrong but for me, the key is the sauces served with them. These were traditional and very flavorful. Rice presented perfectly which only served to highlight the Chicken Saag. The flavors here were wonderful and I cannot wait to eat my leftovers. The portions are generous and overall, this was a very pleasant surprise. I shall definitely return. Garlic Naan was a little thick for my preference but the flavors were very nice. The restaurant has a pleasant decorative appearance and was very clean. I would definitely suggest to try this place out!

Veg-Thali lunch special

SCW and I have been dining at Bolly Twist for a while now. Suffice it to say Bolly Twist is our favorite Indian restaurant on the treasure coast. The menu is great with a variety of dishes for both carnivores and vegetarians and vegans. The service here is outstanding. The interior is clean and spacious, lots of indoor and some outdoor seating available. I really enjoy their unsweetened ice tea. The Gobi Manchurian is always delicious and flavorful without being greasy. Every dish I've tried here is delicious. If you like spice, let them know. They will deliver. They have a lunch special as well for both meat eaters and vegetarians and vegans. It's delicious and very generous portions. Do yourself a favor and dine in or carry out at Bolly Twist.

Mango Chicken Curry and Butter Chicken with rice.

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. The service is impeccable. Very attentive, they remember their customers. I was introduced to this establishment by a friend and since then, I have brought no less than 10 new folks in to introduce them to Indian food. Most had never tried it. Lots of delicious, freshly made, customized for heat, and vegan/vegetarian options available. Nicely decorated, and the ambiance is one of peaceful and elegant dining in a storefront setting. We will be back again and again, with new folks and repeat guests.

Mango curry shrimp

Our Indian choice for a restaurant. Very welcoming. Always clean. Food is generous and delicious. We get a little treat right after we sit down. My friend had Mango Curry Shrimp and I had the Tikka Masala Shrimp. Such generous portions (for two, I think) that we each took the other half and had another meal for the next day. The Mango Lassi is addictive, smooth, and refreshing. We keep returning.

There's a bar area and plenty of seating. The host and service were friendly in this local family owned restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised that it was reasonably priced and all the entrees were well seasoned and flavorful. They know how to showcase their spices. I ordered the yummy Garlic Naan and Butter Chicken, which was rich and creamy. My friends ordered the Mixed Biryani rice, Bhuna Goat and Lamb dishes. I forgot to take photos of some of the entrees since it was so delicious! I'd have to say that I'm very picky when it comes to Lamb and Goat, but it was so well seasoned that there was no gamey aftertaste. Believe me, it was that good! I also had the Mango Lassi drink which was fresh and on point but slightly thick, The best dessert I've had in a while was their Rasmalai, it's made with milk, sugar and saffron with a hint of rosewater. It was the perfect freshness and sweetness. This was definitely a surprise find and the employees are genuinely kind. I recommend this to anyone looking for a good Indian/Nepalese/Halal restaurant in Port St. Lucie!

The outdoor dining area was gorgeous, but too hot to dine outside. We proceeded to eat inside. The bathroom was extremely clean- my only recommendation would be to add toilet seat covers. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted very kindly and the menu was explained to us, all while the signature, popular dishes were brought to our attention. We ordered some drinks (Dirty Chai and the Bollywood Old Fashioned (not pictured)) which were phenomenal. The bartender had a heavy hand, which is always appreciated by a Las Vegas local. Our appetizers were brought fairly quickly & enjoyed almost immediately. The eggplant dish had a kick to it. The Brussels sprouts were extremely tasty. There were about four to five different flavors dancing on our tongues. The fish was phenomenal and was served in a banana leaf. It did not even taste like fish. The Bharlivangi had an interesting flavor & was very unique. Butter chicken is always a great go to at any Indian restaurant because of the mix of flavors. The duck was amazing and the sauce and soft egg it was accompanied by was perfectly paired. The desserts were extraordinary. We didn't even know if we could order dessert because we were so full... then we saw the menu and knew we couldn't pass up the opportunity. The golab Jamun was the perfect hot temperature, doughy and flavorful. It paired perfectly with the ice cream. Jude, our server, was very attentive and kind. I am usually hesitant when the server recommends the signature items on the menu (the fish and Bharlivangi), but we were not disappointed at ALL. I hope he is our server in every lifetime. I do not have enough nice things to say about him, his service and demeanor. Overall a phenomenal experience and I will ensure this restaurant is on my itinerary each time I visit West Palm Beach.

Derrick our server was wonderful in giving us descriptions of many of the dishes. There is no bread with sauce or onions provided that you get elsewhere. We ordered the crispy calamari, not your standard Greek salad, lamb samosas, and duck leg bryiani. Crispy calamari was pretty greasy as it sat in a puddle of oil on the wax paper, heavily batter, with a mayo base dipping sauce. Calamari was a bit overcooked and rubbery, and flavor was our least liked dish. The salad had fresh greens, was well dressed and flavorful with pomegranate, beets and chickpeas. The lamb samosas are served w only the green cilantro mint sauce. I asked for the tamarind sauce which I feel compliments and offsets the gaminess of the lamb. They charged $4 for the sauce, which other restaurants provide free of charge. The duck bryiani was tender and flavorful...the meat falls right off the bone. My husband served the rice and duck and I was commenting that the bryiani lacked the usual flavors from the nuts and raisins as mine was plain rice, and slightly dry. Immediately after, I looked and realized the the one side of the dish has all the raisins and cashew nuts...very odd that it wasn't mixed into and throughout the entire dish. The raisins were darker and not as sweet as the raisins we've had with other dishes. It is served w a rich broth but we weren't sure how we were supposed to enjoy the dish. It was much more flavorful and palatable once we incorporated some of the broth raisins and nuts into the rice. Overall we did enjoy the meal, and look forward to returning to try more dishes.

Smiling faces at the door a welcoming hello will take you to a table of your choice. Get there early the place does fill up, especially on the weekends. Why ..... because the food here will never fail you. Many Asian restaurants the food all taste the same. This will never happen here. It is admirable that each dish is unique and true to its recipe. If you have ever tried to cook Indian food, you know how difficult it is to get the perfect blend for the perfect taste. These guys have out done themselves. Whatever is missing on your table, a chutney, more Nan, more rice, etc.... Is very easy to get service and served. There is a continuous flow of support staff and waiters walking through the restaurant, checking and double checking on the patrons desires. A fantastic place to come with a large group of people, very friendly and giving staff when you come with children. Again, the place will not fail you. I highly recommend that you try this restaurant because of the quality of the food and the service. Tell me how you like it.

I must first give credit to the lovely employees who were so kind and gave wonderful service when I ordered Togo with my husband. But that is the only pleasant part. Sitting waiting for our food, I noticed that the interior of the restaurant is not very clean. There were smudges, dirt, and dust all over the walls, doors, and host stand. Not the most pleasant to see while waiting for food as it made me question the sanitation of the kitchen if that's how the entry..where every customer sees, is maintained. We received our food after about 35 minutes waiting, which was fine as we know fresh food takes time. But upon opening it at home, it was not as expected. The Tandoori mixed platter was sitting in two inches of oil. The flavor lacked any depth despite the spice level being sufficient, it was quite unflavorful. The portion of rice we received with it was also not enough for the portion of meat so I had to cook more at home myself.. We also ordered garlic Paneer Naan, I immediately opened it as I was excited for it, but it was absolutely cold and mushy! We live not even 10 minutes from the restaurant so there is no way it should be cold. Also it had no paneer. The only nice thing I can say about this meal is the mint chutney was nice. I'll continue to make Indian food at home.
