I haven't had food from an Indian Restaurant since I was in London, but my Grandaughter recommended this place and said it was "Amazing" so we decided to give it a try. We went a bit early but they do not open until 5pm so we waited. Upon arrival we noticed how sparkling clean the place was and we thought it had just opened. Turns out they have been here for over 2 years so I was doubly impressed with the cleanliness. It smelled great too. We needed a little bit of help with the menu since we are not familiar with this type of food and the waiter was so nice and very helpful. We ordered Butter Naan which arrived to our table piping hot and light as a feather. (very delicious pita type bread made on site). The owner, a beautiful lady wearing authentic Indian attire, came to our table frequently to check on us and she actually helped us decide on our entrees. I opted for one of their specials, Chicken Tikki Masala served with white rice and it was absolutely tender and delicious. I can't remember ever having such fresh, tasty chicken. It was cooked in a very light creamy tomato base that was ever so slightly sweet. My husband ordered Chicken Tikka (cooked Tandoori style) and served with vegetables and rice. This dish is more of a grilled chicken texture but the spices were amazing and the quality was so fresh and it was perfectly cooked, (served with a similar tomato cream sauce on the side.) After talking with the owner at length, she explained that all of the dishes were prepared by chefs exclusively trained from India. She also told us that it is extremely expensive to have these chefs because they are so highly trained in this type of cooking. We saw so many interesting dishes being prepared and I know that our next visit is going to be a tasty and exciting experience. They have vegetarian dishes, seafood, chicken,Biryani, Indo-Chinese, as well as lamb and goat. The food does not disappoint and I can't wait to return to this unique and lovely place. Those dinner menu items ($20 and $50) come up when you click the menu option via Yelp. That's a pretty sweet price, especially when you factor in 2022 inflation. Now, the reality of it all: "Dinner for two" was NINETY FIVE DOLLARS!!! I just think there's some online deception going on. Really good! Just stopped by for lunch and had never been here. Very pleasantly surprised. Great customer service, clean and nicely decorated interior. The star of course was the food. During lunch they have 3 options. Each comes with an appetizer soup, and desert. I had the chicken dish which included white rice, tandoori chicken, chicken tikamasala, a slaw, a vegetable curry and a really delicious dish that I don't know the name of (brown sauce with chick peas). The lunch is basically a mini feast and only cost 12$. Will definitely be returning here and I suggest you do the same! Update: they now offer full menu during lunch! North indian food is pretty good, but DO NOT ORDER DOSAS FROM HERE!! They were difficult to eat and not made properly. The dosa itself was bitter and lacking salt/flavor, the sambar tasted way too sweet and was clearly lacking authenticity. Plus in all of my food there were huge chunks of ginger. Plus the food takes 30 or so minutes to come out. Gobi manchurian, fried rice, North indian dishes are good from here. I just moved to Stuart today and found this little spot right next to my new place. I have never had Indian food in the US. Only in UAE and Kuwait City I didn't know what to order so I called and asked the gentleman what vegetarian dishes they make and he named several; still not knowing what to order I allowed him to chose and I could not be happier! Apparently, the owners have relocated after originally opening India House in Stuart and later a smaller version of Bolly Twist at Treasure Coast Mall. I recently noticed Bolly Twist and decided to give them a try today. I had the lamb roganjosh, yellow daal tadka soup, and garlic naan. The lamb was melt in your mouth tender and very aromatic. The quality and taste of the food far exceeded my expectations. The restaurant is very clean and smells delicious. This food reminded me of my favorite upscale Indian restaurant in Miami called Bombay Darbar. I would say that this food even exceeded the dishes prepared there! I can't wait to return! The owner is almost always there. She's the pretty well dressed one. Staff super nice and I've eaten there a dozen times and the food is always excellent. It can be spicy so be careful. I order mild but my kid gets medium and is fine with it. Prices are good and parking is easy. read more

We are fairly new dining in the Stuart area and we were craving really good Indian food. We found Bolly Twist on Yelp and gave it a shot. So glad we did! First, when first walking in, the restaurant smells great and is quite lovely. Staff was great and super efficient. We enjoyed a Masala Dossa, chicken tikka, lamb saag and two types of naan. All delicious and plenty left over for another meal. The owner, Majit (I could be spelling it wrong) was so pleasant and she knew we were first timers as she had many regulars and she didn't recognize us.
