This quaint Indian place located in a smaller strip mall off of Selvitz is a great place that packs big flavor! We love this place, especially for take-out. Their flavors are delicious and authentic and the food is wonderfully prepared! Indian Cafe has been consistently good each time we order and pick-up. Food is always ready when they say it will be (mostly quicker than promised!) and the service is friendly and efficient. The gentleman that owns this place is very kind and knows what he's doing! Their Khorma, Butter Chicken, Raita, Rogan Josh, and garlic naan are some of our most often ordered dishes here! I do wish they made paneer cheese naan though! Went for the 1st time, he was one of the chefs back in Coral Springs that made delicious Indian food, so glad he moved up here. We had the butter chicken and chicken tiki masala. The chicken was fresh, beautifully cooked in the different dishes. The sauces are mesmerizing...the spices combinations are just ...crazy good. The rice was fresh and perfectly fluffy basmati; the garlic naan yummm. The service was prompt and friendly; not much ambiance in the eating area, but kept nice. Soooo good!!! This unassuming Ft Pierce Sunoco gas station has pushed the boundaries of culinary expectations far beyond rotating hot dogs and crockpot boiled peanuts...it has some gosh-darn good, super affordable, Indian food. This has become our routine Friday pandemic take out place. We order extra samosas, rice and naan to go with dinners so we end up eating it all weekend. The first time we went there, we couldn't find the restaurant. There must have been some complaints because there are some signs everywhere now! It's our fault for not calling in our order because we have to wait 30 minutes for our food! I was so hungry, I forgot to take pictures of the food! We had the Fish Briyani and Chicken Vindaloo, spice level of 4. It's not all too spicy! We ordered 2 Garlic Naans, but one should have been enough. The portions are not too much for the price. I have to say that it is rather expensive. Cannot exactly rave about the taste. Some curry gravy on the Briyani would have been better. I have to say that even though this place is like 6 minutes from my house, I had been off-put with its location in a gas station. Boy, did I miss out on some outstanding Indian food for my stupidity! I knew we were in for a treat when our two meals bulged out of the shopping bag and it had some heft to it. I ordered the Paneer Korma as I don't eat meat (lotsa options for us vegetarians) and my husband got the old standard Chicken Tikka Masala. They give you a 1-10 spiciness range to customize your flavor. My husband really likes spicy and he said a level 6 was perfect. Me, notsomuch so I did a 2 and it was fine. The rice was perfectly cooked and came in separate containers. We also ordered chicken and potato samosas that my husband said were excellent, as well as the dipping sauces. Chair Tea had Zero spices. It was tea , milk and sugar. Garlic Naan had Zero Garlic on it. Still paid $1.00 extra for the garlic that wasn't there. Ordered takeout from here twice. Food was ready on time both times I ordered. Prices are very reasonable. I ordered the beef, chicken, and potato samosas the first time. They were all pretty tasty, but the second time I only ordered the potato because they were the best. I ordered chicken Tikka tacos both times and they were delicious both times. I got them a level 6 spice which was the perfect amount of heat for me. The second time I ordered the chicken Tikka masala and a garlic naan. Naan was wonderful. I could eat it by itself. The chicken Tikka masala was not to my liking. It was very sweet, which I am not used to. It didn't have that rich savory flavor that I was seeking.
