They close their online ordering system saying it's "down" and in reality they don't want you to be able to pay lunch prices. Upon entry, the entrance doors look so majestic. We were a party of 3 and stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and to our surprise, there was only 1 other party dining there. We thought we could secure the deal of buy 2 chicken biryani & get 3rd one free but then realized it was only for take out lol. I ended up ordering the butter naan with butter chicken at medium spice. I could've probably got the spicier level because it didn't have so much kick to it but still creamy and good in flavor. Also, ordered the mango lassi because you can never go wrong with it. The food came out pretty quick and I wish i made room for dessert but i was already too full. I ordered the same as last time.. I was asked for the spice level I said medium. Food came out very quickly. The curry was extremely mild. Definitely not medium. I enjoyed the flavor but was disappointed with the heat. My female said asked how everything was and I told it was extremely much she said okay I'll tell them. That was it no offer to make the sauce spicier. For that reason my school is now a three and I probably would not come back. If you do like Curry I would add a knotch up for what you have normally. Just another example of how food isn't everything. Here's what I mean. The food here is excellent. Delicious, flavorful and fresh. They do a good job. But it also is met with sub par service. No water- and then we finally got it and they never refilled - so they brought us Evian and then charged us $5 for it. Strange. The worst part though, is the actual restaurant. The restrooms are disgusting. And its only one restroom with two stalls and one stall is labeled for men and the other for women. What?? They need to step up the ambiance. I'd be embarrassed to take someone there. But the food is top notch. So whatever is important to you. read more

Was pining for some Indian food and decided to give aroma a shot. Decent ambience, appreciate that music was just at the right volume. Some indian joints music volume is too loud. Good efficient service. I ordered sag panner. Actually quite well cooked. Cheese or paneer was soft and just the right level of spices. Hint of sour taste but just at right level to not be overwhelming. Solid 4 stars which is good for a US based Indian food. We decided to give Aroma a try for dinner one day, and it was pleasant! Overall, I would probably give it close to a 3.5 star experience. The server was very nice and the restaurant was very clean and had a nice atmosphere. The food was good, but not very rich and flavorful. It could have had a lot more spice. My fiancés chicken vindaloo was very tomato forward and there weren't any potatoes, as most vindaloo dishes have. My butter chicken was very creamy but again lacked a real bite that I expect from Indian cuisine. I enjoyed it, but I don't know if I would go out of my way to dine here again. read more

I had a nice overall first time here. Food was so good I wish there was more. I do have to admit that portions are way too small for the cost. $25 for my small curry that only included the mahi, curry sauce and jasmine rice is too costly. Naan is extra per the basket. No veggies on the side. Does not include a drink. If it costs this much to eat here, I should be paying for the service a well and service wasn't special at all. It was bland and kinda just done. No feelings of gratitude or professionalism. They just do their work and get done with it. Floor employees treat their guests as work vs a pleasant experience. Having eaten at many Indian restaurants across the U.S., this was unfortunately one of the worst dining experiences I've had. We started with a Chicken Tikka appetizer, which oddly arrived in the middle of our main courses ‍. The chicken was chewy and unappetizing. As for the mains-- * Chicken Tikka: Did not resemble traditional tikka and lacked tandoori-style pieces. * Butter Chicken: Completely missed the mark on flavor. * Chicken Korma: No cashews, no creamy richness--just bland. * Malai Kofta: The worst of all--hard, unpleasant pieces that were basically inedible. Even the garlic naan was disappointing--thin, with an overly salty topping instead of the fluffy, garlicky bread one would expect. Service was lackluster, and none of our concerns were addressed during the meal. To top it off, a service fee was automatically added to the bill. read more

I love coming here for lunchtime. Great portion and always delicious. Too bad they do not offer lunch buffets on weekdays any longer. However, they still have the buffet tray which is still so good. Service is always fast and restaurant looks to be clean. Their garlic nan is delicious and I love the onion pakora appetizer. We only received one dish of rice and when we didn't receive the second and asked for the bill to be adjusted, they said they would not give us a discount and that the rice is customary to be brought small. Delicious food! We visited Aroma today for lunch and we were very satisfied. The $16 lunch special for lamb tikka masala was flavorful and plentiful. It's definitely worth it, you get large portions and great service too. I loved that (I'm assuming) the owner stopped by to explain what each food item was. Chetinad chicken was also tender and delicious-everything was simply full of wonderful flavors. Taj beers were the perfect accompaniment. The only server taking orders was friendly and efficient. Although we ordered kingfisher beers, well chilled opened taj beers were delivered. Ok, not a biggie. The only significant issue was that the app arrived 3 minutes before our entrees. Not good. I had the pleasure of dining at Aroma twice during my trip to West Palm Beach, and had two great dinners! The restaurant is located in a nice shopping plaza with easy parking, and the interior is beautifully decorated. There are several nice booths lining the windows, which I'd recommend if they're available! The food is fantastic. The vegetable samosas, which I had as an appetizer, were really the best I've ever had. The dough was delicate and the filling was perfectly spiced. For my entrees, I tried two different chicken dishes: the chicken chettinad and chicken korma. Both were great, but I especially recommend the korma. It had a perfectly creamy curry and was flavored just right. Their naan is great, definitely not to be missed. And the curry entrees come with rice, which was also really good. All in all, I'd definitely recommend Aroma for some great Indian food, friendly service, and a great atmosphere! read more

The curry was bland, watery, and not spicy in the slightest! Also the water bottle with glasses set at every table is NOT complimentary and is FIVE DOLLARS !! Aroma felt like a beautiful evening. Walking in, the detail on the door was gorgeous. The booths were handmade and resembled little chariots for everyone to eat at. Out of all the Indian restaurants I have been to, this one was the cleanest and most visually exciting. There was a buffet area and a full bar. Also more seating in a raised area on the side and back as well. Very fun space. The menu had a wide selection. The flavors were out of this world.
